Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a louver unit for vehicle traveling route excellent in each function of light modulation, sound absorption, sound isolation, and ventilation, difficult to be clogged with refuse, and easy in maintenance. SOLUTION: Many sheets of vane-shaped louver members 3 are disposed on the inside of a frame member 2 at intervals in the direction of a vehicle. In this case, a louver member 3 comprising a hollow box-shaped body having many through-holes at its front and rear sides in the traveling direction of the vehicle and forming a zigzag-shaped cross-section bent at one or more positions midway in vertical direction and a sound absorbing material filled into the hollow box-shaped body is used as the louver members 3. The sound absorbing material is formed so as to be lower in density on the lower side of the hollow box-shaped body and higher in density on the higher side of it.

As for the light control function of the louver, an appropriate amount of sunlight is directly irradiated onto the vehicle traveling path as much as possible due to the overlap of the inclined surface or the curved surface between the louver members. It is necessary to take in the amount of light, and it is particularly desirable to make the interval between the louver members as narrow as possible or to make it difficult for sound to escape by using the bending of the louver members in terms of the sound insulation function.

On the other hand, on a vehicle running path located below the louver, since the noise generated when the vehicle is running is reflected on a wall or the like and reverberated, it is desirable that the sound absorbing performance is as high as possible. Raising may lead to a decrease in sound insulation performance, and these adjustments are required.

Since the front and rear surfaces of the louver member have a zigzag cross-sectional shape, the probability of sound reflection is increased while air permeability in ventilation is ensured, and the sound insulation effect is excellent. In addition, the zigzag cross-sectional shape provides a high degree of freedom in designing direct light blocking and dimming.

Further, the object of the present invention includes reduction of noise in a vehicle running path located below the louver and reduction of noise escaping to the outside. For the noise of the above, the sound absorbing performance is improved by keeping the density of the lower sound absorbing material to which sound is directly transmitted relatively low, and for the reduction of external noise, the density of the upper sound absorbing material should be higher than that of the lower part. To improve sound insulation performance.

When the present invention is applied to the entrance of a tunnel or the ceiling of a digging road, an airflow in the vehicle traveling direction is generated on the lower surface of the ceiling portion by a traveling vehicle passing below, so that a part of the louver member is projected downward. The airflow is captured, discharged to the outside together with exhaust gas, etc., and fresh air is taken in from the outside in the form of natural circulation of air to enhance the ventilation effect.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the louver unit for a vehicle running path according to the first or second aspect, a portion of the hollow box-shaped body exposed to the outside of the louver unit is not provided with a through hole. The opening ratio of the portion not exposed to the outside of the louver unit is 50 to 70%.

The provision of no through-hole in the portion of the hollow box-shaped body exposed to the outside of the louver unit mainly prevents rainwater or the like from directly entering, and also allows dirt and dust to enter the interior filled with the sound absorbing material. In order to prevent this, there is no through hole in this portion, which is advantageous in terms of the sound insulation effect.

For the other parts, the porosity is 50 to 70%.
The reason for this is to enhance the sound absorbing effect as much as possible.
However, if the aperture ratio is set to 70% or more, there is a possibility that the maintenance of the surface for holding the sound absorbing material and the inflow of some rainwater or dust may be troublesome.

It is considered that the use of a punching metal or an expanded metal is economical in order to achieve such an opening ratio. Further, in the case of punching metal, if the outer peripheral portion of the punching hole as a through-hole protrudes from the outer surface of the hollow box-like body, the effect of suppressing inflow of rainwater increases.

According to the louver unit for a vehicle traveling road of the present invention, since the front and rear surfaces of the louver members are zigzag while ensuring the air permeability between the front and rear louver members, the probability of sound reflection is increased and the sound insulation effect is improved. Excellent. By lowering the sound absorbing material at the lower part of the louver member,
Excellent sound absorbing effect against sound generated inside and high density sound absorbing material at the upper part of the louver member, high sound insulating effect to the outside. By ensuring air permeability, dust and dirt can be prevented from accumulating between the louver members to some extent, and maintenance for clogging between the louver members becomes relatively easy. The zigzag shape of the louver member allows a high degree of design freedom in blocking direct sunlight and dimming. In the invention according to claim 2, the louver member protruding downward from the other louver members has an effect of capturing the airflow in the vehicle traveling direction generated by the passage of the vehicle, and the exhaust gas generated by the vehicle is removed together with the airflow. The effect of discharging to the outside is high. In the invention according to claim 3, by providing no through-hole in a portion of the hollow box-shaped body exposed to the outside of the louver unit,
It prevents rainwater and dirt from entering directly, which is also advantageous in terms of sound insulation. Further, by setting the opening ratio to be as high as 50 to 70% for other portions, a large sound absorbing effect can be expected.
