Claims (3)
- 集積回路の電力消費を管理するための方法であって、
第1のオン・チップ回路を利用して、前記集積回路の持続性電力消費が、第1の所定の値を超えているか否かを判定するステップと、
前記持続性電力消費が前記第1の所定の値を超えていると判定されると、前記集積回路の前記持続性電力消費を前記第1の所定の値以下に減少させる措置をトリガするステップと、
第2のオン・チップ回路を利用して、前記集積回路の短期電力消費が、第2の所定の値を超えているか否かを判定するステップと、
前記短期電力消費が前記第2の所定の値を超えると判定されると、前記集積回路の前記短期電力消費を前記第2の所定の値以下に減少させる措置をトリガするステップ
を含む、方法。 - 集積回路であって、
前記集積回路の長期電力消費のアナログ検出を実行し、前記長期電力消費が所定の値を超えているか否かを判定するよう動作可能な回路と、
前記長期電力消費が前記所定の値を超えていると判定されると、前記長期電力消費を低減するための少なくとも1つの措置を開始するよう動作可能な回路
を備える、集積回路。 - 集積回路であって、
前記集積回路の電気特性のアナログ検出に少なくとも部分的に基づいて、前記集積回路の電力消費を判定するための手段と、
前記集積回路の前記電力消費が、所定の値を超えているか否かを判定するための手段と、
前記集積回路の前記電力消費が前記所定の値を超えていると判定されると、前記集積回路のうちの少なくとも1つの集積回路の電力消費の低減を開始するための手段
を備え、
電力消費を判定するための前記手段は、前記集積回路の低域フィルタリングを施された電圧を決定するためのローパスフィルタを備えることからなる、集積回路。
