Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.管状熱交換器、特にカーボンブラックの製造用に使用されるものであって 、実質的に円筒の閉じた容器を含み、前記容器は複数の熱交換器管(13)を囲み、 前記管は、上端又は支持壁と下方管板との間の、実質的に円筒形の形状の空間の 全体に渡り延在しているものにおいて、前記管が前記上端平板に固定され、好ま しくは溶接により固定され、前記管板より吊されているものであって、それによ り前記管板が補正器を備ることで、前記管(13)の熱膨張及び熱収縮を可能にする ことを特徴とする管状熱交換器。 2.各々の補正器が蛇腹(40)を含む請求項1に記載の管状熱交換器。 3.前記管板が、2重の壁面であり、かつ冷却媒体の貫通した流れのための空 間(21)を囲んでいる請求項1又は2に記載の管状熱交換器。 4.保護筒(32)が各々の管(13)の下方部分を包囲し、外側筒(37)が上記保護筒 (32)の外側に存在し、それにより前記蛇腹(40)が上記筒(32,37)の間の空間に存 在する、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の管状熱交換器。 5.前記蛇腹(40)が上記筒(32,37)の間の前記空間を通るガスの流れを妨げる 、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の管状熱交換器。 6.管状熱交換器用の管板(18)、特にカーボンブラックの製造用に使用される ものであって、上部管板壁面(26)、下方管板壁面(29)、更にこれらの壁面の間に 形成された空間(21)を含み、前記空間を通って管板熱交換器管(13)が延在するも のにおいて、補正器を各々の管の周囲に備えることで、前記管(13)の熱で誘起さ れる膨張及び 収縮を可能にすることを特徴とする管板。 7.各々の補正器が金属製の蛇腹(40)を含む請求項6に記載の管板。 8.保護筒(32)が全ての管(13)の下方部を包囲し、外側筒(37)が上記保護筒(3 2)の外側に存在し、それにより前記蛇腹(40)が上記筒(32,37)の間に存在する、 請求項6又は7に記載の管板。
