Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.平面火炎バーナーであって、 半径方向に末広がり形状の排気口を有するとともに、可燃性混合気を反応させ て火炎を生成するためのバーナータイルと、 該バーナータイルに第一の反応物を供給するための第一の流路と、 前記可燃性混合気を生成するために、前記第一の反応物の流れの中に、第二の 反応物の第一の流れを添加する第一のインジェクタを備えた第二の流路と、 前記第一の流路内に設けられ、前記第一の反応物の流れに旋回流を発生させて 、半径方向に末広がりのバーナータイル形状と相まって前記排気口において半径 方向に拡散する火炎を形成するとともに、前記旋回流によってバーナーの周辺環 境から不活性ガスを取り込む旋回流を発生させる旋回流発生手段と を備え、 前記第二の流路は、前記第二の反応物の第二の流れを、前記取り込まれた不活 性ガス中に添加する第二のインジェクタが設けられている流路である平面火炎バ ーナー。 2.請求項1に記載の平面火炎バーナーであって、 前記第一の流路は概ね円筒形であり、前記第二の流路は該第一の流路と概ね同 軸に設けられた管である平面火炎バーナー。 3.拡散表面の少なくとも一部が円錐形である請求項1記載の平面火炎バーナ ー。 4.前記バーナータイルの拡散表面の少なくとも一部が湾曲している請求項1 記載の平面火炎バーナー。 5.前記バーナータイルの拡散表面の少なくとも一部が円錐曲線である請求項 4記載の平面火炎バーナー。 6.前記バーナータイルの拡散表面の少なくとも一部が双曲面状である請求項 5記載の平面火炎バーナー。 7.前記第二のインジェクタが複数のインジェクションポートを有する請求項 1記載の平面火炎バーナー。 8.前記第二のインジェタタが4個のインジェクションポートを有する請求項 7記載の平面火炎バーナー。 9.前記第一の反応物が空気であり、前記第二の反応物が気体燃料である請求 項1記載の平面火炎バーナー。 10.窒素酸化物生成量の少ない平面火炎の生成方法であって、 半径方向に末広がり形状の排気口を有するとともに、可燃性混合気を反応させ て火炎を生成するためのバーナータイルを設けるステップと、 該バーナータイルに第一の反応物を供給するステップと、 可燃性混合気を生成するために、前記第一の反応物の流れの中に、第二の反応 物の第一の流れを添加するステップと、 半径方向に末広がり形状のバーナータイルと相まって排気口において半径方向 に拡散する流れを形成するとともに、バーナーの周辺環境から不活性ガスを取り 込む旋回流を、前記第一の反応物の流れの中に発生させるステップと を含み、 前記第二の反応物の第二の流れを、前記取り込まれた不活性ガスに添加して半 径方向に拡散する流れの中で燃焼させることによって、窒素酸化物生成量の少な い燃焼反応を実現する平面火炎の生成方法。 11.炉内の温度が所定温度に達すると、前記第二の反応物の第一の流れを中 断して、前記第二の反応物の第二の流れによって窒素酸化物生成量の少ない燃焼 反応を維持する請求項10記載の方法。 12.前記第一の反応物が空気であり、前記第二の反応物が気体燃料である請 求項10記載の方法。
