Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paste material, a hardened matter of the same and a manufacturing method therefor, without passing through high temperature firing process, with reduced energy consumption of fossil fuel, etc., and capable of lessening the burden on the environment. SOLUTION: This paste material is obtained by adding an acid solution to a shell incinerated ash or a powdery or particulate Ca-containing compound and by kneading. The paste material is capable of temporarily stopping the hardening reaction by storing under vacuum condition. The hardened matter is obtained by hardening such paste material.

[0003] However, in the case of ceramics, it is necessary to bake at a high temperature, there is a drawback that heat energy such as electricity and fossil fuel is greatly consumed, the environmental load is high, and the price of the ceramic vegetation container is high. In addition, there is a disadvantage that the characteristics of the material may be lost due to the high-temperature firing step, and it is difficult to utilize the characteristics of the material.

[0004] On the other hand, plastics can be mass-produced and inexpensive, but have poor air permeability, and it is difficult to combine other characteristic materials. Also, when forming a vegetation container, it is necessary to use a special molding machine, and when changing the shape, it is necessary to use a corresponding mold, and since this mold is very expensive, it can be formed at low cost. It is impossible to change.

If these kneaded substances are air-dried and solidified,
The solidified product of the present invention is obtained. That is, by the reaction between the shell incineration ash where Ca is present and the acid solution, calcium sulfate and calcium chloride are generated in the kneaded material, these contribute as a hardening material, and the above-mentioned kneaded material is only dried naturally. It becomes a solid. Therefore, in the present invention, a solidified body having various uses can be obtained without a firing step as in the related art, without requiring energy such as electricity or fossil fuel. The obtained solidified body shows physical properties similar to concrete in terms of strength, and its versatility is high.

In the present invention, since the kneaded substance exists in a so-called clay state, it can be molded freely, and if its viscosity is adjusted, it can be applied to any molding method (for example, press molding, extrusion molding, etc.). In addition, solidification is fast, so hand-made modeling can be easily performed, and productivity is good.
Furthermore, various composite functions described below can be added by simple means such as kneading, and a molded product that maintains and exhibits the functions and features of the composite material can be obtained.

In the present invention, it is a preferable embodiment to knead a pulverized product or powder of tourmaline into the kneaded material.
Examples of tourmaline include tourmaline and barley stone,
In particular, tourmaline is a crystalline substance and has electrical properties called piezoelectricity, pyroelectricity, and permanent electrodes. When the solid is used as a container for water by kneading such tourmaline, water having a surface active function can be obtained by promoting ionization and reducing clusters due to the electric properties of tourmaline. . In the case of using a solidified body mixed with tourmaline as a vegetation container, although the cause is not clear, it prevents root rot of the plant, germinates and grows the plant,
It has the effect of contributing to growth.

When the solidified body of the present invention is used as a vegetation container, a drain hole is usually provided on the bottom surface of the vegetation container. And a net is laid on the bottom surface of the container in order to prevent the vegetation soil from flowing out from the drain hole. Therefore, the mesh of the mesh is of such an extent that the soil does not flow out. As a method for producing such a vegetation container, the above-mentioned kneaded material is molded to obtain a vegetation container precursor (referred to as a precursor because it has not been dried and solidified), and water is formed on the bottom surface of the vegetation container precursor. There is a method of manufacturing a vegetation container in which a hole is provided, a mesh member for preventing the outflow of vegetation soil is provided on the bottom surface, and the vegetation container precursor is dried to fix the mesh member. The net used in such a method may be any of a wire net, a resin net, a cloth net, and the like. According to this method, the mesh can be fixed to the vegetation container, and there is an advantage that the material of the mesh is not limited. Conventionally, vegetation containers have been manufactured by firing, so that it is impossible to fix the mesh in advance and then fire. This is because the net-like body (especially in the case of resin or cloth) is burned off in the firing stage. Therefore, conventionally, the container and the mesh have been separately manufactured and used. On the other hand, in the present invention, the net and the container function integrally.

From Table 1, it can be seen that the compressive strength of Example 1 is about the same as that of concrete, and when G light is mixed as in Example 2, the compressive strength becomes about 4 times that of Example 1 and the specific gravity decreases. It can be seen that a solidified body having reduced weight and excellent strength can be obtained. In addition, in Example 3, when the sludge incineration ash was mixed, the specific gravity was increased, but the compressive strength was increased to eight times that of Example 1.
