2. Description of the Related Art As a louver for a vehicle traveling road, for example, as shown in FIG. 9 (a), a large number of wing-shaped louver members 20 each having an arc-shaped cross section are arranged in parallel in the vehicle traveling direction. Such a configuration is known, for example, installed at the entrance of a tunnel or the like mainly for the purpose of dimming, for example, to reduce the difference between the luminance in the field and the luminance in the tunnel.

In the light control function of the louver,
Due to the overlap of the inclined surface or the curved surface between the louver members, it is necessary to prevent the sunlight from being directly radiated to the vehicle traveling path as much as possible, to take in an appropriate amount of light, and to provide sufficient ventilation.

However, especially in a snowy area, as shown in FIG. 9B, for example, as shown in FIG. 9B, snow accumulated on the louver member 20 may become a large snow mass 21 and fall on the road. In some cases, the vehicle may hit the running vehicle directly, which has been a major safety issue.

As a measure against snowfall, for example, the louver member 20
Although it is considered that the cross section of the louver is difficult to fall as a snow mass, it is necessary to consider a member that does not deteriorate the functions such as ventilation, dimming, and sound insulation required for the louver. If the louver is formed into a shape for preventing snowfall or a member for preventing snowfall is attached, the function required as a louver is inevitably reduced, and the determination of the shape and dimensions of the louver member and the selection of the mounting position are troublesome.

In particular, if the louver member 20 has a bent portion, the opening width W between the louver members 20, 20 becomes too small, which causes a decrease in ventilation, ventilation function, dimming, and sound insulation function. There is a problem in that dust adheres to the louver 20 and debris such as fallen leaves are clogged between the louver members 20, thereby impairing the function of the louver. There were problems such as an increase in cost.
