【請求項2】
前記混合物を金型充填口から充填した後、充填口附近に未使用の予備発泡粒子を充填することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の再生発泡樹脂ブロックの製造方法。
【請求項3】
発泡樹脂成形体を一辺が10〜30mmの大きさにカットした角状片と、未使用の予備発泡粒子との混合物を金型内で蒸気加熱して成形したことを特徴とする再生発泡樹脂ブロック。
【請求項4】
前記混合物の角状片の混合比率が60%以下であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の再生発泡樹脂ブロック。
【請求項5】
前記角状片の密度と未使用の予備発泡粒子の密度との密度差が、角状片密度の10%以内であることを特徴とする請求項3又は請求項4に記載の再生発泡樹脂ブロック。
