Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a falsification preventive label which permits recognition of a place stripped of the falsification preventive label and prevents a tacky adhesive from remaining on an adherend.
SOLUTION: The falsification preventive label 1 is formed by providing the rear surface of a transparent film 2 with a release layer 3 having releasability, forming a printing layer 4 so as to cover the rear surface of the transparent film 2 and the release layer 3, forming a cushion layer 5 having cushion and film properties on the printing layer 4, and forming a tacky adhesive layer 6 on the cushion layer 5. When the falsification preventive label 1 is stuck and is peeled, the release layer 3 peels from the transparent film 2 and the printing layer 4a formed on the release layer 3 is floated and stripped from the printing layer 4b formed on the other transparent film 2 and the floated and stripped release layer 3 and printing layer 4a stay between the cushion layer 5 and the transparent film 2.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there has been a tamper-proof label which guarantees that there is no fact of opening for the purpose of preventing tampering of contents stored in a container or the like. Conventionally, as such a label, when the label is peeled from the adherend such as a container to which the label is attached, a part of the printing layer and the adhesive layer remain on the adherend side, and both the label and the adherend are attached. Those that remain after the label is peeled off are widely used.

However, when the tampering prevention label as described above is used, there is a risk that residual pieces of the adhesive remaining on the adherend side may be mixed in the contents, especially in beverages, There is a problem that it is not suitable for use in containers for foods, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and the like. There is also a problem that the residual pieces attached to the container side impair the appearance of the container, and the adhesiveness of the residual pieces causes dust to adhere.

The cushion layer 5 is formed by applying or laminating a coating layer which can be treated on the same line by using UV resin or means such as hot melt or dry laminating. As the cushion layer 5, a urethane acrylate type, a polyester acrylate type, a polymer acrylic monomer solution, or the like is used. These urethane acrylate-based, polyester acrylate-based, polymer acrylic monomer dissolved products and the like have the characteristic that after application, they solidify with a contracting tension, and when a part is peeled off, this part contracts and the elasticity changes irreversibly.

As shown in FIG. 3, a lid B1 which is an adherend.
When the tampering prevention label 1 attached to a part of the separation layer B3 between the container body B2 and the container body B2 is peeled off, the peeling layer 3 is peeled from the transparent film 2 and the printing layer 4 formed on the peeling layer 3 is peeled off.
a is cut from the printing layer 4b formed on the back surface of the transparent film 2. Then, the peeled release layer 3 is peeled off from the adherend together with the tampering prevention label 1 in a state of biting into the cushion layer 5 due to the film property and cushioning property of the cushion layer 5.

As shown in FIG. 4, in the tamper-proof label 1 after peeling, the peeling layer 3 and a part of the printing layer 4a overlapping the peeling layer 3 are transparent due to the irreversible elastic deformation of the cushion layer 5. By peeling from the film 2 and shrinking the cushion layer 5, a gap S is generated between the transparent film 2 and the peeling layer 3, and the positions of the printing layers 4a and 4b from the transparent film 2 are displaced. That is, the region where the peeling layer 3 is provided (printing layer 4a) becomes semitransparent, and the region where the peeling layer 3 is not provided (printing layer 4b) remains in a perfect state, such as "opened" where the peeling layer 3 is formed. Pattern appears. This makes it possible to recognize that the tampering prevention label 1 that has been peeled off once is peeled off even if it is reattached to the adherend, and the adhesive layer 6, the printing layer 4a,
The release layer 3 does not remain.

Thus, when the tamperproof label 1 is attached and peeled off, the peeling layer 3 is peeled from the transparent film 2 and the printing layer 4a formed on the peeling layer 3 is formed on the other transparent film 2. The tamper-proof label 1 is configured such that the tamper-proof label 1 is separated from the printed layer 4b that has been formed, and the printed layer 4a that has been separated is retained between the cushion layer 5 and the transparent film 2.
It is possible to provide the tampering prevention label 1 which can recognize that the adherend has been peeled off and can keep the appearance of the adherend hygienic without leaving an adhesive on the adherend.

Next, a method of manufacturing the tampering prevention label 1 will be described. On the back surface of the transparent film 2, a release layer 3 made of a component having a releasing effect is printed. The necessary number of colors (printing layer 4) is printed so as to cover the peeling layer 3, and UV resin having cushioning properties and film properties so as to cover the printing layer 4 or the same is used by means such as hot melt or dry laminating. A coating layer (cushion layer 5) that can be treated on the line is applied or laminated. Then, an adhesive (adhesive layer 6) is applied so as to cover the cushion layer 5.
