2. Description of the Related Art Fireproofing is required for building interior materials such as wallpaper from the viewpoint of fire safety, and there are many cases where a certain level of fireproofing is required by the Building Standards Law. Also,
Architectural interior materials are required to have high design properties in order to enhance the comfort as a living space in the room. Particularly, in order to have a three-dimensional design, materials that can not only be flexible but also highly foamable are advantageous. Becomes As a material that can meet such demands, a material using a vinyl chloride resin has been widely used. However, resin compositions containing halogens, such as vinyl chloride resins, have the drawback of generating harmful gases during fires and incineration.

[0003] For this reason, building interior materials made of a resin containing no halogen have been developed. In such a case, the resin itself is not flame-retardant, so it is necessary to impart flame retardancy, and the resin is toxic at the time of fire or combustion. Inorganic fillers such as aluminum hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide, and calcium carbonate are generally used as low-smoke, non-polluting flame retardants that do not generate any gas. However, in order to increase the flame retardancy, these inorganic fillers need to be filled at a high level, and when the filler level is increased, the kneading processability is inferior, and the resin ratio is reduced and the foamed resin layer becomes porous, so that the gas escapes. And a low expansion ratio was inferior in design.

When a resin having a high melt flow rate (MFR) is used in order to obtain the stability of the production process, it is relatively easy to knead the resin even when the inorganic filler is filled at a high level, and there is no problem regarding the expansion ratio and the like. However, there is a problem that the surface properties such as surface scratch resistance and abrasion resistance are weakened, and the surface of the decorative sheet is easily broken.

Means for Solving the Problems To achieve the above object, a solution of the present invention is to provide a decorative sheet having a foamed resin layer, a non-foamed resin layer and a decorative layer sequentially provided on a base material layer. The foamed resin layer comprises a foaming agent, a flame retardant, an olefin-based thermoplastic resin containing an inorganic filler, and the non-foamed resin layer comprises a zinc borate-based flame retardant, an olefin-based thermoplastic resin containing an inorganic filler. It is to be a decorative sheet. By adopting such a configuration, since the non-foamed resin layer is laminated on the foamed resin layer, the escape of foaming gas from the surface layer during foaming is suppressed, a high foaming ratio can be ensured, and the surface scratch resistance and abrasion resistance are ensured. In addition, a decorative sheet having excellent flame retardancy can be obtained by forming a layer that is difficult to spread by burning due to the oxygen blocking effect of zinc borate during combustion.

FIG. 1 shows a layer configuration diagram of an embodiment of a decorative sheet of the present invention.
A foamed resin layer 3 containing a foaming agent, a silicone-based flame retardant, and an inorganic filler on a base layer 2, and a non-foamed resin layer 4 containing more zinc borate-based flame retardant and an inorganic filler than the foamed resin layer 4 And the decorative layer 5 are laminated in order, and an uneven pattern 6 is applied from the decorative layer 5 side to the foamed resin layer 3. By forming the foamed resin layer 3 and the non-foamed resin layer 4 in this manner, since the foamed layer does not appear, the foaming efficiency of the foamed resin layer can be increased, and the uniformity of the foamed cells is small with little variation. A foam layer having a shape can be obtained. Further, by using a zinc phosphate-based flame retardant for the non-foamed resin layer 4, a surface layer that is difficult to spread by the oxygen blocking effect of zinc borate at the time of combustion is formed, and the flame retardancy becomes excellent. A decorative sheet having excellent physical properties such as surface scratch resistance and abrasion resistance can be obtained.

The MFR value representing the flow characteristics is 10 to 7
The processing temperature of 0 g / 10 min when it is heated and melt-extruded by a T-die extruder can be made lower than the decomposition temperature of the foaming agent used in the present invention, and the production process is stable, which is preferable. Further, when the MFR value is 10 g / 10 minutes or less, the compounded resin becomes hard, and easily breaks when bent. On the other hand, if it is more than 70 g / 10 minutes, it will be too soft, resulting in stickiness of the surface, crushing of the foam cell layer, and insufficient strength of the surface.

Next, as a foaming agent used for the foamed resin layer 3, a heat-expansion type capsule foaming agent containing a hydrocarbon having a low boiling point can be used.
Azodicarbonamide, azobisformamide, etc., because they have a small heat of decomposition, are excellent in flame retardancy and self-extinguishing properties, are stable in water, are non-toxic, and can impart flame retardancy to the foamed resin layer 3. The thermal decomposition type foaming agent of the azo compound is suitable. Azodicarbonamide has a high decomposition temperature,
The combined use of a foaming accelerator is preferable because the decomposition temperature can be lowered. As the foaming accelerator, inorganic salt-based, metal soap-based, and acids are used. The amount of the foaming agent to be added may be appropriately determined depending on the required design properties, but it is generally appropriate to use 2 to 10 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer forming the foamed resin layer 3.

As the flame retardant used for the foamed resin layer 3 and the non-foamed resin layer 4 of the present invention, silicone-based, boric-acid-based, inorganic metal hydroxides and the like are considered, and are environmentally friendly.
It is preferable that a flame retardant can be effectively added with a small amount by adding a flame retardant. In the foamed resin layer 3, a silicone-based flame retardant is extremely effective. In particular, when a high molecular weight silicone flame retardant is used, the melt tension at the time of resin melting (at the time of resin foaming) is stabilized and the foamed cells become denser, which is preferable. Specifically, polydimethylsiloxane alone or an epoxy group or A mixture of a polydimethylsiloxane derivative having a methacrylate group and silicon dioxide is preferred. 100% silicone flame retardant
By using the resin, the flame retardant can be sufficiently imparted by 30 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the resin forming the flame retardant layer. However, since the silicone flame retardant is expensive, the silicone flame retardant is used. It cannot be used 100% and must be used in combination with other environmentally friendly flame retardants. Examples of the flame retardant used in combination with the silicone flame retardant include inorganic flame retardants (inorganic fillers), specifically, one or more inorganic substances such as mica, aluminum hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide, and calcium carbonate. It is appropriate to use a mixture consisting of a mixture for the above reason.

In the present invention, a zinc borate-based flame retardant is used as the flame retardant added to the non-foamed resin layer 4. The amount of zinc borate-based flame retardant added to the resin is 10 to 4
0 parts by weight are added. The zinc borate-based flame retardant is useful because it forms a carbonized layer on the surface when heated and acts to block oxygen and prevent fire spread. Further, an inorganic filler is added for the purpose of reducing combustion calories by reducing the organic content per unit amount. Specifically, mica, aluminum hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide, calcium carbonate, and the like used for the foamed resin layer 3 are used, and the amount of the foamed resin layer is 50 to 300 parts by weight based on the resin content. It is preferable to add more than the addition amount to the surface because it is effective in lowering the combustibility of the surface and improving the physical properties of the surface.

As the colorant used for the foamed resin layer 3 and the non-foamed resin layer 4, any colorant that does not contain halogen can be used regardless of whether it is organic or inorganic.
In particular, in the present invention, a titanium dioxide pigment is effective for clearly producing a light color such as yellow, gray, or white. Next, a method for manufacturing a decorative sheet according to the present invention will be described with reference to the decorative sheet 1 of the above embodiment as an example. First, an unfoamed foamed resin layer 3 is formed by foaming an olefin-based thermoplastic resin containing a foaming agent, an inorganic filler, titanium dioxide, and a silicone-based flame retardant on a paper-based substrate layer 2 made of a backing paper. The unfoamed resin layer that becomes the foamed resin layer 3 by foaming the resin layer and the non-foamed resin layer 4 made of an olefin-based thermoplastic resin to which a zinc borate-based flame retardant and an inorganic filler are added forms the above-described base. A laminate is prepared by co-extrusion of the two layers so as to be in contact with the material layer 2, and a corona discharge treatment is applied to the surface of the non-foamed resin layer 4 exposed from the laminate, and a gravure is applied to the surface subjected to the corona discharge treatment. After forming the decorative layer 5 by printing, the foamed resin layer is formed by foaming the unfoamed resin layer in a heating and foaming furnace to form the foamed resin layer 3, and from the decorative layer 5 side to the foamed resin layer 3,
After forming the concavo-convex pattern 6 with the embossing plate, the decorative sheet 1 can be obtained by cooling. As described above, the silicone-based flame retardant is added to the foamed resin layer, and the zinc borate-based flame retardant is used for the non-foamed resin layer. Since two layers of the foamed resin layer 3 and the non-foamed resin layer 4 are simultaneously laminated, the decorative layer 5 such as a printed pattern can be formed clearly, and the non-foamed resin layer 4 is laminated on the foamed resin layer 3. Because of this, the release of gas from the surface layer during heating and foaming is suppressed, and a high foaming ratio can be secured, so that it has a sense of volume, good texture, excellent design, and excellent surface strength such as surface scratch resistance, abrasion resistance, etc. Sheet 1 is obtained.

Example 1 Flame-retardant backing paper having a basis weight of 70 g / m 2 (WK870 manufactured by Kojin)
D) A foamed resin layer-forming composition and a non-foamed resin layer-forming composition having the following formulations were simultaneously laminated on two layers by a T-die extrusion method, and the foamed resin layer was 80 μm and the non-foamed resin layer was 20 μm. Thus, a laminate was prepared. Next, after performing a corona discharge treatment on the resin layer surface of the laminate, the surface of the corona discharge treated surface is gravure-printed with an aqueous ink made of an acrylic resin (manufactured by The Inktec, Aude AG), and a pattern having a grain pattern is formed. Layers were provided. Next, this was foamed in a heating and foaming furnace (200 ° C. for 60 seconds), and embossed with a grain pattern embossing plate from the printing layer side to give an uneven pattern to obtain a desired decorative sheet.
