Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1)光学的な回折効果を持つ微視的に細かいレリーフ構造、平坦なミラー面あ るいは吸収または散乱構造を有する面成分からなるN個の視認可能なパターンを 備えた面パターンであって、該構造の光学的な効果が構造(19)上の反射層( 21)によって定まり、かつ該構造がプラスチックからなる積層物(20)に埋 め込まれている面パターンにおいて、 前記N個のパターンは、少なくとも1つの独立した共通の面要素(11)を共 有しており、 共通の面要素(11)は、面部分(14;15;16;17;18)に細分さ れていて、N個のパターンとは別の所定の構造を有する面部分(14;15;1 6;17;18)の構成が、肉眼では認識できないようになっており、 前記面部分(14;15;16;17;18)の各々が、微視的に細かい回折 構造または吸収あるいは散乱特性を有する構造を有するか、または平坦なミラー であることを特徴とする面パターン。 2)ホイルの材料の屈折率の局所的な変化により形成される光学的な回折効果 を有する微視的に細かい構造(30’)を備えたホイルに記録の体積ホログラム (30)の形をしたN個の視認可能なパターンを有する面パターンにおいて、 前記N個のパターンは、少なくとも1つの独立した共通の面要素(11)を共 有しており、 少なくとも1つの空間周波数fBを有する共通の面要素(11) の微細な構造(30’)が、空間周波数fBに関連する小さい回折角度の範囲( 27)にN個のパターンとは別の回折パターンを発生させるように、配置されて おり、 N個の視認可能なパターンの微細な構造(30’)は、空間周波数fBとは異 なる空間周波数fRを有し、 共通の面要素(11)の微細な構造(30’)が、少なくとも2つの異なる方 位角の値φ1、φ2を有することを特徴とする面パターン。 3)共通の面要素(11)が、光学的に機器により読み取り可能な情報要素で あることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項または第2項に記載の面パターン。 4)N個のパターン内で複数の面要素(11)が共通の群を形成し、該群の情 報要素が、光学的に機器で読み取り可能なコードを形成することを特徴とする請 求の範囲第3項に記載の面パターン。 5)面要素(11)が、同じ大きさで線形に配置されていることを特徴とする 請求の範囲第4項に記載の面パターン。 6)共通の面要素(11)の面部分(14;15;16;17;18)の微視 的に細かい回折構造が、少なくとも1つの空間周波数fBを有し、N個のパター ンの光学的な回折効果を有する微視的に細かいレリーフ構造が、空間周波数fR を有し、空間周波数fBのどの整数倍も、空間周波数fRの一つの整数倍でないこ とを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の面パターン。 7)空間周波数fBのどの整数倍も、空間周波数fRの一つの整数倍ではないこ とを特徴とする請求の範囲第2項に記載の面パターン。 8)構造(19;30’)に使用される空間周波数fBの各々が、空間周波数 fRに対して少なくとも1つの最小空間周波数間隔±Δfを有することを特徴と する請求の範囲第6項または第7項に記載の面パターン。 9)空間周波数fBが、所定の帯域幅を有することを特徴とする請求の範囲第 6項から第8項のいずれか1項に記載の面パターン。 10)面要素(11)が複数の面部分(14;15;16;17;18)によ ってピクセル(17)または帯(14;15;16;18)に細分されており、 その場合、ピクセル(17)または帯(14;15;16;18)で部分構造( a;b;c;d)が周期的に交代していることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項か ら第6項のいずれか1項に記載の面パターン。 11)面要素(11)が面部分(14;15)で2つの異なる部分構造(a, b;c,d;a,e;c,e)のみを有することを特徴とする請求の範囲第10 項に記載の面パターン。 12)面部分(14;15;16;17;18)の少なくとも1つが、英数字 記号または文字の帯であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第10項から第11項に 記載の面パターン。 13)N個のパターンの少なくとも1つのパターンの少なくとも1つのグラフ ィック要素(31;32)が面要素(11)に渡って延びており、面要素をサブ 要素(33;34)に細分することを特徴とする請求の範囲第10項から第12 項のいずれか1項に記載の面パターン。 14)請求の範囲第1項から第13項のいずれか1項に記載の 面パターンを、書類(2)のセキュリティ要素として使用し、かつ読み取り装置 で書類(2)を識別するために使用すること。
