Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal block with temperature fuse connection contacts having a small number of components and superior in mounting workability, in a connection structure to a circuit board of a temperature fuse inserted and mounted in the terminal block for detecting abnormal heat generation. SOLUTION: The contacts for jointing the lead wires of the temperature fuse, mounted to the terminal block for connecting power wires to the circuit board are formed on the terminal block, the contacts are disposed to have a first radiating plate and a second radiating plate, each having a large surface area, to face each other, and a catching part formed of an elastic body is attached to at least either the first radiating plate or the first radiating plate. Thereby, the radiating plates prevent transmission of heat to the temperature fuse at soldering, the contacts can be soldered to the circuit board, while keeping the lead wires of the temperature fuse connected directly to the contacts.

2. Description of the Related Art In an air conditioner such as a room air conditioner, a terminal block for connecting a power supply of an outdoor unit and an indoor unit is provided. For this purpose, a thermal fuse is attached to this terminal block. Then, it is necessary to connect this thermal fuse to the circuit board via the lead wire, but if you try to solder the thermal fuse lead wire directly to the circuit board, there is a danger that the thermal fuse will operate due to the heat during soldering and blow out Conventionally, a method as shown in FIG. 4 has been adopted to prevent this. 4A shows a plan view of an example of a conventional terminal block, FIG. 4B shows a side view thereof, and FIG.
Is a cross-sectional view (AA cross section) of a terminal block mounting portion of a thermal fuse, and (d) is a cross-sectional view of a power supply wire connecting portion of a terminal block (BB
(Cross-sectional view). The power supply wire 4 is inserted into the wire insertion holes 112a and 112b of the terminal block 100, and the spring member 11
3 and connected to the circuit board 6 via the circuit board connection terminals 114 by soldering 115. Further, when the electric wire is removed, the release button 111 is pressed. When a power supply wire connection failure occurs, the connection portion generates heat, and a thermal fuse 2 is attached to the terminal block as shown in FIG. Lead wires 21a, 21
b is connected to the connector 22, and the connector 22 is inserted and connected to the connector pins 51 of the pair of connectors 5 which are soldered to the circuit board 6 in advance.

However, in such a conventional structure, a connector terminal is crimped to a lead wire of a thermal fuse, and the connector terminal is inserted and connected to a connector housing. On the other hand, a connector which is paired with the connector is mounted on a circuit board. It requires many work steps and parts to attach these connectors with solder, and the lead wire partly floats in the distribution process until the terminal block is attached to the circuit board. As a result, there is also a risk of occurrence of troubles such as a thermal fuse or the like coming off.

Here, the heat-dissipating contact means a contact made of a thin metal plate that radiates heat during soldering by increasing the surface area to increase the radiant heat and the heat conduction distance from the surface. The heat generated when soldering the fuse lead wire to the circuit board via this heat-dissipating contact can be dissipated by the heat-dissipating contact. I do.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the structure of the heat dissipating contact, the first heat dissipating plate and the second heat dissipating plate are disposed to face each other, and at least one of the first heat dissipating plate and the second heat dissipating plate is made of an elastic material. The first and second radiating plates are provided to hold the lead wire of the thermal fuse. In this case, the holding portion made of an elastic body may be provided integrally with the heat sink, or may be joined separately. In addition, it is desirable to provide a holding concave portion in the holding portion for surely guiding the insertion of the lead wire so as not to shift. Here, the first radiator plate and the second radiator plate refer to metal plates having a large surface area, and various methods for facing these are considered as a structure in which the side portions of the two radiator plates are connected in a U-shape. Then, it can be formed integrally by press working or the like, and can also radiate heat from the surface of the connecting portion. Since the first radiator plate and the second radiator plate having a large surface area are disposed to face each other, and at least one of the first radiator plate and the second radiator plate is provided with a holding portion made of an elastic body, the temperature of the thermal fuse is reduced. It acts so that the lead wire can be directly inserted and connected to the holding portion of the contact, and the surface area of the contact can be further increased at the holding portion.

According to the present invention, the contact for connecting the lead wire of the thermal fuse attached to the terminal block to the circuit board is provided on the terminal board. It is possible to reduce the number of connector components for connecting lead wires and the process of mounting the same. In addition, since the heat-dissipating contact formed of the heat-dissipating plate is used, the terminal block can be transported to the next step while the lead wire of the thermal fuse is directly connected to the contact, and can be soldered to the circuit board.
