Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.第一及び第二の対向する端部と外表面及び管腔内表面とを有する第一の多孔 性の細長い管と、 前記第一の管上に同軸状に配設され、第一の管と協働して細長い拡張可能な人 工器官を構成する第二の多孔性の細長い管と、 を備え、 前記第一の管が前記第二の管に固定されてその間に長手方向に延びるポケット を形成し、更に、 前記第一の管の外表面の周囲に配設され且つ前記ポケット内に位置決めされる 略環状の半径方向に拡張可能な部材、 を備えた、 移植可能な管腔内装置であって、 前記ポケットが前記半径方向に拡張可能な部材の長手方向広がりより大きい長 手方向広がりを有することにより、前記拡張可能な部材が前記ポケット内で長手 方向に移動可能である、 ことを特徴とする移植可能な管腔内装置。 2.前記略環状の半径方向に拡張可能な部材が、ステントである、 ことを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項記載の移植可能な管腔内装置。 3.前記第一の管が、前記端部のそれぞれに隣接した固定位置で前記第二の管に 固定されることにより、前記固定位置の間に前記ポケットを形成する、 ことを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項記載の移植可能な管腔内装置。 4.前記第一の管が、複数の長手方向に離間した位置で前記第二の管に固定され ることにより、各隣接した固定位置の間に前記ポケットの一つを形成する、 ことを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項記載の移植可能な管腔内装置。 5.前記ポケットのそれぞれが、単一のステントを支持する、 ことを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項記載の移植可能な管腔内装置。 6.前記ポケットのそれぞれが、複数のステントを支持する、 ことを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項記載の移植可能な管腔内装置。 7.前記ステントが、生体適合性の金属である、 ことを特徴とする請求の範囲第2項記載の移植可能な管腔内装置。 8.前記生体適合性の金属が、ステンレス鋼、白金、金、ニチノール、タンタル 及びそれらの合金から成る群から選定される、 ことを特徴とする請求の範囲第7項記載の移植可能な管腔内装置。 9.前記第一及び第二の管が、生体適合性を有する、 ことを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項記載の移植可能な管腔内装置。 10.前記第一及び第二の管が、発泡ポリテトラフルオロエチレンから製造される 、 ことを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項記載の移植可能な管腔内装置。 11.前記第一及び第二の管が、融着により互いに固定される、 ことを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項記載の移植可能な管腔内装置。 12.前記第一及び第二の管が、貼合わせにより互いに固定される、 ことを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項記載の移植可能な管腔内装置。 13.前記装置が、バルーンにより拡張可能な装置である、 ことを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項記載の移植可能な管腔内装置。 14.移植可能な管腔内装置を提供する方法であって、 a)第一及び第二の対向する端部と外表面及び管腔内表面とを有する第一の多孔 性の管を提供し、 b)略環状の半径方向に拡張可能な部材を前記第一の管の外表面の周囲に配設し 、 c)前記第一の管及び前記拡張可能な部材の上に同軸状に第二の多孔性の管を位 置決めし、 d)前記第一及び第二の管の間に長手方向に延びるポケットを形成するために、 前記第一の管を前記第二の管に離間した位置で固定する、 ことを含み、 前記ポケットが、前記半径方向に拡張可能な部材の長手方向広がりより大きい 長手方向広がりを有し、前記拡張可能な部材が前記ポケット内に長手方向に移動 可能に閉じ込められる、 ことを特徴とする方法。 15.前記略環状の半径方向に拡張可能な部材が、ステントである、 ことを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。 16.前記固定工程が、前記第一の管を前記第二の管に前記端部に隣接した固定位 置で固定し前記固定位置間に前記ポケットを形成する、ことを含む、 ことを特徴とする請求の範囲第14項記載の方法。 17.前記固定工程が、更に、前記第一の管を前記第二の管に複数の長手方向に離 間した固定位置で固定し、各隣接した固定位置間に前記ポケットの一つを形成す る、ことを含む、 ことを特徴とする請求の範囲第14項記載の方法。 18.前記固定工程が、更に、前記ポケットのそれぞれに単一のステントを支持す ることを含む、 ことを特徴とする請求の範囲第14項記載の方法。 19.前記固定工程が、更に、前記ポケットのそれぞれに複数のステントを支持す ることを含む、 ことを特徴とする請求の範囲第14項記載の方法。 20.前記ステントが、生体適合性金属である、 ことを特徴とする請求の範囲第15項記載の方法。 21.前記生体適合性の金属が、ステンレス鋼、白金、金、ニチノール、タンタル 及びそれらの合金から成る群から選定される、 ことを特徴とする請求の範囲第20項記載の方法。 22.前記第一及び第二の管が、生体適合性を有する、 ことを特徴とする請求の範囲第14項記載の方法。 23.前記第一及び第二の管が、発泡ポリテトラフルオロエチレンである、 ことを特徴とする請求の範囲第14項記載の方法。 24.前記固定工程が、更に、前記第一の管を前記第二の管に離間した位置で融着 することにより前記第一及び第二の管の間に長手方向に延びるポケットを形成し 、前記拡張可能な部材を前記ポケット内に長手方向に移動可能に閉じ込める、こ とを含む、 ことを特徴とする請求の範囲第14項記載の方法。 25.前記固定工程が、更に、前記第一の管を前記第二の管に離間した位置で貼合 わせることにより前記第一及び第二の管の間に長手方向に延びるポケットを形成 し、前記拡張可能な部材を前記ポケット内に長手方向に移動可能に閉じ込める、 ことを含む、 ことを特徴とする請求の範囲第14項記載の方法。
