Claims (6)
- 動脈血栓の形成を防止するための非トロンボゲン形成表面を用意するために任意に好適なキャリアと一緒に、表面に結合した高親和性のHAヘパリンに富んだヘパリンを含む組成物の使用。
- 前記高親和性のHAヘパリンが精製されたものであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組成物の使用。
- 前記高親和性のHAヘパリンが、エンドポイントアタッチメント(end point attachment)によって表面に結合していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組成物の使用。
- 前記キャリアが、アミノ、アルデヒド、ヒドロキシル、カルボン酸、カルボジイミドなどの官能基、あるいは、ヘパリン中に存在するかヘパリンに導入される官能基と結合できる他の反応性官能基を有する有機化合物からなる群から選択され、官能性化合物が低分子化合物またはポリマーであってもよく、官能基を有する低分子化合物の例としては、塩化トリドデシルメチルアンモニウム、塩化ベンザルコニウム誘導体、エチルジメチルアミノプロピルカルボジイミドおよびグルタルアルデヒドがあげられ、ポリマーの例としては、たとえば、ポリエチレンイミン(PEI)またはポリリシンなどのポリアミン、ポリアクリル酸などのポリカルボン酸、ポリビニルアルコールまたは多糖類などのポリアルコール、他の官能性ポリマーまたはこれらの混合物があげられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組成物の使用。
- 前記高親和性のHAヘパリンが装置の表面に結合していることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の組成物の使用。
- 前記装置は、ステント、グラフト、ステントグラフト、カテーテル、心臓弁、フィルタ、管類および膜式装置からなる群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の組成物の使用。
