【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 整列パレットの上面の凹部に部品を横姿
勢で落とし込む工程と、前記凹部の底面の片端に設けた
立孔内をエア吸引することで、立孔内に部品の片端を引
き込んで該片端を下にして部品を立孔内で起立させる工
程とを有することを特徴とする部品の整列方法。
