Detailed Description of the Invention
[0001]
Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to a lid for closing the opening and closing opening of an underground structure.
[0002]
[Prior Art]
The lid used for the underground structure is called a manhole lid or the like, and a tool for opening the lid which is called a key for opening the lid or a bar or the like is used because of a heavy load. There are various types of opening tools, but there is a device shown in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 58-5712 for those having a T-shaped locking portion. In the case of the same device, the overhanging upper edges are provided on opposite sides of the hole into which the locking portion is inserted to enable hooking of the T-shaped ends. However, when the structure of the same invention is implemented, there is a problem that the position of the bar can not be determined when the lid biting into the receiving frame is squeezed with the bar, and the bar escapes and the force is difficult to enter. Furthermore, there is a problem that when the bar is inserted into the bar hole and the lid is pulled up, the bar may slip or rattle.
[0003]
In order to pry open the lid which bites into the receiving frame, it is effective to use an opening and closing tool as shown in Japanese Patent No. 3044431. However, the opening / closing tool of the present invention is special as a tool, and there is a problem that it is inconvenient and the workability is not good, for example, since it is necessary to straddle the rim of the lid in operation. In addition, since the burls in the present invention are in the form of blind holes that open only on the upper surface, there is a disadvantage that dirt, dirt and the like are easily accumulated inside and it is difficult to scrape them out.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
An object of the present invention focusing on the above points is to provide a lid for an underground structure which enables a stable opening operation. Another object of the present invention is to provide a lid for an underground structure having a blind hole which is easy to scrape dirt, dirt and the like.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the lid for the underground structure according to the present invention has an opening for inserting a locking portion provided on the key on the upper surface of the edge of the lid body, and the opening is for locking the key parts and through the blind hole to accept, blind hole has a lateral side that has spread than the opening width, there to, and lockable to accept the locking portion of the key hand plugged into the opening, further , in which took measures that projecting support portion serving as a fulcrum engaging portion of the hand hook from opening when removing the lid body inserted into the blind hole in the blind hole portion than the edge of the opening.
[0006]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
The lid for the underground structure according to the present invention is a lid including a so-called manhole lid or the like which closes an opening / closing opening for an approach into the underground structure. This type of lid has a circular, triangular or rectangular lid according to the shape of the opening and closing, etc., and the material is mainly made of ductile cast iron mainly made of metal. The opening and closing opening is provided in the receiving frame, and the opening and closing opening, that is, the receiving frame side is provided with a structure for receiving and supporting the lid body.
[0007]
A key is used to remove the lid body from the opening and closing. The key is a lidding tool similar to what is referred to as a bur, with a stop at its end. The handwheel has a rod-like portion and has a locking portion at one end such as the tip, but it is desirable that the locking portion has a substantially T-shaped planar shape. The lid-opening tool having the substantially T-shaped locking portion is also suitable for the case where it is pulled out from the receiving frame following the operation of prying up the lid main body biting into the receiving frame.
[0008]
The lid body has an opening on the upper surface of the edge for inserting a locking portion provided on the key. The opening is a port for inserting the locking portion, and is neither more nor less than that. And since the opening is sized and configured to receive the hook of the hand and the inside of the opening is a bag-like hole, the hook can be locked to the lid body on the lower side of the opening ( The invention according to claim 1) .
[0009]
In the case where the handle has a substantially T-shaped locking portion, the opening is a straight line having a width that allows the insertion of a substantially T-shaped locking portion from the edge of the lid body, that is, substantially I-shaped. It can be formed in a planar shape (the invention according to claim 2) . At this time, a substantially T-shaped locking portion is inserted vertically into the opening, turned 90 degrees in the blind hole, and locked to the lid body. The opening may also be formed in a generally T-shaped planar shape from the edge of the lid body towards the center, in which case the hand-keyed T is aligned with the T-shaped opening of the lid body The locking portion can be inserted and locked to the lid body. Even if the planar shape is a hand key having a T-shaped locking portion, the tool body has deformations such as straight and slightly bent necks, any of which are used for the lid of the present invention It is desirable to be possible.
[0010]
In such a configuration, when inserting the hooking portion of the hand into the blind hole through the opening and removing the lid body, the supporting portion serving as the fulcrum is protruded in the blind hole from the edge of the opening. Since the opening communicates with the blind hole, the support according to claim 1 can be provided to project from the bottom of the blind hole portion toward the opening. When the lid is opened with the support as a fulcrum, the point of force is the other part of the key and the point of action is somewhere inside the lid body or opening. The opening can also lead to a cutout in the form of a notch located laterally at the edge of the lid body (invention as claimed in claim 3). This may be said that the blind hole is in communication with the notch, so it is easy to scrape from the notch if dirt and dirt or debris accumulate in the blind hole. It is desirable that the above-mentioned support part is provided so as not to close both the opening and the notch and keeping a gap between them. This gap makes it easy to scrape out dirt, dirt, etc. accumulated in the blind hole.
[0011]
【Example】
The invention will now be described in more detail with reference to the illustrated embodiments. FIG. 1 relates to Example 1 having an opening 11 having a substantially I-shaped planar shape from the edge toward the center of the lid body on the upper surface of the edge of the lid body 10. The opening 11 leads to a blind hole 12 consisting of an enlarged space for receiving the locking part 51 at the tip of the hook 50, and also to the notch 13 which reaches the edge and is laterally located. I am connected.
[0012]
The blind hole 12 is a bag-like hole which does not communicate with the outside except the opening 11 and the notch 13. The bottom 14 of the blind hole 12 has a step-like shape with an outer side 14 'one step higher. The bottom part is the lower end part of the notch 13 as it is, and it is a structure which is not made to pass in the underground structure, even if earth and sand, refuse, water, etc. invade from the outside. Left and right side portions 15, 16 of the blind hole 12 spreads than the opening width, engaging possible and becomes almost accept crossbar of the T-shaped engaging portion 51, also the tip 17 of the blind hole 12 lid body 10 In the direction of the center, the insertion of a substantially T-shaped locking portion 51 is made possible.
[0013]
The support portion 18 is provided on the outer portion 14 'of the bottom portion 14 so as to protrude toward the opening 11 (FIG. 3 (b)), but the width is smaller than the opening 11 and the gap 19 is formed. It is supposed to be The support 18 which maintains the gap 19 between the opening 11 and the wider blind hole 12 also communicates with the cutout 13 whose opening width is enlarged (FIG. 1 (b)). The support portion 18 has a height suitable for supporting the hook 50 at its upper end, and increases its own strength and serves as a guide for handling the hook 50 in the blind hole, and also dirt and dirt An inclined or stepped base portion 20 for facilitating scraping is provided on the front surface (inner surface) (see FIGS. 2A and 2B).
[0014]
In the case of the first embodiment, the hook 50 has a bent T-shaped locking portion 51 of the neck, and the locking portion 51 is vertically inserted into the opening 11 (FIG. 4 (a)). Then, the lid body 10 is locked by rotating it about a 90-degree axis (FIGS. 4B and 4C). The lid opening method will be described later together with the second embodiment. As a matter of course, the distance from the tip 17 of the blind hole 12 to the front face of the support 18 is larger than the width of the T-shaped locking portion 51, and the height inside the blind hole 12 is the length of the locking portion 51. It is larger than the dimension in the insertion direction.
[0015]
FIG. 5 shows the second embodiment of the present invention having a substantially T-shaped opening 31. The opening 31 is formed in front of a laterally long portion 31 'formed slightly larger than the width of the T-shaped locking portion. Inward). The width of the laterally long portion 31 'is substantially the same as the width of the blind hole portion 32, and the width of the opening 31 is slightly expanded outward and is communicated with the cutout 33. The aspect of the bottom portion 34 of the blind hole 32 and its outer side 34 ', the left and right side portions 35, 36 of the outer side, and the tip 37 are the same as in the first embodiment. And the support part 38 is provided in the part of outward 34 'of the bottom part 34 so that the clearance gap 39 may be formed between the left and right wall parts, and the support part 38 has the inclined front surface (inner surface). It can have a base 40.
[0016]
In the case of the second embodiment, the handle 50 'is shown as having a substantially T-shaped locking portion 51' at the tip of the straight tool body (Figs. 7 and 8). Similarly, the stopper 51 'may be inserted into the substantially T-shaped opening 31 and the horizontally long portion 31', and the handle 50 may be inclined rearward as it is. Therefore, in the case of the lid main body 10 of the second embodiment, the insertion of the handle 50 is easy, and in consideration of the insertion method as in the first embodiment, the operation such as changing the direction by 90 degrees after the insertion becomes unnecessary. .
[0017]
The lid opening method will be described. In the case of the first embodiment, as shown in FIG. 9, the locking portion 51 is inserted into the blind hole 12 from the opening 11 and the locking portion 51 is hooked to the tip 17 of the blind hole by tilting the handle 50 backward. With the upper end of the receiving frame 42 as the fulcrum 44 , the lid main body 10 is pricked by leverage (FIG. 9 (a)). ), Remove the bite into the receiving frame 42. After changing the direction of the handle 50 with respect to the lid main body 10 in a movable state with respect to the receiving frame 42, pull it backward to lock the locking portions 51 on the left and right sides 15 and 16 of the blind hole 12 , The lid main body 10 is supported by the inward projection 43 and the support portion 18 (FIG. 9 (b)), and the hand 50 is pulled up outward and upward (FIG. 11 (a)) and pulled out of the receiving frame 42. (See FIG. 11 (b)).
[0018]
In the case of the second embodiment, as shown in FIG. 10, the locking portion 51 'is inserted from the opening 31 and the laterally long portion 31' into the blind hole 32 and abuts against the hooking portion 41 of the tip 37 (see also FIG. 8) ), The lid 50 is pricked with the upper end of the receiving frame 42 as the fulcrum 44 by tilting the handle 50 'backward (FIG. 10 (a)), and biting into the receiving frame 42 is removed. Then it 'pulls backwards the locking portion 51' hand key 50 by engaging the left and right side portions 35 and 36 of the blind holes 32, the lid body 10 supported by an inner projection 43 and the support portion 38 ( 10 (b), the hook 50 'is pulled upward and outward so as to be pulled out of the receiving frame 42 (FIGS. 11 (a) and (b)). During these operations, when pushing the lid body 10 with the handwheel 50, 50 ', it strikes the hooking portion 41, and when pulling the lid body 10, the locking portions 51, 51' are on the left and right sides of the blind holes 12, 32. The parts 15, 16, 35, 36 are stably engaged and the supporting parts 18, 38 also serve as a stopper, so that there is no risk of falling out even if the hand grips 50, 50 'are roughly treated.
[0019]
In the case of the first embodiment, as a matter of course, also in the case of the second embodiment, the insides of the blind holes 12, 32 communicating with the openings 11, 31 and the laterally long portion 31 ' It has enough space to move freely (Fig. 12 (a)). In addition, since the blind holes 12 and 32 also communicate with the outer notches 13 and 33, even if earth and sand and dust are accumulated in the blind holes 12 and 32, the gaps on both sides of the support portions 18 and 38 It can be easily scraped out from 19, 39 (Fig. 12 (b), (c)). Further, it is also possible to fit the lid main body 10 to the receiving frame 42 by performing the operation according to the above operation in the reverse order.
[0020]
【Effect of the invention】
Since the present invention is configured and operates as described above, the opening operation of the underground structure using the hand key can be performed very stably, and the hand key having a substantially T-shaped planar shape Can be used to perform a lid opening operation on the lid body having a substantially I-shaped or T-shaped opening shape, while also making the blind hole open also in the blind hole by making the blind hole also open It is easy to scrape the accumulated earth and sand and waste.
