【発明の詳細な説明】
【0001】
【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は熱交換機の管群ヘッ
ダ接合方法及びヘッダタンク接合方法に関するものであ
り、特に熱交換機の材質をプラスチックで製作してフィ
ン−管群と管群ヘッダを熱融着で結合して、フィン−管
群とヘッダタンクを超音波融着させたプラスチック熱交
換機の管群ヘッダ接合方法及びヘッダタンク接合方法に
関するものである。

【従来の技術】従来の冷蔵庫用蒸発器に用いられる熱交
換機は図6に図示されたように、多重の冷媒入口管2と
冷媒出口管3とで形成される金属冷媒管1の外周にフィ
ン4が形成されており、金属冷媒管1の左右側端には材
質が金属である左側ヘッダ(図示せず)と右側ヘッダ6
とが接合され、前記の金属冷媒管1の両側には除霜管7
が設けられる。前記のように構成された従来の熱交換機
の作用を簡単に説明すると次の如くである。
【0003】蒸発器左側端の冷媒入口管2より流入した
冷媒は水平蛇行状に形成された冷媒管を通って冷媒出口
管3に至る。この過程で冷媒が蒸発過程を経て潜熱と現
熱交換を通した熱交換を行う。この時冷媒出口管3を経
た冷媒はアキュムレータ8を経るようになり、これは冷
蔵庫周囲環境条件別負荷対応のための冷媒貯蔵タンクの
役割と水−液分離器の2種の役割をする。除霜管7は蒸
発器表面に付着される氷を周期的に除去しなければなら
ないので電気加熱式ヒーターが用いられて、除霜管と接
触するのはフィン端部でありほとんど線接触している。
【0004】図7及び図8は従来の冷蔵庫用蒸発器に用
いられる他の熱交換機としてフィン−冷媒管−除霜管が
一体に形成されたトライチューブ(Tri−tube)
蒸発器である。図7及び図8に図示されたように金属冷
媒管11の外周にフィン12が形成されており、フィン
12の外周に除霜管13が形成されている。冷媒が蒸発
器左側端のトライチューブ10左側端を通して流入して
蛇行状に形成されたトライチューブ10を流れるように
なっており、全体を流れて最終的にトライチューブ右側
冷媒管14の出口にあるアキュムレータ15を経て流出
されるようにした構造である。
【0005】前記したように従来のフィン−管蒸発器は
金属冷媒管11とフィン12が冷媒管11の拡管によっ
て結合された構造であり、冷媒管11の出口端にアキュ
ムレータ15が熔接で接合されて冷蔵庫オン/オフ時騒
音を誘発する。したがって本発明のようにプラスチック
材質の熱交換機にはこのような従来の結合方法を用いる
ことはできない。
【0006】
【発明が解決しようとする課題】本発明は前述したよう
な問題点を解決するためのものであり、本発明の目的
は、プラスチック材質のフィン−管群に管群ヘッダ及び
ヘッダタンクを接合することにおいて、管群ヘッダ及び
ヘッダタンクをフィン−管群とくっ付けた後熱融着機で
加圧して熱融着させたプラスチック熱交換機の管群ヘッ
ダ接合方法及びヘッダタンク接合方法を提供することに
ある。
【0007】したがって、本発明は熱交換機の材質をプ
ラスチックに変更してプラスチック圧出によりフィンと
管を一体としたことを特徴とし、この時ヘッダを予め形
成された圧出管に重畳して加熱させるプラスチック熱交
換機の管群ヘッダ接合方法と、前記管群ヘッダをヘッダ
タンクに超音波融着させるプラスチック熱交換機のヘッ
ダタンク接合方法を提供する。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明は前記の目的を達
成するためにプラスチック材質の冷媒管の外周にプラス
チック材質のフィンを形成するフィン−管群形成段階
と、前記プラスチック材質のフィン−管群の両側端に管
群ヘッダを2重射出で形成する段階と、前記プラスチッ
ク材質の管群ヘッダの底面に熱融着治具を当接し、且
つ、フィン−管群の上端中央を熱融着成形金型が形成さ
れた熱融着機により加圧してフィン−管群と管群ヘッダ
を一体に熱融合接合させる段階を含んで構成されたこと
を特徴とするプラスチック熱交換機の管群ヘッダ接合方
法を提供する。
【0009】本発明は前記の目的を達成するために前記
熱融着機の熱融着成形金型の断面は逆三角形であること
を特徴とするプラスチック熱交換機の管群ヘッダ接合方
法を提供する。本発明は前記の目的を達成するために前
記フィン−管群と管群ヘッダが接合される部分である加
熱融着部は熱融着機によって300〜320℃に維持し
た状態で素材厚さの50%まで加熱圧着することを特徴
とする熱交換機の管群ヘッダ接合方法を提供する。
【0010】本発明は前記の目的を達成するためにプラ
スチック材質の冷媒管の外周にプラスチック材質のフィ
ンを形成するフィン−管群形成段階と、前記プラスチッ
ク材質のフィン−管群の両側端に管群ヘッダを2重射出
で形成する段階と、前記プラスチック材質の管群ヘッダ
上にプラスチック材質のヘッダタンクを結合する段階
と、前記プラスチックヘッダタンク上に熱発生装置を当
接して、該熱発生装置を通してプラスチック材質のヘッ
ダタンクとプラスチック材質の管群ヘッダの接合部を熱
融着させる段階を含んで構成されたことを特徴とするプ
ラスチック熱交換機のヘッダタンク接合方法を提供す
る。
【0011】本発明は前記の目的を達成するために前記
熱発生装置は圧電装置であることを特徴とするプラスチ
ック熱交換機のヘッダタンク接合方法を提供する。本発
明は前記の目的を達成するために前記圧電装置は15,
000/sec の機械的な上/下振動エネルギーを維持さ
せるようにし、可振増幅は0.06〜0.08mm(p−
p)であることを特徴とするプラスチック熱交換機のヘ
ッダタンク接合方法を提供する。

【発明の実施の形態】以下、添付した図面を参照しなが
ら本発明をより詳細に説明する。本発明によるプラスチ
ック熱交換機112は図1に図示されたように、プラス
チック材質の冷媒管114の外周にプラスチック材質の
フィン116が一体に形成された後冷媒管114の端に
図2に図示されたような管群ヘッダ120を嵌めてその
上に図3に図示されたようなプラスチック材質の左右側
ヘッダタンク124,126を各々接合したことであ
る。
【0013】本発明のプラスチック熱交換機112を更
に詳細に説明すると図1に図示されたように、一定間隔
で多数形成された冷媒管114の外周にフィン116が
形成される。本発明で別途に特定しなければ熱交換機の
構成品はすべてプラスチック材質である。冷媒管114
とフィン116は一体に形成されており、フィン−管群
118の意味は多数の冷媒管114と多数のフィン11
6の集合を称する。
【0014】フィン−管群118の左側には左側ヘッダ
タンク124が結合されて、フィン−管群118の右側
には右側ヘッダタンク126が結合される。前記の右側
ヘッダタンク126には下部に冷媒入口管130が連結
されて、上部に冷媒出口管132が連結される。フィン
−管群118と管群ヘッダ120の接合方法を詳細に説
明すると次のようである。図2に図示されたように、フ
ィン−管群118と管群ヘッダ120を2重射出で結合
する。
【0015】前記でフィン−管群118と管群ヘッダ1
20は2重射出で結合した後にもその結合部の強度が弱
いのでフィン−管群118の端部と管群ヘッダ120の
上部一側を熱融着で接合する。熱融着方法は管群ヘッダ
120の底面に管群ヘッダを位置固定する熱融着治具金
型136で支えた後、逆三角形(▽)形態の熱融着成形
金型134を有する熱融着機128でフィン−管群11
8の上端を加圧する。
【0016】すなわち、一定間隔で多数形成されたフィ
ン−管群118と一致するように多数の熱融着成形金型
134を形成して、熱融着機128でフィン−管群11
8の上端を加圧した状態で熱融着機128に電源を供給
すればフィン−管群の上端が熱により拡管されながらフ
ィン−管群の外周に接触した管群ヘッダと一体に熱融着
される。(参照番号138はフィン−管群と管群ヘッダ
が熱融着機によって熱融着された部分を示したことであ
る。)
【0017】管群ヘッダ120とヘッダタンク124,
126の結合方法を詳細に説明すると次の如くである。
図1と図3に図示されたように、フィン−管群118を
ヘッダタンク124,126に結合するためにはまずフ
ィン−管群118の一端にフィン−管群118を固定さ
せる管群ヘッダ120が設けられる。ここでフィン−管
群118と管群ヘッダ120は二重射出して一体に形成
される。管群ヘッダ120にはヘッダタンク124,1
26と超音波によって加熱融着されるが、管群ヘッダ1
20とヘッダタンク124,126の結合方法は図4と
図5に図示された如くである。
【0018】図4と図5に図示されたように、管群ヘッ
ダ120の中央上部にヘッダタンク124,126の分
離台133端部を一側管群ヘッダ120と他の一側管群
ヘッダ120間に密着させた後ヘッダタンク124,1
26上で圧電装置129を通して機械的な振動エネルギ
ーが与えられることによって管群ヘッダ120とヘッダ
タンク124,126が超音波モールディングで接合さ
れる。
【0019】すなわち、圧電装置129により15,0
00/sec の機械的な上、下振動エネルギーに変換する
過程を伴って、この過程でヘッダタンク124,126
が管群ヘッダ120と結合される。この時可振増幅は
0.06〜0.08mm(p−p;peak to pe
ak)であり、摩擦熱による試料接着時間は長くても1
秒内に行われる。
【0020】
【発明の効果】前述したように、本発明によると冷媒管
の出口端に設けられたアキュムレータによって冷蔵庫オ
ン/オフ時生じた異常騒音を無くすことができて、熱融
着でフィン−管群と管群ヘッダを接合して管群ヘッダと
ヘッダタンクを超音波接合することによりプラスチック
材質の熱交換機製作が容易であって、その結果として熱
交換機の製造原価を節減できる。

Claims (6)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項1】 プラスチック材質の冷媒管の外周にプラ
    スチック材質のフィンを形成するフィン−管群形成段階
    と、前記プラスチック材質のフィン−管群の両側端に管
    群ヘッダを2重射出で形成する段階と、前記プラスチッ
    ク材質の管群ヘッダの底面に熱融着治具を当接し、且
    つ、フィン−管群の上端中央を熱融着成形金型が形成さ
    れた熱融着機により加圧してフィン−管群と管群ヘッダ
    を一体に熱融着接合させる段階を含んで構成されたこと
    を特徴とするプラスチック熱交換機の管群ヘッダ接合方
    法。
  2. 【請求項2】 前記熱融着機の熱融着成形金型の断面は
    逆三角形であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプラ
    スチック熱交換機の管群ヘッダ接合方法。
  3. 【請求項3】 前記フィン−管群と管群ヘッダが接合さ
    れる部分である加熱融着部は熱融着機によって300〜
    320℃に維持した状態で素材厚さの50%まで加熱圧
    着することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換機の管
    群ヘッダ接合方法。
  4. 【請求項4】 プラスチック材質の冷媒管の外周にプラ
    スチック材質のフィンを形成するフィン−管群形成段階
    と、前記プラスチック材質のフィン−管群の両側端に管
    群ヘッダを2重射出で形成する段階と、前記プラスチッ
    ク材質の管群ヘッダ上にプラスチック材質のヘッダタン
    クを結合する段階と、前記プラスチックヘッダタンク上
    に熱発生装置を当接して該熱発生装置を通してプラスチ
    ック材質のヘッダタンクとプラスチック材質の管群ヘッ
    ダの接合部を熱融着させる段階とを含んで構成されたこ
    とを特徴とするプラスチック熱交換機のヘッダタンク接
    合方法。
  5. 【請求項5】 前記熱発生装置は圧電装置であることを
    特徴とする請求項4に記載のプラスチック熱交換機のヘ
    ッダタンク接合方法。
  6. 【請求項6】 前記圧電装置は15,000/sec の機
    械的な上/下振動エネルギーを維持させるようにし、可
    振増幅は0.06〜0.08mm(p−p)であることを
    特徴とする請求項5に記載のプラスチック熱交換機のヘ
    ッダタンク接合方法。
