Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 少なくとも3枚の平行な透明または半透明のプレート(2,3,4)を有 しており、当該プレート(3,4)の間に設けられた第1の中間空間(5)には 、気体が満たされているとともに、これらのプレート(3)の1枚と、これとは 別な1枚のプレート(2)との間に設けられた第2の中間空間(6)には、染色 または着色されて太陽光を吸収するための液体(7)が満たされているファサー ド(1)を含む建物内の透明断熱用装置であって、 前記第2の中間空間(6)が、少なくとも一定期間建物の外部に配置されると ともに、 前記第1の中間空間(5)が、前記第2の中間空間(6)内の液体(7)と、 建物内部との間を断熱することを特徴とする透明断熱用装置。 2. 前記第1の中間空間(5)が、長手方向で水平に伸びる複数のウェブ(1 5)により区分され、ウェブの幅(B)が、隣接するウェブ(15)の間の間隔 (A)よりも少なくとも4倍大きいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の透明断熱 用装置。 3. 前記第2中間空間(6)に、前記建物を暖房するための、あるいは水を加 熱するために加熱要素(10,21)に接続された液体の循環路(8,9)が接 続されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の透明断熱用装置。 4. 前記透明断熱用装置が、前記第1または第2の中間空間(5,6)の中に 、前記液体(7)を選択的に循環するための循環装置(17〜19)を含むこと を特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の透明断熱用装置。 5. 前記ファサード(1)が、180°旋回可能に配置されている複数のセグ メント(24)を備えることにより、前記第1の中間空間(5)が、前記建物の 内部または外部に選択的に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか 一項に記載の透明断熱用装置。 6. 追加プレート(29)が、前記第2の中間空間(6)の外側プレート(2 )の前に取り付けられ、当該追加プレートが、第3の中間空間であって、気体が 充填された中間空間(28)を形成することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれ か一項に記載の透明断熱用装置。 7. 前記第1の中間空間(5)の断熱値が、前記第3の中間空間(28)の断 熱値よりも少なくとも2以上の係数分優れていることを特徴とする請求項6に記 載の透明断熱用装置。 8. 前記第3の中間空間(28)の断熱値を、換気フラップ(30)により調 整することを特徴とする請求項6または7に記載の透明断熱用装置。 9. 追加プレート(34)が、前記第1の中間空間(5)の内側プレート(4 )の前に取り付けられるとともに、 当該追加プレートが、第3の中間空間(35)を形成し、第2および第3の中 間空間(6,35)のいずれか一方または両方が、前記液体(7)で満たされて いるか、あるいは、循環装置(18,19)が、第2または第3の中間空間(6 ,35)内で液体(7)を選択的に循環するために具備されていることを特徴と する請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の透明断熱用装置。
