Abstract
Description
によって中断されていてよくおよび/または6個までのヒドロキシル基を有する
ことができる直鎖状または分枝鎖状のC1〜C20−アルキル基を表わすか、或
いはシクロアルキル基または場合によっては置換されたフェニル基を表わし、 Aは、式−CR2R3−で示される基を表わし、この場合 R2およびR3は、水素を表わすかまたはなお付加的に4個までの隣接していな
い酸素原子によって中断されていてよくおよび/または3個までのヒドロキシル
基を有することができるC1〜C8−アルキル基を表わし、 nは、2〜7の数字を表わす〕で示される1個以上の環式カルボン酸誘導体0.
01〜50質量%を含有する圧媒油、殊に自動車用ブレーキ液に関する。
極めて高度な要件が課されている。米国運輸省(US-Department of Tranpotatio
n)の自動車安全基準(Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard) FMVSS-No. 1
16におけるブレーキ液に対して存在する規格および仕様ならびに自動車エンジニ
ア協会(Society of Automotive Engineers)発行の規格SAE J 1704に相応して
、自動車用ブレーキ液は、一面で高い乾燥沸点(還流沸点、乾燥[Equilibrium
reflux boiling point, "ERBR"])ならびに高い湿潤沸点(還流沸点、湿潤[“
wet ERBP”])を使用するが、しかし、他面、広い温度範囲内で僅かにのみ変化
する粘度をも有している。更に、自動車工業界から水の存在下での低い低温粘度
による十分な要件が存在している。
連してなお改善することが必要とされる。従って、上記の性質を有する圧媒油を
提供するという課題が課された。

−3−メトキシプロピル、3−ヒドロキシ−2−メトキシプロピル、2,3−ジ
ヒドロキシプロピル、2,3−ジメチルプロピルならびに式−(CmH2mO) p −Z〔式中、mは、2、3または4の数を表わし、pは、1〜9の数(m=2
の場合)または1〜6の数(m=3の場合)または1〜5の数(m=4の場合)
を表わし、Zは、水素またはC1〜C4−アルキルを表わす〕で示されるアルキ
レンオキシ基を表わす。

たは自動車用ブレーキ液において水の存在下での粘度、殊に低温粘度を低減させ
、即ち低い水準に調節するために使用されることができる。

な要件は、次の通りである: 水4%の存在下で−40℃での動粘度(“V(4%H2O)”):1200cSt以下 更に、本発明による圧媒油および自動車用ブレーキ液の利点は、好ましい耐蝕
挙動、良好な水認容性、寛大なpH値、良好な低温安定性、高温安定性および酸
化安定性ならびに良好な化学的安定性、エラストマーおよびゴムに対する良好な
挙動、ならびに良好な潤滑挙動にある。
、化合物Iと共に、それぞれブレーキ液の全質量に対して1つ以上のポリグリコ
ールエーテルおよび/またはその硼酸エステルを0.1〜97質量%、殊に30
〜97質量%、なかんずく50〜97質量%含有している。

キルエステル)に記載されている。

コーン油を基礎とするものを主要成分として含有することができる。
化合物Iと共に、それぞれ自動車用ブレーキ液に対して1つ以上のポリグリコー
ルを0.1〜50質量%、殊に1〜40質量%、なかんずく5〜30質量%含有
する。
酸化プロピレンおよび/または酸化ブチレンと水またはジオールとの高沸点反応
生成物、殊に酸化エチレンおよび酸化プロピレンからなる混合物と水との相応す
る反応生成物が使用される。このようなポリグリコール中の酸化アルキレン単位
の数は、通常、2〜10である。

ルアミン、場合によってはエトキシル化されたアルカノールアミン、例えばモノ
エタノールアミン、ジエタノールアミンまたはトリエタノールアミン、N,N′
−ジ−n−ブチルアミノエタノールまたは1,1′−イミノジプロパン−2−オ
ール、シクロヘキシルアミン、トリアゾール、例えばベンゾトリアゾールまたは
トルトリアゾールならびにニトロ芳香族化合物、例えば3−ニトロベンズアルデ
ヒドがこれに該当する。

−オールとトルトルアゾールと3−ニトロベンズアルデヒドとからなる混合物 3質量%未満、 ビスフェノールA 0.5質量%未満 本発明による配合物の場合には、BF1から出発して、メチルトリグリコール
5質量%を本発明による環式カルボン酸誘導体5質量%と交換した。
載された方法により測定され、次表から認めることができる:
ヒドラウラン(Hydraulan) 508またはモトュル(Motul)S.A.社(フランス)の
DOT 5.1のブレーキ液(Brake Fluid)は、DOT5.1の仕様の要件以外に水4%
の存在下で−40℃での低い粘度による予測を超える要件を満たすことが明らか
になる[V(H2O 4%)1200cSt以下]。

Claims (9)
- 【請求項1】 一般式I 【化1】 〔式中、 Xは、酸素または式N−R1の基を表わし、 R1は、水素を表わすかまたはなお付加的に9個までの隣接していない酸素原子
によって中断されていてよくおよび/または6個までのヒドロキシル基を有する
ことができる直鎖状または分枝鎖状のC1〜C20−アルキル基を表わすか、或
いはシクロアルキル基または場合によっては置換されたフェニル基を表わし、 Aは、式−CR2R3−で示される基を表わし、この場合 R2およびR3は、水素を表わすかまたはなお付加的に4個までの隣接していな
い酸素原子によって中断されていてよくおよび/または3個までのヒドロキシル
基を有することができるC1〜C8−アルキル基を表わし、 nは、2〜7の数字を表わす〕で示される1個以上の環式カルボン酸誘導体0.
01〜50質量%を含有する圧媒油。 - 【請求項2】 Xが式N−R1の基を表わすような1つ以上のカルボン酸誘
導体Iを含有する、請求項1記載の圧媒油。 - 【請求項3】 R1が水素を表わすかまたはなお付加的に3個までの隣接し
ていない酸素原子によって中断されていてよくおよび/または2個までのヒドロ
キシル基を有することができる直鎖状または分枝鎖状のC1〜C6−アルキル基
を表わすような1つ以上のカルボン酸誘導体Iを含有する、請求項1または2記
載の圧媒油。 - 【請求項4】 R2およびR3が水素またはメチル基を表わすような1つ以
上のカルボン酸誘導体Iを含有する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載
の圧媒油。 - 【請求項5】 nが2、3または4の数字を表わすような1つ以上のカルボ
ン酸誘導体Iを含有する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の圧媒油。 - 【請求項6】 請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の1つ以上の環式
カルボン酸誘導体0.01〜50質量%を含有する、自動車用ブレーキ液。 - 【請求項7】 化合物Iと共にさらに1つ以上のポリグリコールエーテルお
よび/またはその硼酸エステル0.1〜95質量%を含有する、請求項6記載の
自動車用ブレーキ液。 - 【請求項8】 化合物Iと共にさらに1つ以上のポリグリコール0.1〜5
0質量%を含有する、請求項6または7記載の自動車用ブレーキ液。 - 【請求項9】 化合物Iと共にさらに1つ以上の腐蝕防止剤0.01〜10
質量%を含有する、請求項6から8までのいずれか1項に記載の自動車用ブレー
キ液。
