Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weak member separating device capable of easily separating a weak member stuck to an object. SOLUTION: This weak member separating device is provided with a winding roller 2 supporting a separating claw 3 in a freely projecting/receding manner; a linear driving means for linearly moving the winding roller 2 or an object A relatively; a separating claw opening/closing drive part 6 for driving the separating claw 3 in a freely projecting/receding manner; and a rotating drive means for driving the winding roller 2 in a rotating direction. The winding roller 2 is moved in a linear direction relatively to the object A to separate the tip of the weak member B from the object A, and the separating claw 3 is moved inward in the radial direction of the winding roller 2 to grip the tip of the weak member B between the separating claw 3 and the winding roller 2. In this state, the winding roller 2 is moved relatively to the object A, and in this process, the winding roller 2 is rotated to separate the weak member B from the object A and to wind it onto the outer peripheral surface of the winding roller 2.

As a method of peeling the double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape from the object, the pressure-sensitive adhesive force is reduced by heating the foamed pressure-sensitive adhesive layer to foam, and a peeling roller having an adhesive force greater than the adhesive force after the heating is applied to the object. A method has been proposed in which a double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape adhered to the surface of an object is peeled off by rotating while being pressed (JP-A-7-215).

According to the first aspect of the present invention,
A peeling claw formed at the tip with a sharp edge inserted between an object and a sheet-like soft member adhered to the object, and the peeling claw is located at a part of the outer periphery and is freely movable in and out in a radial direction. A take-up roller, and a linear drive unit that relatively linearly moves the take-up roller or the object in a linear direction in which the soft member adhered to the object is separated by the edge of the separation claw; The peeling claw is driven so as to freely protrude and retract in the radial direction of the winding roller so as to grip or release the tip of the soft member peeled from the object by the peeling nail between the peeling claw and the winding roller. A peeling claw opening / closing drive unit, and winding the soft member around the outer peripheral surface of the winding roller corresponding to a length of the winding roller or the object separated from the object by movement in a relative linear direction. A rotary drive means for said take-up roller in a direction to drive in the direction of rotation that comprises a.

Therefore, when the peeling claw is maintained so as to protrude from the outer periphery of the winding roller by the peeling claw opening / closing drive unit, and the winding roller is moved in a linear direction relatively to the object by the linear driving means, When the peeling claw is moved in the radial direction of the take-up roller by the peeling claw opening / closing drive unit, the tip of the soft member is gripped between the peeling claw and the outer periphery of the winding roller. Is done. In this state, when the winding roller is moved relative to the object by the linear driving means, the soft member is gradually peeled off from the object, and in the process, when the winding roller is rotated by the rotation driving means, the soft member is peeled from the object. The soft member is sequentially wound around the outer peripheral surface of the winding roller.

Here, there is provided a linear drive means for linearly moving the winding roller 2 in a linear direction in which the soft member B adhered to the object A is peeled off by the edge 3a of the peeling claw 3. Although not shown, the linear drive means is constituted by means such as fixing a bearing for supporting the rotating shaft of the winding roller 2 to a linear portion of an endless belt driven and rotated by a motor. This configuration is an example, and the present invention is not limited to this. The rotating shaft of the take-up roller 2 is connected to a motor (not shown) serving as a rotation driving means.

Subsequently, the take-up roller 2 is moved in the right peeling direction by the linear drive means as shown in FIG. At this time, the distal end of the soft member B is peeled from the object A by the linear motion of the peeling claw 3. At this time, as shown in FIG.
By repeatedly advancing the winding roller 2 to the right and retreating to the left in small increments, the tip of the soft member B can be turned up cleanly as if the knife were manually operated.

Subsequently, when the supply of the compressed air from the compressed air supply unit 8 to the cylinder 7 is cut off by the switching operation of the electromagnetic switching valve SV1, the piston 9
As shown in FIG. 4, the peeling claw 3 is moved inward in the radial direction of the winding roller 2 to be closed (falling period in FIG. 9). In this closed state, as shown in FIG.
The distal end of the soft member B is gripped between these points.

In this state, since the sensor 16 outputs a signal indicating that the leading end of the soft member B has been detected (output timing is shown in FIG. 9), if the signal is not output, it can be recognized as an error. . In this example, the rotation of the take-up roller 2 is started after a lapse of a predetermined time after the detection signal of the sensor 16 is output.

FIG. 9 shows the timing of the rotational movement of the winding roller 2. As shown in FIG. 5, when the take-up roller 2 is slightly rotated in the counterclockwise direction,
a is securely brought into contact with the soft member B, and from this state, the winding roller 2 is moved counterclockwise by the rotary driving means while the winding roller 2 is moved rightward by the linear driving means (see timing in FIG. 9). Rotate in the direction. The process of driving the take-up roller 2 in the linear direction and the rotational direction is shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, and in this process, the take-up roller 2 is driven.
The soft member B is peeled from the object A by the peeling claw 3 by the linear movement of the soft member B, and the soft member B corresponds to the peeled length.
Is wound around the outer peripheral surface of the winding roller 2 by the rotation of the winding roller 2.

In this case, during the period from when the front end of the soft member B is gripped between the outer periphery of the winding roller 2 and the peeling claw 3 until the soft member B is separated from the object A, the winding roller 2 By setting the peripheral velocity and the linear velocity equal, the length of the soft member B separated from the object A and the length of the soft member B wound on the winding roller 2 can be made equal. Thereby, the angle α (see FIG. 7) formed between the soft member B and the object A in the separated portion can be kept constant. Therefore, the soft member B peeled from the object A can be peeled with a constant peeling force without being strained or loosened. In this case, α can be set to an acute angle by advancing the position of the winding roller 2 in the counterclockwise direction before the linear movement of the winding roller 2. With such an acute angle, the soft member B
Can be pulled in the peeling direction, and the weak member B can be peeled with a weak peeling force. Therefore, the soft member B
Can be further facilitated, and the soft member B can be prevented from being torn during the peeling operation.

In this manner, the soft member B is peeled from the object A. When the peeling claw 3 is moved to a position where the soft member B is gripped as shown in FIG.
Is closed and the electromagnetic switching valve SV3 is opened. Thereby, the through hole 14 is maintained at a negative pressure, and the soft member B wound around the outer periphery of the winding roller 2 is maintained in a suction state (timing of the winding roller 2 suction ON in FIG. 9) by the negative pressure. it can. Thereby, it is possible to prevent the peeled soft member B from inadvertently adhering to other portions, and it is also possible to facilitate the work on this surface.

Close the electromagnetic switching valve SV3 (the winding roller 2 in FIG. 9).
Suction is turned off), and the electromagnetic switching valve SV2 is opened (the take-up roller 2 in FIG. 9 is turned on), so that the compressed air of the compressed air supply unit 8 is blown out from the hole 14, whereby the take-up roller 2 is softened. The member B can be easily collected.

In this embodiment, a non-adhesive layer is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the winding roller 2. Therefore, adhesion of the adhesive (double-sided adhesive tape C) from the soft member B to the take-up roller 2 can be prevented, and the soft member B wound around the take-up roller 2 can be easily collected.
