In terms of the light control function of the louver, it is possible to keep the sunlight radiated directly to the vehicle running path as much as possible by the overlapping of the inclined surfaces or the bent surfaces between the louver members. It is necessary to allow the amount of light to be taken in, and particularly in terms of the sound insulation function, it is desirable to make the interval between the louver members as narrow as possible, or use the bending of the louver members to make it difficult for sound to escape.

Since the front and rear surfaces of the louver member have an arcuate or parabolic smooth curved surface shape, turbulence of the air flow during ventilation is small and air permeability is good. Further, in addition to having good air permeability, the smooth curved surface makes it difficult for dust and dirt to collect between the louver members, and accordingly, troublesome maintenance becomes unnecessary.

Further, in the present invention, the louver member is formed such that the distance between the front and rear surfaces is large in the central portion in the height direction and gradually decreases in the vertical direction.
Since the opening distance between the upper and lower parts of the louver unit becomes large, the interior covered with the louver becomes brighter due to natural light, and smoother ventilation performance and rectifying effect can be obtained.

Further, since the air permeability is good and dust and dirt are hard to collect, the interval between the louver members can be set to be small, and there is a high degree of freedom in the design regarding the blocking of direct sunlight and dimming, and the sound absorbing property. It is also advantageous in terms of sound insulation.

The fact that the front and rear surfaces of the louver member have an arcuate or parabolic smooth curved surface is not necessarily limited to the case where the whole is an arc or a parabola, and for example, the lower end or a part of the upper end is a straight line. In case of
Furthermore, the case where the upper and lower ends have horizontal surfaces in the form of upper and lower surfaces is also included. However, the overall shape should be such that the air flow passing between the louver members is not disturbed as much as possible.

The most general form is when the vertical cross sections of the front surface and the rear surface are arcuate surfaces. In this case, the curvature of the front surface of the louver member in the vehicle traveling direction should be larger than that of the rear surface. Thus, the distance between the front surface and the rear surface is large in the central portion in the height direction and gradually decreases in the vertical direction.

As a material for the hollow box-shaped body, a metal such as a steel plate, stainless steel or aluminum is mainly used, but it is also conceivable to use a reinforced plastic or other synthetic resin. In addition, in the case of a hollow metal box, if the surface roughness is increased by dull finish (matte gray matte finish), light reflection can be controlled in the form of diffusing light and glare can be suppressed. . Further, a photocatalyst can be applied to the surface of these to prevent surface contamination and purify exhaust gas.

The method of forming the through holes of the hollow box-shaped body is not particularly limited, but it is economical to form the hollow box-shaped body with a punching plate or expanded metal. As the sound absorbing material, glass wool, rock wool or the like used in the conventional louver member or the like can be used, but it is not particularly limited as long as it is a sound absorbing material that can be filled and held in a hollow box-shaped body having a through hole.

From the viewpoint of durability, stainless steel or the like is suitable as each component of the louver unit,
Claim 2 limits that case. Moreover, the reason why the porosity is 50 to 70% is to enhance the sound absorbing effect as much as possible. However, when the porosity is 70% or more, the surface of holding the sound absorbing material and a part of inflow of rainwater, dust and the like enter. Maintenance may be troublesome. In addition, if the outer peripheral portion of the punching hole as the through hole projects to the outer surface of the hollow box-shaped body, the effect of suppressing the inflow of rainwater is enhanced.

According to the louver unit for a vehicle running road of the present invention, the front and rear surfaces of the louver member are formed into a smooth curved surface shape, and the upper and lower opening intervals between the louver members are large, so that ventilation is good in ventilation. Since the front and rear surfaces of the louver member have a smooth curved surface shape, in addition to good air permeability, it is difficult for dust and dirt to collect between the louver members, and maintenance for clogging between louver members, which has been a big problem in the past, can be performed. It's easy. Since the louver members have good ventilation and dust and dirt are hard to collect, the distance between the louver members can be made small, and in combination with the curved shape of the louver members, it blocks direct sunlight and has a high degree of freedom for dimming. . Similarly, since the interval between the louver members can be reduced, it is advantageous in terms of sound absorption and sound insulation, and the degree of freedom in design is high. Since the distance between the upper and lower openings is larger than that in the center of the louver member in the height direction, even if the distance between the louver members is kept small, the light control function becomes brighter. In the invention according to claim 3, the direct sunlight is completely shielded, so that the safety of the driver can be protected.
