に前記ポンプの駆動を停止するようにした。

とえ油の清澄面と懸濁面との深さが毎回変わってもその
都度前記深さに合わせてパイプの吸引口位置を簡易かつ
容易に調整出来るようになった。また請求項3により油
の清澄部を最大限効果的にパイプを介してポンプ吸引を
行うようにするためにパイプの吸引口の位置より下の部
分の油を吸引しないようにするためにパイプの吸引口の
先端にパイプの吸引口断面と平行(即ち吸引パイプに垂
直)に円形の板を取り付け、かつ円形の板と前記吸引口
との間に適当な(2〜3cm)吸引口を持たせている。
そうすることによってパイプへの油の吸引は吸引口の先
端に設けてある円形板より上部となり、円形板より下部
は吸引されにくくなり、前記円形板を油の清澄部最下部
まで伸縮自在パイプを下げることにより油の清澄部の最
下部付近まで効果的に清澄油が吸引出来るようになっ
た。

め、前記圧力センサの圧力低下信号がモータ制御回路に
入ると前記ポンプのモータが停止、清澄油のフライヤ

濁油はフライヤへ送られずにポンプは自動的に停止出来
るのである。このようにしてフライヤ(2)より引き出
された油の約4/5はポンプによって清澄容器(7)よ
りフライヤ(2)へ戻される。清澄容器(7)に残った
油と前記清澄容器(7)との和の重量は約5kgと軽量
となっている。更に少し清澄容器(7)に残った油の内
の少量の清澄部をフライヤ(2)に戻すには従来法(図
3)のようにして人が持ち上げて作業してもよい。そし
てその時の油の残りの懸濁部は廃棄処分となりこの量に
見合った新油がフライヤに追加される。
