According to the present invention, an opening seal portion 102a which can be peeled and opened by the internal pressure of a packaging bag formed with a narrow seal width is provided in a partial region of a back seal portion 102, and a cut portion or Since it has a configuration in which the cutout portion 102c is cut and the opening seal portion 102a is provided,
When an internal pressure equal to or higher than a predetermined pressure is generated in a sealed bag during microwave cooking, the inner surfaces of the narrow seal portion that are adhesively sealed with a seal width in the narrow seal portion are peeled off from the unsealed portion side for opening. It can be opened from the seal part,
By providing the cutout (or cutout) so as to make the seal width narrower, it is possible to facilitate the peeling opening due to the internal pressure generated in the bag.

As described above, the packaging bag is formed of a laminated film in which the base material layer and the sealant layer are laminated, and is formed with a small seal width in a part of the back seal portion. The opening seal portion is provided, and the easy-peeling insertion tape having a cohesion failure type unstretched polypropylene film layer formed on one surface of the back seal portion is provided in the packaging bag more than the back seal portion of the packaging bag. Since the protruding portion is inserted into the entire area while protruding into the inside of the main body, even if the repacking process is performed on the packaging bag, the packaging bag does not break and the peeling can be easily performed.

An opening seal portion 22 formed with a small seal width and capable of being peeled open by the internal pressure of the packaging bag is provided in a partial area of the back seal portion 21. Specifically, when the width of the back seal is about 8 to 10 mm, the width of the opening seal is about 7 to 8 mm, and the length is 5 to 5 mm.
It is preferably about 20 mm. Further, the easy-peeling insertion tape 30 is inserted over the entire area of the back seal portion 21 so as to protrude inside the packaging bag from the back seal portion of the packaging bag. The width of the easy-peeling insertion tape protruding inside the packaging bag is 5

The sealing strength, retort resistance, and microwave resistance of the six types of packaging bags produced in Experiments 1 and 2 were measured and observed under the following conditions. The results are shown in Tables 1 and 2. Seal strength ‥ (1) Top seal part, (2) Sealant layer (CPP; 50 μm thickness) of packaging bag of back seal part and CPP layer (30 μm thickness) of easily peelable insertion tape, (3) Packaging bag of back seal part Sealant layer (CPP; 50 μm thick) and cohesive failure type CPP layer (30 μm)
m), and the seal strength at the above three points was measured at 300 mm / min. Measure the seal strength when pulling both ends at the speed of (180 ° peel, the unit of measurement is N / cm).
After filling 0 g, the retort treatment is performed with the back seal part facing upward at 120 ° C. for 40 minutes, and the packaging bag is observed for a broken state. ○: No damage from the sealing part of the packaging bag ×: Occurrence of damage from the sealing part of the packaging bag
Then, put it in a household microwave oven (output: 500 watts), heat it for 150 seconds, and observe the broken state of the packaging bag. ○: Vapor is smoothly released from the opening seal portion of the back seal portion of the packaging bag, and the packaging bag does not break. ×: Vapor is not smoothly released from the opening seal portion of the back seal portion of the packaging bag, and the packaging bag may be broken.

As described above, in the packaging bag for a microwave oven according to the present invention, when an internal pressure exceeding a predetermined pressure is generated by heating the microwave oven, the internal pressure escapes from the opening seal portion at the center of the back seal portion. If the content is an appropriate amount, the content such as liquid does not escape from the packaging bag other than the opening seal portion at the center of the back seal portion when the microwave oven is heated.

Even if the contents are filled, the back seal portion having a weak seal strength always falls down on the bag surface, and the back seal portion does not rise when pressure is applied from outside the packaging bag due to general transportation or the like. The back seal is broken and the contents do not go outside. There is no need to suppress the contents,
There is no need to worry about deformation of the packaging bag due to holding down by degassing or vacuum packaging. Retort treatment becomes possible, and the contents in the bag can be distributed at room temperature. By using the back seal bar having a shape in which the opening seal portions are continuously provided at regular intervals, the size of the product can be easily changed, and the productivity can be improved.
