The injection amount of the synthetic resin is the volume obtained by subtracting the hollow portion (that is, the fluid injection amount) from the cavity volume (that is, the hollow molded product volume). Immediately after the injection, a fluid 85 such as nitrogen gas is injected through the fluid injection path 85.

In a molding die for producing a hollow molded article, the fluid injection path having a fluid injection path for injecting and a push-up pin for extruding the molded hollow-molded article to the outside of the molding die. Provided by making it hollow, the tip of the push-up pin has a fluid injection port with a diameter of 0.02 to 0.2 mm on the surface facing the cavity, and the base end of the push-up pin is connected to the fluid pipe. The present invention relates to a molding die for producing a hollow molded article.

If it is less than m, the volume velocity of the fluid injected into the softened synthetic resin cannot be sufficiently obtained. Therefore, the synthetic resin tip in the softened state may be cooled and solidified before the softened synthetic resin and the fluid such as the gas therein are filled in the cavity, and the desired hollow molded article may not be obtained. . In addition, the production rate of intermediate-grade molded products decreases.
