【特許請求の範囲】
【請求項1】
炭素繊維を2〜30重量%含有する熱可塑性樹脂射出成形品であり、樹脂相はゴム強化スチレン系樹脂或いはゴム強化スチレン系樹脂を含むアロイからなり、該成形品の表面電気抵抗値が100Ω/□未満で、且つ表面光沢度が90%以上であることを特徴とする炭素繊維強化ゴム強化スチレン系樹脂射出成形品。
【請求項2】
上記樹脂相が、ゴム強化スチレン系樹脂、ゴム強化スチレン系樹脂/ポリカーボネート系アロイ、ゴム強化スチレン系樹脂/ポリフェニレンエーテル系アロイ、ゴム強化スチレン系樹脂/ポリブチレンテレフタレート系アロイの中から選択される請求項1に記載の炭素繊維強化ゴム強化スチレン系樹脂射出成形品。
【請求項3】
二酸化炭素を充填した金型キャビティに、溶融した熱可塑性樹脂を充填する射出成形法で成形した請求項1または2に記載の炭素繊維強化ゴム強化スチレン系樹脂射出成形品。
【請求項4】
二酸化炭素を上記熱可塑性樹脂の固化温度で、該熱可塑性樹脂に0.1重量%以上溶解する圧力で金型キャビティに存在させ、次いで溶融した熱可塑性樹脂を充填する射出成形法で成形した請求項3に記載の炭素繊維強化ゴム強化スチレン系樹脂射出成形品。
【請求項5】
0.2重量%以上の二酸化炭素を高圧下で溶解させた溶融状態の熱可塑性樹脂を、流動樹脂のフローフロントで発泡が起きない圧力以上の二酸化炭素ガス体で予め加圧した金型キャビティに充填する射出成形法で成形した請求項3に記載の炭素繊維強化ゴム強化スチレン系樹脂射出成形品。
