従来、一度使用された紙コップや牛乳パック等は、一般廃棄物として収集運搬業者が飲料メーカー、ベンダー会社、その他の企業所等と処理契約をし、自治体の許可を得て焼却場で料金を支払い全て焼却しているのが現状である。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、年間大量に生産される紙コップや牛乳パック等を使用後焼却処分にすることは、紙資源の有効利用上、また環境問題上、早期に改善する必要に迫られてきた。そこで、本発明は一度使用された紙コップ、牛乳パック等を飲料メーカー等の支払負担増とならずに、現状の処理費で有効にリサイクルできるようにしたものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するため、本発明の回収紙コップ、牛乳パック等の再生処理方法は、回収した紙コップや牛乳パック等を破砕機で2〜10cm程度の大きさの細片に破砕し、上記各細片を給水管で供給される洗浄水と共に脱水装置付き洗浄機に入れて高速回転洗浄した後、脱水装置の高速回転により脱水乾燥させて排出口側に送り、この排出口側に送り出される細片をブロアーによりサイクロンに移送して、サイクロンの放出口に接続するコンテナパックに自動的に収納するようにしたものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の回収紙コップ、牛乳パック等の再生処理方法は、回収した紙コップや牛乳パック等を破砕機で2〜10cm程度の大きさの細片に破砕し、上記各細片を給水管で供給される洗浄水と共に脱水装置付き洗浄機に入れて高速回転洗浄した後、脱水装置の高速回転により脱水乾燥させて排出口側に送り、この排出口側に送り出される細片をブロアーによりサイクロンに移送して、サイクロンの放出口に接続するコンテナパックに自動的に収納するようにしたものである。
また牛乳パックと同様な材質からなる他の飲料物用紙パックの再生処理についても、本発明はそのまま実施できる。

【実施例1】
図面に従って本発明の実施例を詳説する。
一度使用後回収された紙コップ1は、図1に示すように、選別、破砕、洗浄、脱水乾燥、梱包の順序に従って処理されるものであるが、次に図2に示すような一連の装置を使用して処理する場合につき説明する。
選別工程に於いて、回収された紙コップの中、紙コップ以外の混入物を除去した後、これらの紙コップ1をコンベヤ2で破砕機3の上側に設けたホッパー4内に投入する。投入された紙コップ1は、図示しないが、ホッパー4内に設けられている押込用の羽根付き回転軸により一定量ずつ破砕機3内に押し込まれる。
上記破砕機3内に押し込まれた紙コップ1は、図示しないが、鋸歯状回転刃の噛み合せにより細片5に破砕される。この細片5は破砕機3の構造やその回転刃の大きさ等により形状、大きさを色々異にするが、細片5を広げた状態の長さが2〜10cm位の大きさに破砕することが好ましい。

破砕された上記細片5は、破砕機3の下方に設けた落下口6から、貯水タンク7より給水管8で供給される洗浄水wと共に脱水装置付き洗浄機9内に落下するようになっている。
上記洗浄機9内では、図示しないが、洗浄機の高速回転により洗浄される。而して、洗浄された細片5は連結されている脱水装置に送られ、この装置の高速回転により脱水乾燥され、自動的に排出口10に送り出されるようになっている。

11は汚水槽であって、洗浄汚水が流入するように洗浄機下側に接続されていると共に、汚水を貯水タンク7に返送できるように接続されている。貯水タンクでは微生物を利用し浄化して貯水を繰り返し利用できるようにしてある。

14はサイクロン13の下方に配置したコンテナパックを示し、この口部15をサイクロン13の放出口に接続しておくことにより、細片5が自動的に収納される。

本発明を利用すると、飲料メーカー、ベンダー会社、その他の紙コップ、牛乳パック等の取扱業者が、処理費用の負担増となることなくリサイクル処理が可能となり、紙資源として有効に再生利用できる。従って、従来のように焼却処分を必要としなくなると共に、環境衛生上も有益である。
