Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 複数の光学的測定経路に沿う光を発生する光発生手段(69,421,423)及 び複数の光学的測定経路の各々に沿う光を検出する光検出手段(71,425,427)を 有するセンサ(11)と、 光発生手段によって発生された光を制御し、光検出手段への光入射を測定し、 かつ測定した光に基づき生理学的条件を示す測定値を発生する処理システム(141 ,445,452)とを備えることを特徴とする生理学的条件測定装置。 2. 測定値は、複数の光学的測定経路の両方に共通でありかつ各光学経路に 独立して分配された測定値の1つと、各光学的測定経路に関する異なる測定値と を含む請求項1に記載の生理学的条件測定装置。 3. 光発生手段は、複数の光学的測定経路の各々に沿う少なくとも2つの波 長の光を発生する請求項1に記載の生理学的条件測定装置。 4. 処理システムは、複数の光学的測定経路の各々に沿う少なくとも2つの 波長から測定される光の選択的な加重比率により測定値を発生する請求項3に記 載の生理学的条件測定装置。 5. 処理システムは、複数の光学的測定経路の各々に沿う2つの波長内の1 つを選択的に重みをつけることにより測定値を発生する請求項3に記載の生理学 的条件測定装置。 6. 光発生手段及び光検出手段は1つの探針の上に配置される請求項1に記 載の生理学的条件測定装置。 7. 探針は、光放射及び光検出に適する複数の窓領域を有しかつ組織へのね じ込みに適する螺旋中空針(65)を含む請求項6に記載の生理学的条件測定装置。 8. 光発生手段及び光検出手段の少なくとも一方は光搬送繊維を含む請求項 1に記載の生理学的条件測定装置。 9. 少なくとも3つの波長の光を発生して、少なくとも2つの波長の光をそ れぞれ含む少なくとも2セットの波長の光を供給する光発生手段(69,121)及び 各波長の光を検出する光検出手段(71,125)を有するセンサ(11)と、 光発生手段によって発生された光を制御し、光検出手段への光入射を測定し、 かつ波長の加重結合に対応する測定値を発生する処理システム(141,145,149) とを備えることを特徴とする生理学的条件測定装置。 10. 処理システムは、2セットの波長の光から測定される光の選択的な加 重比率により測定値を発生する請求項9に記載の生理学的条件測定装置。 11. 複数の光学的測定経路に沿う光を発生する過程と、 組織を通して複数の光学的測定経路の各々に沿う光を搬送する過程と、 組織を通過した後に複数の光学的測定経路の各々に沿って搬送される光を受光 する過程と、 受光過程で受光された光を測定する過程と、 測定過程で測定された光に基づき生理学的条件を示す測定値を発生する過程と を含むことを特徴とする生理学的条件測定法。 12. 測定過程は、 1) 両方の光学的測定経路に共通でありかつ各光学的測定経路に独立して分 配された測定値を得る過程、及び 2) 各光学的測定経路と関連する異なる測定値を得る過程 の1つを含む請求項11に記載の生理学的条件測定法。 13. 光発生過程及び光搬送過程は、光学的測定経路の各々に沿う少なくと も2セットの波長の光を生成する過程を含み、この生成する過程は、両方の光学 的測定経路に沿うセットの波長から測定した光の選択的な加重比率により測定値 を発生する過程を含む請求項11に記載の生理学的条件測定法。 14. 少なくとも3つの波長の光を発生して、少なくとも2つの波長の光を それぞれ含む少なくとも2セットの波長の光を供給する過程と、 組織を通して光を搬送する過程と、 各波長の光を検出する過程と、 検出過程で検出された光を測定する過程と、 測定過程で測定された光の波長のセットの加重結合に基づき生理学的条件を示 す測定値を発生する過程とを含むことを特徴とする生理学的条件測定法。 15. 末端部及び基端部を有しかつ基端部に受容キャビティ(33)が形成され た挿入ロッド(7)と、 挿入ロッドの末端部に選択的に装着されたセンサ(11)と、 センサに結合された末端部及び自由基端部を有し、自由基端部が挿入ロッドの 受容キャビティに選択的に挿入可能でありかつ受容キャビティに完全に挿入され ると係合状態で維持されるサイズ及び形状に自由基端部及び受容キャビティが形 成された回路接続部(9)と、 挿入ロッドに対し選択的に配置され、挿入ロッドとの間で挿入ロッドの長さの 少なくとも一部に沿って延伸する回路接続部と共に挿入ロッドの少なくとも一部 を収納し、挿入ロッドに対し軸方向に移動可能な導入管(5)とを備えることを特 徴とする生理学的条件測定装置。 16. 挿入ロッド(7)と、 挿入ロッドの末端部に選択的に装着されたセンサ(11)と、 センサに結合された末端部及びセンサを外部回路に選択的に結合する基端部を 有する回路接続部(9)と、 挿入ロッドに対し選択的に配置され、挿入ロッドとの間で挿入ロッドの長さの 少なくとも一部に沿って延伸する回路接続部と共に挿入ロッドの少なくとも一部 を収納し、挿入ロッドに対し軸方向に移動可能な導入管(5)と、 挿入ロッド及び導入管を選択的に結合して、センサが完全に導入管の内側に配 置される挿入ロッドに対する第1の位置に導入管を維持すると共に、センサの少 なくとも一部が導入管の外側に配置される挿入ロッドに対する第2の位置へ導入 管を移動可能とするメカニズム(13)とを備えることを特徴とする生理学的条件測 定装置。 17. メカニズムは挿入ロッド上に配置された偏向可能タブであり、タブは 非偏向位置から偏向位置へ偏向可能であり、第1のタブは偏向位置で第1のタブ の第1の部分を導入管の一部と挿入ロッドとの間に挿入可能な形状に形成され、 第1のタブは導入管との係合状態に偏向されて導入管を第1の位置に維持し、導 入管からタブを除去することによりタブは挿入ロッドに対し導入管の動きの光学 経路を出て非偏向位置へ移動し、導入管を第2の位置へ移動可能とする請求項1 6に記載の生理学的条件測定装置。 18. 偏向可能タブが配置される側と反対の挿入ロッドの側上に設けられた 第1のタブ(39)を備え、導入管との係合状態に偏向された偏向可能タブによって 供給される力と反力を導入管上へ供給するサイズ及び形状に第1のタブが形成さ れた請求項17に記載の生理学的条件測定装置。 19. 挿入ロッド(7)と、 挿入ロッドの末端部に選択的に装着されたセンサ(11)と、 センサに結合された末端部及びセンサを外部回路に選択的に結合する基端部を 有する回路接続部(9)と、 挿入ロッドに対し選択的に配置され、挿入ロッドとの間で挿入ロッドの長さの 少なくとも一部に沿って延伸する回路接続部と共に挿入ロッドの少なくとも一部 を収納し、挿入ロッドに対し軸方向に移動可能な導入管(5)と、 挿入ロッド上に配置されかつ挿入ロッドと導入管との間に延伸し、導入管に対 し回転される挿入ロッドに対応する回路接続部の部分と接触するサイズ及び形状 を有し、回路接続部を強制的に挿入ロッドの回転と同方向に回転させるタブ(39) とを備えることを特徴とする生理学的条件測定装置。 20. 挿入ロッド(7)と、 挿入ロッドの末端部に選択的に装着されたセンサ(11)と、 センサに結合された末端部及びセンサを外部回路に選択的に結合する基端部を 有する回路接続部(9)と、 挿入ロッドに対し選択的に配置され、挿入ロッドとの間で挿入ロッドの長さの 少なくとも一部に沿って延伸する回路接続部と共に挿入ロッドの少なくとも一部 を収納し、挿入ロッドに対し軸方向に移動可能な導入管(5)とを備え、 挿入ロッドによりセンサに付加されるトルクが第1の設定量を超えるとセンサ が挿入ロッドに対し回転すると共に、挿入ロッドによりセンサに付加される引抜 力が第2の設定量を超えると、センサが挿入ロッドの末端部から分離するサイズ 及び形状にセンサ及び挿入ロッドの関連部分が形成され、回転の発生に必要なト ルクの第1の設定量は挿入ロッドに対するセンサの分離に必要な力の第2の設定 量と独立であることを特徴とする生理学的条件測定装置。 21. センサを挿入ロッドに選択的に装着する当接部(21)を挿入ロッドの末 端部に設け、当接部は開口部(43)を形成する複数の壁(41)を有し、各壁はそのベ ースにおいて当接部の残りに取り付けられかつスロット(45)により隣接する壁と 分離され、各壁はそのベースとほぼ垂直方向に可撓性を有し当接部を通じて挿入 ロッドによりセンサに付加されるトルクが第1の設定量を超えると開口部内での センサの回転を許容し、 センサはカップ(67)及びカップに装着された針(65)を備え、カップは複数の壁 により形成された開口部内に嵌合可能なベース部分を有し、ベース部分は表面に 少なくとも1つの突部(77)を有し、複数の壁のうち少なくとも1つの内面は溝(4 7)を有し、カップのベース部分が当接部の開口部に配置されるのに対応して溝が 突部を選択的に受容するサイズ及び形状に突部及び溝が形成される請求項20に 記載の生理学的条件測定装置。 22. センサは、カップ(67)及びカップに装着された針(65)を備え、カップ は側方に形成されたスリット(81)を有し、スリットはカップの内部キャビティか らカップの外側部分への通路を形成し、通路は4つの壁により形成されかつ回路 接続部の末端部を受容するサイズである請求項20に記載の生理学的条件測定装 置。 23. 挿入ロッド(7)と、 挿入ロッドの末端部に選択的に装着されたセンサ(11)と、 センサに結合された末端部及びセンサを外部回路に選択的に結合する基端部を 有する回路接続部(9)と、 挿入ロッドに対し選択的に配置され、挿入ロッドとの間で挿入ロッドの長さの 少なくとも一部に沿って延伸する回路接続部と共に挿入ロッドの少なくとも一部 を収納し、挿入ロッドに対し軸方向に移動可能な導入管(5)とを備え、 回路接続部は末端部と基端部との間の信号を伝達する少なくとも1の導電体を 有し、回路接続部は、 (a) 回路接続部の基端部に設けられかつ曲がりを最小化する強化部材(130 )、 (b) 少なくとも1つの導電体の少なくとも一側に配置された遮蔽層、及び (c) 少なくとも部分的に回路接続部中へ長さ方向に延伸しかつ回路接続部 の柔軟性を増大する少なくとも1つのスリット の少なくとも1つを含むことを特徴とする生理学的条件測定装置。 24. 回路接続部は末端部と基端部との間の信号を伝達する少なくとも2つ の導電体を有し、更に、差動対として導電体に信号を伝達する制御ユニットを備 える請求項23に記載の生理学的条件測定装置。 25. 挿入ロッド(7)と、 挿入ロッドの末端部に選択的に装着されたセンサ(11)と、 センサに結合された末端部及びセンサを外部回路に選択的に結合する基端部を 有する回路接続部(9)と、 挿入ロッドに対し選択的に配置され、挿入ロッドとの間で挿入ロッドの長さの 少なくとも一部に沿って延伸する回路接続部と共に挿入ロッドの少なくとも一部 を収納し、挿入ロッドに対し軸方向に移動可能な導入管(5)と、 回路接続部の基端部に選択的に結合するインタフェースとを備え、 インタフェースは識別要素を含み、回路接続部をインタフェースに接続するこ とにより識別要素を外部回路へ動作可能に結合して外部回路による識別要素の検 出を可能とすることを特徴とする生理学的条件測定装置。 26. 中空の管を「J」字形に曲げる過程と、 少なくとも3つの平面の曲がりに近接する管の第1の端部に斜角形成して針の 点を形成する過程と、 管を「J」字形から「P」字形へ曲げる過程と、 「P」字形の円部分の中央にほぼ面する位置で管に少なくとも1つの開口部を 形成する過程と、 光学要素の一部が窓に位置するまで管の第2の端部へ光学要素を押し込む過程 と、 管内部の所定位置に光学要素を固定する過程と、 光学要素を含む管を螺旋形状に曲げる過程とを含むことを特徴とする生理学的 条件測定装置用針形成法。
