Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.シートの長手方向端とチャンバの壁との間にシールを製造し、多様なシート がそれらシート間で、チャンバ(1)の壁を備えて区画に画定され、 多数のスロットダイスを使用して、連続的に冷却チャンバ(4)の内側に並行で ある熱融解性材料製の複数のシートを押出成形し、 押出成形シートをそれらの全ての高さの位置で溶接を実施するため、1組で変 形あるいは誘引されるように、チャンバ内及びダイス側に配置される端部から製 造され、 冷却剤を備え、上記区画と代替する他の全ての区画をダイス側に配置される端 部のから充填し、 冷却チャンバ内に凝固された蜂の巣構造体を得るために、チャンバ内でセルが 押出方向に垂直になるような構造において、真空の製造と冷却剤を使った充填と を各区画において交互に行うことを特徴とする熱融解材料で蜂の巣構造体を製造 するための方法。 2.冷却剤が温度調整可能である水であることを特徴とする請求の範囲1に記載 の製造方法。 3.熱可塑性物質の使用を含むことを特徴とする請求の範囲1または2に記載の 製造方法。 4.一方ではシートの長手方向端とチャンバの2つの壁(22)との間に、他方 では2つの外面シートとチャンバのもう2つの壁(35)との間にシールを生成 するために、 加圧された冷却チャンバ(4)内で並行シート(31)を押出形成して構成す ることを特徴とする請求の範囲1〜3の何れか1項に記載の製造方法。 5.冷却チャンバよりも高い形成シート(31)で構成されることを特徴とする 請求の範囲1〜4の何れか1項に記載の製造方法。 6.互いに溶接するような後方領域におけるシートの厚さを減らすために、冷却 チャンバ(4)をジャーク引張体(a jerked pull)から離す構造体で作用するこ とを特徴とする請求の範囲1〜5の何れか1項に記載の製造方法。 7.各区画において約0.6バール(1バール=105パスカル)の圧力を瞬間的 に引き出すことを特徴とする請求の範囲1〜6の何れか1項に記載の製造方法。 8.シート(31)を連続的に形成するために幾つかの並行スロット(16)を備 えたコートハンガーダイス(3)に粘着状態にある熱融解性材料を送出する押出機 (2)を備え、各スロット(16)は、熱伝導性材料製の2つの円錐型片(17 )で画定され、または各々が円錐型片で作られ、真空源(30)と冷却源(32 )とに連続して接続され得る溝(24)であり、 この装置はまた、得られた構造体の高さと同じ高さであり、後方のセル方向に 、その構造体と同じ幅であり、矩形交差部分を持つ管状冷却チャンバ(4)で構 成され、 ポンプ(32)と真空ポンプ(30)と方向制御弁(2 9)とを使用して冷却剤を引き出す冷却剤タンク(5)が、シートの両側に配置 された多様な区画にポンプを接続する回路(25,26,27,28)と同様に 、2つのポンプ(30,32)に連結され、各々区画を真空源(30)と冷却源 (32)とに接続することを特徴とする請求の範囲1〜7の何れか1項に記載の 方法を実施するための装置。 9.ダイスのスロット(16)の一方の側に配置された各円錐型片(17)が熱 転移材料を覆い、加熱手段を備えることを特徴とする請求の範囲8に記載の装置 。 10.冷却チャンバ(4)が少なくとも部分的に、水の入った冷却タンク(5) に浸され、チャンバから離れて通過する蜂の巣構造体を介して、タンク(5)に 入った水が、セル(34)を形成し凝固させるためにチャンバの内側でシート( 1)を形成し冷却することを容易にする冷却剤を構成することを特徴とする請求 の範囲8また9に記載の装置。 11.ダイスは、ダイスの円錐型片(17)に補完的な円錐形(19)を有する 2つの出口組立体(18)に結合し、ダイスには溝(24)が開口し、連続的に 真空を製造し、冷却剤を送給し、2つの組立体の円錐部分(19)がダイスの円 錐部に適合し、スロットの何れかの側ではシート(31)を形成し、 2つの組立体はセルに対して垂直な蜂の巣構造体の2つの面をそれら向かい合う 面によって画定されることを特 徴とする請求の範囲8から10の何れか1項に記載の装置。 12.2つの出口組立体(18)の向かい合った面(20)が、ダイスの出口か ら冷却チャンバー(4)に向かって収束するダイスに結合することを特徴とする 請求の範囲11に記載の装置。 13.2つの出口組立体の向かい合った面(20)は、各シートの出口に面する 凹状面を有することを特徴とする請求の範囲12に記載の装置。 14.蜂の巣構造体の厚さを調整可能にするために、2つの出口組立体(18) が、セル(34)の方向のダイスに対して調節可能であるように搭載されること を特徴とする請求の範囲11〜13の何れか一項に記載の装置。 15.冷却チャンバ(4)の下流に、反対方向に作動し、セルに垂直である蜂の 巣構造体の2つの面に支持される2つのロール(8)で構成された引張り装置( 7)を備えることを特徴とする請求の範囲8〜14の何れか一項に記載の装置。 16.冷却チャンバ(4)の下流に、スラブを形成するために押出方向を横切っ て蜂の巣構造体を切断する装置(14)が備えられることを特徴とする請求の範 囲8〜15の何れか一項に記載の装置。 17.冷却チャンバ(4)の下流に、薄膜を形成する2つのカバーシート(12 )で連続的に蜂の巣構造体の両面に溶接を行う装置(10)が備えられることを 特徴と する請求の範囲8〜16の何れか一項に記載の装置。 18.浸透可能な薄膜(38)で被膜される蜂の巣構造の核心(36)を備えた 構造を備え、 一方ではシートの長手方向端とチャンバの2つの壁(22)との間に、他方で は2つの外面シートとチャンバのもう2つの壁(35)との間にシールを生成す るために、 加圧された冷却チャンバ(4)内で並行シート(31)を押出形成して構成す ることを特徴とする製造方法で得られる製品。
