Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tag for bottle neck which obviates easy peeling of superposed surfaces during handling and can be easily peeled by hooking a finger to a fingerhook to make hidden information visible in peeling to confirm the hidden information. SOLUTION: This tag for bottle neck carrying the hidden information is constituted by forming adhesive layers which are not adherable to each other in an ordinary state in a prescribed section of the superposed surfaces of a substrate sheet, bringing the superposed surfaces into opposite contact with each other and imparting a prescribed pressure thereto, thereby peelably bonding the superposed surfaces to each other. The tag for the bottle neck which has a hole to be hooked to the neck of the bottle, is provided with release varnish printing layers on the adhesive layers in the fingerhook to be hooked with the finger in peeling and is made weaker in the adhesive strength of the fingerhook than other segments is used.

Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a tag for a bottle neck, and more particularly, to a tag used by hanging the bottle on a neck of a bottle. The present invention relates to a bottleneck tag capable of concealing, notifying, and transmitting information by using a surface superimposed by cutting and overlapping as an information carrying surface. 2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in a bottleneck tag which carries information about contents and the like on a superimposed surface of a base sheet, the superposed surfaces are usually superimposed so that the superimposed surfaces are adhered to each other. An adhesive layer of a pressure-sensitive adhesive is provided on the entire surface of the overlapping surface, a specific portion, or linearly in such a pattern as to come into contact with each other. This pressure-sensitive adhesive is also referred to as a self-adhesive pressure-sensitive adhesive, and is a type in which polymers are adhered to each other by self-diffusion by applying high pressure while the adhesive layers are in contact with each other. Depending on the type of the object and the degree of pressure, it realizes permanent adhesiveness and re-peeling adhesiveness, and peels off the superposed surfaces by applying a predetermined pressure by bringing the superposed surfaces into contact with each other. Adhesion is possible. [0003] However, since the adhesive force is adjusted so that the overlapping surface of the bottleneck tag is not easily peeled off during mailing, transporting, or storing, the peeling is reversed. In doing so, even if you put your finger on the finger hook part of the bottleneck tag and try to peel it, it can not be easily peeled,
There has been a problem that the base sheet is damaged or concealment information is difficult to see. The object of the present invention, in view of such a situation, such as mailing, during transport or storage, such that the overlapping surface of the bottleneck tag does not easily peel off during handling, and when confirming concealment information An object of the present invention is to provide a bottleneck tag that can be easily peeled off by putting a finger on a finger hook portion when peeling off the concealment information. [0004] The bottleneck tag according to the first aspect of the present invention, which has solved the above-mentioned problems, has an adhesive layer which does not normally adhere to a predetermined portion of the superposed surface of the base sheet. A bottleneck tag that carries concealment information that is formed, and the overlapping surfaces are brought into contact with each other and a predetermined pressure is applied, so that the overlapping surfaces are peelably bonded to each other. A release varnish printing layer is provided on the adhesive layer in a finger hook portion having a hole and a finger hook for hanging a finger when peeling, and the adhesive strength of the finger hook portion is made weaker than other portions. [0005] The bottle neck tag of the present invention can be easily used by hanging the bottle neck using the hole, and the superposed surface easily peels off during handling such as during mailing, transporting or storing. In addition to this, a release varnish printing layer is provided on the adhesive layer in the finger hook part, and the adhesive strength of the finger hook part is weakened compared to other parts. To easily see the concealment information. Embodiments of the present invention will be described below in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIG. 1 is a schematic plan view of the surface of a tri-fold type tag which is an embodiment of the bottleneck tag of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a schematic cross-sectional view of the tri-fold type tag shown in FIG. FIG. 3 is an explanatory view for explaining a state in which the tri-fold type tag shown in FIG. 1 is tri-folded into a haori type, and FIG. 4 is a diagram showing the present invention formed by folding the tri-fold type tag as shown in FIG. FIG. 4 is an explanatory diagram illustrating a state in which the bottle neck tag is hung on the bottle neck. In FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, a bottle neck tag 1 according to the present invention comprises a base sheet 2 having three upper and lower pieces 5 and 6 and a middle piece 7 of substantially the same size by folding perforations 3 and 4. The upper piece 5 and the lower piece 6 are formed by dividing into three pieces into a coat type as shown by white arrows in FIG.
A hole 10 for hanging the tag 1 on the neck 9 of the bottle 8 as shown in FIG. The peelable adhesive layer 1 is formed on the upper surface of the base sheet 2.
1 provided on the lower surface of the middle piece 7,
Is provided. On the surface of the adhesive layer 11 of the upper piece 5, the lower piece 6, and the middle piece 7, a print printing / printing unit 12 for concealment information is provided. On the lower surfaces of the upper piece 5 and the lower piece 6, a print print / print unit 13 for address information and a print print / print report 14 for supplementary information such as explanatory text are provided. The release varnish printed layer 1 is formed on the adhesive layer 11 in the finger hook 15 of the bottle neck tag 1 of the present invention.
6, the adhesive strength of the finger hook 15 is made weaker than the adhesive layer other than the finger hook 15. At the time of peeling, the upper piece 5 and the middle piece 7 can be easily peeled by putting a finger on the finger hook 15 to see the concealment information 12. The adhesive layer 11 can be adhered to the above-mentioned adhesive layer 11 under normal conditions without being normally adhered, and can be peeled off even after the adhesion without impairing the printed / printed print. A conventional pressure-sensitive adhesive base, for example, a natural rubber latex obtained by copolymerizing styrene and still methacrylate with natural rubber, is added to 100 parts by mass (solid content) of the adhesive base. 100 to 400 parts by mass, preferably 130 to 30 parts by mass of a non-affinity fine particle filler having an average particle size of 10 μm to 30 μm, for example, silica, calcium carbonate, titanium oxide, kaolin, glass powder and the like.
Those prepared by mixing 0 parts by mass are preferred. The adhesive base is not limited to pressure-sensitive, but may be an ordinary heat-sensitive or wet adhesive, or an adhesive that is cured by radiation such as ultraviolet rays or electron beams. In the unfolded state of the tag 1 of the present invention, additional information such as address information and explanatory text are respectively printed on the lower surfaces of the upper piece 5 and the lower piece 6 by a printer (not shown). After printing the concealment information on the surface of the adhesive layer 11 of the upper piece 5, the lower piece 6, and the middle piece 7 in a print printing / printing section, the concealment information of the lower piece 6 and the middle piece 7 is printed. Adhesion conditions for adhesives that can be folded and peeled at each folding perforation so that the printed surfaces overlap and the adhesive layer 11 of the upper piece 5 and the adhesive layer 11 of the lower face of the middle piece 7 overlap. By applying the pressure, the tag 1 of the present invention can be used in a state where the concealment information is invisible from the outside. The person who has received the tag 1 of the present invention writes the explanation for viewing the concealment information 12 on the lower surface of the lower piece 6 in advance. The concealment information 12 can be viewed by easily peeling off the piece 7. In the present invention, the release varnish used for forming the release varnish printing layer is a varnish exhibiting releasability after coating, and a commercially available varnish can be used. A varnish for overprinting used in general printing is also preferably used. The resin used for the release varnish may be of any type, and the method of drying the ink is not restricted by an oxidative polymerization type, an ultraviolet curing type, or the like. A silicone release agent may be added to the release varnish as needed. Above all, a varnish which is transparent, the printed content of the lower portion looks clear and beautiful, and has curability can be preferably used. Usually, the coating amount (solid content) is preferably 0.5 to 5 g / m 2 , more preferably 1.5 to 5 g / m 2 .
33.5 g / m 2 . The coating amount is 0.5 g / m 2
If the amount is less than this, problems such as insufficient release properties or the printed film being easily broken are likely to occur. If the amount is more than 5 g / m 2, cracks due to impact or stress occur in the cured release varnish printing layer. And curling is likely to occur due to shrinkage during curing. A curable release varnish mainly composed of a high energy ray-curable component such as an ultraviolet ray or an electron beam (for example, a curable oligomer or prepolymer 1 as a curable resin)
A curable varnish comprising 0 to 45%, a curable monomer 50 to 80%, and a photopolymerization initiator 5 to 10%) forms a cured release varnish printing layer by irradiating high energy rays after coating on printing paper. It is preferable because it can be formed. The high energy ray-curable component is preferably a resin having a (meth) acryloyl group and / or a monomer. Specific examples thereof include epoxy acrylate, urethane acrylate, polyester acrylate, polyether acrylate and polyol acrylate. And so on. These film-forming components need to be liquid and have fluidity, but may be in a viscosity range that can be uniformly applied, and are 10,000 to 100,000.
It is about cP. Examples of the photopolymerization initiator include benzophenone, benzoin ethyl ether, benzyldimethyl ketal and the like. The photopolymerization initiator absorbs high energy rays such as ultraviolet rays to generate radicals, and the high energy ray-curable component is polymerized to form a cured release varnish printing layer. The release varnish may contain known additives such as various stabilizers and wax for improving the leveling property. The material of the base sheet used in the present invention may be an inorganic material such as metal, ceramics, glass, carbon, or the like, an organic material such as plastics, cellulose, protein, carbohydrate, or a mixture thereof, or a synthetic product. It may be a natural product or a mixture thereof, and is not particularly limited. Examples of the plastic material include polyethylene (PE), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), and polyvinyl chloride (PV).
C), polycarbonate (PC), acrylonitrile
Butadiene / styrene copolymer (ABS), acrylonitrile / styrene copolymer (AS), polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA), cellulose acetate butyrate (CAB), cellulose propionate (CP), etc. Paper, coated paper, synthetic paper, and the like can be suitably used. Plastics that have been subjected to surface treatment such as corona discharge treatment, plasma treatment, ultraviolet irradiation treatment, electron beam irradiation treatment, flame plasma treatment, and ozone treatment can be preferably used. Since the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the appended claims. In the above embodiment, the example in which the base sheet is folded into three to form the bottleneck tag 1 of the present invention is shown, but the present invention is not limited to this, and it is not limited to two-fold, half-fold, cut and overlap, or separate bodies. It may be formed by superposition or the like. In addition, an example has been shown in which the bottle-type tag 1 of the present invention is formed by folding it into three pieces of a haori type, but the folding type is not limited to this, and it may be folded into, for example, a Z shape. According to the bottleneck tag of the first aspect of the present invention, an adhesive layer that does not normally adhere to the base sheet is formed on a predetermined portion of the superposed surface of the base sheet. A bottleneck tag carrying concealment information for allowing the overlapping surfaces to be peelably adhered to each other by applying a predetermined pressure by being brought into contact with each other and having a hole to be hung on the bottle neck, and Since a release varnish printing layer was provided on the adhesive layer in the finger hook portion where the finger was hooked, the adhesive force of the finger hook portion was weakened compared to other portions, so that the hole could be used easily by hanging on the bottle neck using the hole, In addition, the superimposed surface does not easily peel off during handling, such as during mailing, transporting or storing, and when peeling off when checking concealed information, put a finger on the finger hook part and easily peel off hiding It has a remarkable effect that information can be viewed.
