Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. シートとシートベルトを有する車輌において、エアバッグドアを有するエ アバッグの膨張をコントロールするための装置であって; a.)シート上に加えられる力に対応する出力シグナルを有するシート重量 センサ; b.)シートベルト内の張力に対応する出力シグナルを有するシートベルト 張力センサ; c.)エアバッグドアに相対する点にマウントされた間隔をもった導電性電 極を有し、かつその間に配置された誘電体を有する容量センサ、及び それに対する搭乗者の接近に対応する出力シグナル;及び d.)シート重量センサの出力シグナルに動作的に連結された第1の入力、 シートベルト張力センサの出力シグナルに動作的に連結された第2の 入力、容量センサの出力シグナルに動作的に連結された第3の入力、 及びシート重量センサに対応するエアバッグの膨張特性をコントロー ルするための複数の出力シグナル、を有するマイクロプロセッサ、シ ートベルト張力センサ、及び容量センサ、を含むエアバッグコントロ ールシステム を含む、前記装置。 2. 複数のエアバッグコントロールシステムの出力シグナルが、複数のエアバ ッグ導火線へ発火電流を供給するのに適合している、請求項1に記載のシ ステム。 3. 容量センサがさらに、エアバッグドアに相対する点においてマウントされ た複数の間隔をもった導電性電極を含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。 4. シート重量センサが、車輌シート内に配置された複数の力感知抵抗素子を 含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。 5. 車輌シート重量センサが、車輌シート内に配置されたガス充満嚢(のう) を含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。 6. シートベルト張力センサが、ベンドセンサを含む、請求項1のシステム。 7. シートベルト張力センサが、ビラリ(Villari)効果センサを含む、請求 項1に記載のシステム。 8. シート、シートベルト、車輌シート上に加えられる力に対応する出力シグ ナルを有するシート重量センサ、シートベルト内の張力に対応する出力シ グナルを有するシートベルト張力センサ、搭乗者の接近に対応する出力シ グナルを有するエアバッグドアに相対してマウントされた容量センサ、及 び複数のエアバッグ導火線に動作的に連結されたエアバッグコントロール システムを有する車輌内で、エアバッグドアを有するエアバッグの膨張を コントロールする方法であって、 a.) 車輛のシート上に加えられる力を決定すること; b.) 車輛のシートベルト内の張力を決定すること; c.) エアバッグドアに対して搭乗者の接近を判定すること; d.) エアバッグドアへの搭乗者の接近が、所定しきい値以下にある場合 はエアバッグの膨張を阻害すること を含む、前記方法。 9. シートベルト張力が所定しきい値以上にある場合、さらにエアバッグの膨 張を阻害することをさらに含む、請求項8に記載のエアバッグの膨張をコ ントロールするための方法。 10.車輛シート上に加えられる力が所定しきい値以下である場合、エアバッグ の膨張を阻害することをさらに含む、請求項8に記載のエアバッグの膨張 をコントロールするための方法。 11.車輛シート上に加えられる力が最小の所定しきい値以下である場合、エア バッグの膨張を阻害することをさらに含む、請求項9に記載のエアバッグ の膨張をコントロールするための方法。 12.車輌シート上に加えられる力が最小の所定しきい値以上でかつ最大の所定 しきい値以下である場合、複数のエアバッグ導火線の少なくとも一つを不 能にすることをさらに含む、請求項8に記載のエアバッグの膨張をコント ロールするための方法。 13.車輛シート上に加えられる力が最小の所定しきい値以上でかつ最大の所 定しきい値以下である場合、複数のエアバッグ導火線の少なくとも一つを 不能にすることをさらに含む、請求項9に記載のエアバッグの膨張をコン トロールするための方法。 14.車輌シート上に加えられる力が最小の所定しきい値以上でかつ最大の所定 しきい値以下である場合、複数のエアバッグ導火線の少なくとも一つを不 能にすることをさらに含む、請求項10に記載のエアバッグの膨張をコン トロールするための方法。 15.車輌シート上に加えられる力が最小の所定しきい値以上でかつ最大の所定 しきい値以下である場合、複数のエアバッグ導火線の少なくとも一つを不 能にすることをさらに含む、請求項11に記載のエアバッグの膨張をコン トロールすることの方法。 16.車輌シート上に加えられる力が最小の所定しきい値以上でかつ最大の所定 しきい値以下である場合、複数のエアバッグ導火線の少なくとも一つを不 能にすることをさらに含む、請求項12に記載のエアバッグの膨張をコン トロールすることの方法。
