Claims (25)
- 患者の体内のパラメータの計測のために患者の体内に埋め込まれる遠隔通信型医療センサと、前記センサと通信するために患者の体外に配置されうる信号読取兼充電装置とを備え、
前記センサは、ハウジングと、前記ハウジングの一端に配置されて前記パラメータに応じて変形しうる薄膜と、前記ハウジングの内部に配置され、前記薄膜に作動的に通じており、前記パラメータを示す信号を送信するためのマイクロチップを備えており、
前記信号読取兼充電装置は、ケーシングと、前記ケーシングの内部の回路とを備え、前記回路は論理制御ユニットと処理ユニットを有しており、前記論理制御ユニットは、前記センサに遠隔的に給電するために前記センサに給電信号を送信するとともに、前記センサから送信された信号を受信し、前記処理ユニットは、前記論理制御ユニットに作動的に接続されており、前記センサから送信された信号を測定パラメータに変換することを特徴とする遠隔通信型医療システム。 - 前記センサによって送信される信号がデジタル信号であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記マイクロチップに作動的に接続されたアンテナを前記センサがさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記アンテナが前記ハウジングの外部に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記信号読取兼充電装置が、前記給電信号を前記センサに送信して、前記センサから送信された信号を受信するためのアンテナコイルを有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記信号読取兼充電装置が、前記測定パラメータを表示するための表示装置を有することを特徴とする請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記表示装置は、LCDスクリーンであることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 信号読取兼充電装置が、前記給電信号を前記センサに送信するために、前記論理制御ユニットに作動的に接続されたサイン波ドライバを有することを特徴とする請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記給電信号は、約4MHz乃至6MHzの正弦波信号であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記処理ユニットは、前記送信された信号を復号することを特徴とする請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記信号読取兼充電装置が、前記送信された信号を受信する深部検出器を有することを特徴とする請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記信号読取兼充電装置が、前記回路に作動的に接続された電力供給部を有することを特徴とする請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記信号読取兼充電装置が、前記装置をオン・オフするための電力スイッチを有することを特徴とする請求項12に記載のシステム。
- 前記マイクロチップが光電セルのアレイを備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記光電セルに光を送るLEDをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項14に記載のシステム。
- 前記薄膜に連結されて、前記薄膜の変形に応じて、前記光電セルと前記LEDの間を移動可能なシャッタを前記センサがさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項15に記載のシステム。
- 前記光電セルは、千鳥状の列になるように配置されていることを特徴とする請求項16に記載のシステム。
- 前記アレイは基準用の光電セルを有することを特徴とする請求項17に記載のシステム。
- 前記基準用の光電セルは前記シャッタで覆い隠されないことを特徴とする請求項18に記載のシステム。
- 前記マイクロチップは、前記光電セルに作動的に接続された複数のコンパレータをさらに備えていることを特徴とする請求項19に記載のシステム。
- 前記マイクロチップは、前記コンパレータに作動的に接続されて、前記デジタル信号を格納して送るためのバッファをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項20に記載のシステム。
- 患者の体内のパラメータを遠隔的に計測する方法であって、
ハウジングと、前記ハウジングの一端に配置されて前記パラメータに応じて変形しうる薄膜と、前記ハウジングの内部に配置され、前記薄膜に作動的に通じており、前記パラメータを示す信号を送信するためのマイクロチップを備えた遠隔通信型医療センサを準備するステップと、
前記センサを患者の体内のある箇所に埋め込むステップと、
患者の体外から遠隔的に前記パラメータを計測するステップとを備えた方法。 - 患者の体外から前記センサに遠隔的に給電することを特徴とする請求項22に記載の方法。
- 信号読取兼充電装置によって、患者の体外から前記パラメータを遠隔的に計測し前記センサに遠隔的に給電するステップを備え、前記信号読取兼充電装置は、ケーシングと、前記ケーシングの内部の回路とを有し、前記ケーシングの内部の回路は論理制御ユニットと処理ユニットを有しており、前記論理制御ユニットは、前記センサに遠隔的に給電するために前記センサに給電信号を送信するとともに、前記センサから送信された信号を受信し、前記処理ユニットは、前記論理制御ユニットに作動的に接続されており、前記センサから送信された信号を測定パラメータに変換することを特徴とする請求項23に記載の方法。
- 前記計測されたパラメータを表示するステップを備えることを特徴とする請求項24に記載の方法。
