Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.可逆式の駆動装置(22)を制御するための制御装置(24)を備えた、 特に自動車のスライド・チルト式のサンルーフ装置を制御するための方法におい て、スライド・チルト式のルーフパネル(12)が、開放されたチルトアップ位 置から閉鎖位置に向かって駆動装置(22)により降下させられて、該ルーフパ ネル(12)とサンルーフ開口部との間に挟み込まれた対象物(20)の挟み込 み状況がセンサ(34)によって検出され、該センサ(34)によって制御装置 (24)にセンサ信号(36)が供給されると、直接的な挟み込み防止機構を作 動させることを特徴とする、スライド・チルト式のサンルーフ装置を制御するた めの方法。 2.可逆式の駆動装置(22)を制御するための制御装置(24)を備えた、 特に自動車のスライド・チルト式のサンルーフ装置であって、サンルーフ開口部 の片側に樋(18)が可動に配置されている形式のスライド・チルト式のサンル ーフ装置を制御するための方法おいて、スライド・チルト式のルーフパネル(1 2)を開放されたチルトアップ位置から閉鎖位置に向かって駆動装置(22)に よって降下させる際に、サンルーフパネル(12)とサンルーフ開口部との間で の対象物(20)の挟み込みを制御装置(24)によ って検出し、この場合、挟み込まれた対象物(20)によって樋(18)を所定 の休止位置から変位させ、該変位をセンサ(34)により検出し、該センサ(3 4)により制御装置(24)へセンサ信号(36)を送出することを特徴とする 、スライド・チルト式のサンルーフ装置を制御するための方法。 3.センサ(34)、特にスイッチにより、樋(18)の規定可能な変位量、 特に挟み込み位置または閉鎖位置を検出する、請求項2記載の方法。 4.樋(18)の変位を連続的に、部分連続的にまたは段階的に、樋(18) の移動領域にわたってセンサ(34)、特に角度センサまたは切換条片により検 出し、変位量に関連してセンサ信号(36)を制御装置(24)に送出する、請 求項2記載の方法。 5.樋(18)の変位を特徴付けるセンサ信号(36)に関連して駆動装置( 22)を制御装置(24)によって停止させかつ/または逆転させて、ルーフパ ネル(12)の移動調節運動を停止させるか、またはルーフパネル(12)を再 び開放する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 6.制御装置(24)により、ルーフパネル(12)の、位置実際値検出装置 (28)により検出可能な位置実際値とセンサ信号(36)との比較を実施し、 比較結果に関連して挟み込み状況またはルーフパネル(12)の閉鎖された状態 を制御装置(24)により 検知する、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 7.制御装置(24)により、ルーフパネル(12)の、位置実際値検出装置 (28)により検出可能な位置実際値とセンサ信号(36)との比較を実施し、 挟み込み状況が検知された場合に、挟み込まれた対象物(20)の厚さもしくは 太さを測定し、該厚さもしくは太さに関連して最大許容可能な挟み込み力を制御 装置(24)により規定する、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 8.可逆式の駆動装置(22)を制御するための制御装置(24)を備えた、 特に自動車のスライド・チルト式のサンルーフ装置を制御するための装置であっ て、サンルーフ開口部の片側に樋、有利には樋(18)が可動に配置されている 形式のものにおいて、樋(18)が、スライド・チルト式のルーフパネル(12 )とサンルーフ開口部との間に挟み込まれた対象物(20)によって所定の休止 位置から変位可能であり、樋(18)の変位がセンサ(34)によって検出され 、該センサ(34)が、挟み込み防止機構を実現するために制御装置(24)へ センサ信号(36)を送出するようになっていることを特徴とする、スライド・ チルト式のサンルーフ装置を制御するための装置。 9.センサ(34)として、1つまたは複数のスイッチ、特に切換条片または 角度センサが使用可能であ る、請求項8記載の装置。 10.樋(18)が、サンルーフ開口部の、ルーフパネル(12)の旋回軸線 (16)が設けられている側とは反対の側に配置されている、請求項8記載の装 置。
