斜内周面2と、鋳鉄製鉄蓋4の下端面を載置する受面3

受枠1と、前記鋳鉄製鉄蓋4の受枠1の傾斜内周面2及
び受面3と嵌合すると共に、インターロッキングブロッ
ク10を収容した鉄蓋12の底面よりも浅く、該鉄蓋1
2の一側外側周面に突設すると共に、受枠1の傾斜内側
面2及び受面3と係合させた外周傾斜面13及び下部段
部14と、インターロッキングブロック10の鉄蓋12
の底壁の他側外側面に突設され、かつ受枠1の蝶番受部
5の下面と係合された突起部15と、前記鉄蓋12の他
側外周面と受枠1の内周面との間に形成された他方の空
間部17を貫通して鉄蓋12の他側外周上面にあけられ
た手かぎ挿入穴16及びバール挿入穴16’と、前記鉄
蓋12の一側外周面と受枠1の内周面との間に形成され
た一方の空間部19に貫通して鉄蓋12の一側外周上面
にあけられた手かぎ挿入穴18及びバール挿入穴18’
と、前記一方の空間部19の内側壁に、軸21にて揺動
できるように軸着され、上端部に操作用腕26を突設
