引き抜く工事となるため、廃材の処理費用の節減、工期

の埋入・引き上げ工事となり、工期の短縮効果が大であ
る。 (4)既設杭を途中で切断し、引き抜いたところまでの
土砂等の充填材の量で済むため、低コスト、工期短縮に
役立つ。 (5)既設杭の切断を容易にするため超高圧水の噴射に
よる切削を行うので、従来の超硬合金、ダイヤモンド等
の切削摩耗部品を使用する工法に較べ低コストであり、
長期間使用してもメンテナンスが容易である。 (6)既設杭の切断が地中で行われるため、低騒音低振
動で環境公害の問題を生ずることなく既設杭の切断・引
き抜きができる。 (7)少し引き上げられた既設杭を少しずつ切断して撤
去できるため、林立した都市ビル間の狭隘な場所におい
ても作業が容易に実施できる。 (8)引き抜き及び引き上げ工程にさほどの揚重力を要
せず、小規模な杭引き抜き機を用いて低コストで施工が
可能となる。

掘進したところで掘進を停止し、ケーシングを回動させ
ながら前記ノズルから超高圧水を噴射して既設杭を切り
離し可能な深さ部位まで切削してから、切削された既設
杭上部を切り離して引き抜き、既設杭下部はそのまま残
置し、ケーシングを引き抜き回収することを特徴とする
既設杭の切断・引き抜き工法。
