槽と洗浄槽と案内筒を夫々所要間隔をおいて同心円状に
順次嵌装してなり、上記外壁槽はその上端部に、中央部
に円孔を設けた環状の上板を装着して内周に空送室を形
成し,該空送室の一側に細片送出口を設けると共に、底
部中央にはベアリングを設けて回転軸を縦向きに装着
し、該回転軸はその下端部に設けたプーリーにより脱水
モーターに連結してあり、上記脱水槽は、周壁に多数の
脱水孔を配設し、周壁上端の空送室側には適宜数の羽根
片を設け、底部中央には軸孔を設けて上記回転軸の上端
部を通すと共に、回転軸を軸孔周囲に固着して、回転軸
の回転と同時に回転し得るようにしてあり、上記洗浄槽
は、その周壁の上側部を上板の円孔から突出させると共
に、円孔周囲に設けたベアリングで枢着し、周壁の下側
部には細片排出口を設け、外周には下端部から上板近く
まで及ぶスクリューを螺旋状に設け、且つその外周縁が
脱水槽内面に近接するようにし、周壁下端部にはベアリ
ングを設けて上記回転軸の上端部に枢着し、洗浄槽上端
部に設けたプーリーを洗浄モーターに連結してあり、上
記案内筒は、洗浄槽内の上端部から下部の排出口近くに
亘り嵌装してあると共に、上端部は、外部に支持固定さ
れている漏斗状のバスケットの下端部に連結してあるこ
とを特徴とする回収紙コップ、牛乳パック等の細片の洗
浄脱水機。
