- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 液体リザーバ、 前記リザーバから入口を通して液体を受ける圧縮可能な弾性ハウジングを有す る液体計量チャンバ、および この圧縮弾性ハウジングの入口および出口のそれぞれに配置した一方向逆止弁 を備え、 逆止弁の少なくとも一つが、 開口のある可撓性膜、および この可撓性膜の開口に嵌まり、可撓性膜を変形させる弁座を備え 変形された前記可撓性膜が弾性復元力を有し、この復元力によって可撓性膜が 弁座に作用して液体シールをなす液体分配アセンブリ。 2. 請求項1において、前記弁座が円錐形である液体分配アセンブリ。 3. 請求項2において、前記弁座が液体を流す通孔のある固い弁ディスクか ら延びている液体分配アセンブリ。 4. 請求項3において、前記逆止弁は、前記出口に位置し、さらに、弁座か ら延びて液体を沿わせて流す液体分配ガイドポストを有している液体分配アセン ブリ。 5. 請求項4において、前記出口の逆止弁が前記開口の周りで可撓性膜から 延びる管状ノズルを有している液体分配アセンブリ。 6. 請求項1において、前記逆止弁は、前記出口に位置し、さらに、弁座か ら延びて液体を沿わせて流す液体分配ガイドポストを有している液体分配アセン ブリ。 7. 請求項1において、前記出口の逆止弁が前記開口の周りで可撓性膜から 延びる管状ノズルを有している液体分配アセンブリ。 8. 請求項1において、前記可撓性膜が圧縮可能な弾性ハウジングと一体部 品として形成されている液体分配アセンブリ。 9. 請求項1において、前記出入口の逆止弁の各々が 開口のある可撓性膜、および この可撓性膜の開口に嵌まり、可撓性膜を変形させる弁座を備え、 変形された前記可撓性膜が弾性復元力を有し、この復元力によって可撓性膜が 弁座に作用して液体シールをなす液体分配アセンブリ。 10. 請求項1において、前記リザーバと計量チャンバが、計量チャンバを一 方の側から圧縮する時に傾くように設けられている液体分配アセンブリ。 11. 請求項1において、前記リザーバが可撓性バッグで造られている液体分 配アセンブリ。 12. 請求項11において、前記リザーバと計量チャンバが、計量チャンバを 一方の側から圧縮する時に傾くように設けられている液体分配アセンブリ。 13. 請求項11において、前記リザーバを固い外ハウジングに収納している 液体分配アセンブリ。 14. 請求項13において、前記固い外ハウジングが支持架台への装着手段を 有する液体分配アセンブリ。 15. 請求項13において、前記固い外ハウジングにバーコード表示がなされ ている液体分配アセンブリ。 16. 請求項1において、前記リザーバに分配する液体が注入されている液体 分配アセンブリ。 17. 請求項1において、前記リザーバまたは計量チャンバ内に、液体中の粒 子状物質を捕捉するフィルタを備えた液体分配アセンブリ。 18. 液体リザーバ、 前記リザーバから入口を通して液体を受け、圧縮可能な弾性ハウジングの入口 および出口のそれぞれに一方向逆止弁を備えた液体計量チャンバ、および 前記出口を通って延びる液体分配ガイドポストを備えた液体分配アセンブリ。 19. 請求項18において、前記出口の逆止弁が可撓性膜を備え、この膜が、 ガイドポストを通す開口と開口の周りで可撓性膜から延びる管状ノズルとを有す る液体分配アセンブリ。 20. 請求項18において、前記リザーバに分配する液体が注入されている液 体分配アセンブリ。 21. 液体リザーバ、および 前記リザーバから入口を通して液体を受け、圧縮可能な弾性ハウジングの入口 および出口のそれぞれに一方向逆止弁を有する液体計量チャンバを備え、 前記リザーバと計量チャンバは、圧縮部材が後部面に向かって計量チャンバを 圧縮する際に回動するようにピボット軸に取り付けられている液体分配アセンブ リ。 22. 請求項21において、前記リザーバが固い外ハウジング内に回動可能に 取付けられ、前記後部面が固い外ハウジングの一部である液体分配アセンブリ。 23. 請求項21において、前記後部面が、液体分配アセンブリを支持する架 台の一部である液体分配アセンブリ。 24. 請求項21において、前記リザーバが可撓性バッグである液体分配アセ ンブリ。 25. 請求項24において、前記リザーバが固い外ハウジング内で回動可能に 取り付けられている液体分配アセンブリ。 26. 請求項21において、前記リザーバに分配する液体が注入されている液 体分配アセンブリ。 27. 固いハウジング、 この固いハウジング内に吊り下げられた可撓性バッグを有する液体リザーバ、 および 前記リザーバから入口を通して液体を受けるように前記液体リザーバに取り付 けられ、圧縮可能な弾性ハウジングの入口および出口のそれぞ れに一方向逆止弁を有する液体計量チャンバを備え、 前記計量チャンバが前記液体リザーバへの取付け点から無拘束状態で吊り下げ られている液体分配カートリッジ。 28. 請求項27において、前記液体リザーバが、リザーバと計量チャンバが 自由に回動できるように、ピボット軸から吊り下げられている液体分配アセンブ リ。 29. 請求項27において、前記固いハウジングが、これに押しつけられた前 記計量チャンバを圧縮する後部面を有する液体分配アセンブリ。 30. 請求項27において、前記固い外ハウジングにバーコード表示がなされ ている液体分配アセンブリ。 31. 請求項27において、前記固い外ハウジングが支持架台への装着手段を 有する液体分配アセンブリ。 32. 請求項31において、前記架台が、これに押し付けられた計量チャンバ を圧縮する後部面を有する液体分配アセンブリ。 33. 請求項27において、前記計量チャンバが前記入口の逆止弁と液体リザ ーバの間の摩擦連結によってリザーバに取り付けられている液体分配アセンブリ 。 34. 請求項27において、前記液体リザーバと計量チャンバが単一部品とし て形成されている液体分配アセンブリ。 35. 請求項27において、前記可撓性バッグが熱シールで閉じられている液 体分配アセンブリ。 36. 請求項27において、前記可撓性バッグが機械式クリップで閉じられて いる液体分配アセンブリ。 37. 請求項27において、前記リザーバに分配する液体が注入されている液 体分配アセンブリ。 38. 請求項26において、リザーバまたは計量チャンバ内に液体中の粒子状 物質を捕捉するフィルタを備えた液体分配アセンブリ。 39.液体リザーバ、 圧縮可能な弾性ハウジングを有し、このハウジングとリザーバとが単一部品と して形成されている液体計量チャンバ、 前記リザーバと計量チャンバの間の第一逆止弁、および 計量チャンバの出口の第二逆止弁を備えた液体分配アセンブリ。 40. 請求項39において、前記リザーバに分配する液体が注入されている液 体分配アセンブリ。 41. 液体リザーバ、 前記リザーバから入口を通して液体を受け、圧縮可能な弾性ハウジングの入口 および出口のそれぞれに一方向逆止弁を備えた液体計量チャンバ、および 前記液体に含まれた粒子状物質を捕捉するようにリザーバまたは計量チャンバ 内に配置されたフィルタを備えた液体分配アセンブリ。 42. 請求項41において、前記リザーバに分配する液体が注入されている液 体分配アセンブリ。 43. 支持架台に着脱自在に取り付けられる固いハウジング、 この固いハウジング内に吊り下げられた可撓性バッグを有する液体リザーバ、 前記リザーバから入口を通して液体を受ける圧縮可能な弾性ハウジングを有し 、一方の側から圧縮される時に傾くように設けられている液体計量チャンバ、お よび 前記圧縮可能な弾性ハウジングの入口および出口のそれぞれに配置された一方 向逆止弁を備え、 前記逆止弁の各々が、 開口のある可撓性膜、および 前記可撓性膜の開口に嵌まり込み可撓性膜を変形させる円錐状弁座を有し、 変形された可撓性膜は弾性復元力を有し、この復元力によって可撓性 膜が弁座に作用して液体シールをなす液体分配アセンブリ。 44. 請求項43において、前記出口の逆止弁が固い弁ディスクを備え、この 弁ディスクから弁座が延びており、前記固い弁ディスクに、液体を流す通口と、 弁座から延びて液体を沿わせて流す液体分配ガイドポストとがあり、さらに、前 記出口の逆止弁が、開口の周りで可撓性膜から延びる管状ノズルを有している液 体分配アセンブリ。 45. 請求項43において、リザーバに分配する液体が注入されている液体分 配アセンブリ。 46. 請求項43において、リザーバまたは計量チャンバ内に前記液体中の粒 子状物質を捕捉するフィルタを備えた液体分配アセンブリ。 47. 可撓性バッグから入口を通して液体を受けるよう可撓性バッグに取り付 けた計量チャンバを有し、この計量チャンバが圧縮可能な弾性ハウジングの入口 および出口のそれぞれに一方向逆止弁を有している可撓性バッグを用意して、こ のバッグに、分配する液体を入れ、 前記可撓性バッグを固いハウジングに支持して、前記計量チャンバを前記ハウ ジングを通して外部に露出させ、外部圧縮部材により計量チャンバを圧縮して計 量チャンバの前記出口から液体を分配させる液体の供給方法。 48. 請求項47において、前記可撓性バッグを固いハウジング内に吊り下げ 、計量チャンバを前記可撓性バッグから無拘束状態で吊り下げた液体の供給方法 。 49. 請求項48において、前記可撓性バッグが、前記バッグと計量チャンバ を自由に回動させるピボット軸から吊り下げられている液体の供給方法。
