As the carrier, rock (eg, perlite, diatomaceous earth) or its crushed material, gravel, sand, plastics,
Ceramics (eg, alumina, silica, natural zeolites, synthetic zeolites), talc, and the like are also preferable.
A porous material having continuous air holes such as porous ceramics and porous plastics is preferable. For example, a fine powder (trade name: pearlite), which is obtained by holding a pearlite pulverized material at high temperature and pressure and heat-treating it and then rapidly reducing the pressure to make it porous,
It is suitable because it has a property of growing fungi. In such a porous material, the diameter of the vent is 2 to 10 μm.
It is preferred that it is about. In addition, the properties of such a carrier may be any such as a lump, a granule, a powder, a fine powder or a plate, and a needle, but preferably have an average particle diameter of 2 mm or less, particularly 50 μm to 1 mm. Good granularity is good. In addition, such a carrier-immobilized microorganism group may be stored in a water-permeable or air-permeable container such as a cloth or a net, and used, if necessary.

Next, an embodiment of the present invention will be described. First, a medium having the following composition was prepared. Medium Peptone 5 g Meat extract 5 g NaCl 2.5 g Water 500 ml (pH 7.0) A medium having the above composition is put into a 1000 ml container, and
Bacillus cereus CCC-b was inoculated, stirred well, allowed to stand, and cultured at 30 ° C. for 1 day. The obtained culture was centrifuged to separate the cells, which were thoroughly washed and adhered to a carrier to obtain a powder. As the carrier, diatomaceous earth was burned and pulverized.
