Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.加圧液体を搬送するシステムのためのエネルギー減衰装置(20〜20 O)であって、 該システムから液体を受け取るための入口開口と、液体を該システムへ戻すた めの出口開口とを有するハウジング手段(21,57)と、 該入口開口から該ハウジング手段(21,57)内へ突入された入口導管(2 7,52)とから成り、 該入口導管(27,52)の、前記ハウジング手段(21,57)内に位置す る一部分に、該入口導管から該ハウジング手段の内部(25;35,36;47 〜50;51)へ前記液体を導入するための少くとも1つの孔(28,53)が 形成されていることを特徴とするエネルギー減衰装置。 2.前記ハウジング手段(21,57)内に前記出口開口にまで延長した出 口導管(29,52)が設けられており、該出口導管(29,52)の、前記ハ ウジング手段(21,57)内に位置する一部分に、該ハウジング手段の内部( 25;35,36;47〜50;51)から前記液体を受け取るための少くとも 1つの孔(30,53)が形成されており、該入口導管(27,52)及び出口 導管(29,52)の、前記ハウジング手段(21,57)内に位置する端部が 閉鎖又は開放されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載のエネルギー 減衰装置。 3.前記ハウジング手段は、筒状手段(57)であり、前記入口導管(52 ,27N)は該筒状手段(57)内へ同心的に突入しており、該入口導管(52 ,27N)と該筒状手段(57)との間に該入口導管(52,27N)の前記少 くとも1つの孔(28,53)から前記液体を受け取るための環状空間(51) が形成されており、前記出口導管(29,52)は、前記筒状手段(57)の前 記出口開口にまで同心的に延長しており、該出口導管(29,52)の、該筒状 手段(57)内に位置する一部分に、前記環状空間(51)から液体を受け取る ための少くとも1つの孔(53,30)が形成されていることを特徴とする請求 の範囲第2項に記載のエネルギー減衰装置。 4.前記入口導管と出口導管は、少くとも2つの孔(53)を有する単一導 管(52)であり、該単一導管(52)は、前記ハウジング手段(21)を直線 的に貫通していること、又は、前記入口導管(27NI,27N)と前記出口導 管(291,29N)とは直線的に整列し、好ましくは約0.079〜0.31 8cmから2.54cmまでの範囲又はそれ以上の狭い間隙(54)によって互 いに離隔されていること、又は、前記入口導管(52L)は、前記筒状手段(5 7)の前記出口開口の手前で終端して該出口開口との間に好ましくは約0.63 5〜22.86cm(0.25〜9in)又はそれ以上の間隙を形成しているこ とを特徴とする請求の範囲第 2又は3項に記載のエネルギー減衰装置。 5.前記筒状手段(57)は、真円筒形の断面形状を有し、金属、ゴム又は ポリマー材で形成されており、前記入口導管及び出口導管は、ポリマー材又は金 属で形成されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第3項に記載のエネルギー減衰 装置。 6.前記環状空間(51)は、前記入口導管(52,27N)と前記筒状手 段(57)との間に0.79〜9.53mm又はそれ以上の間隙を形成していこ とを特徴とする請求の範囲第3項に記載のエネルギー減衰装置。 7.前記単一導管(52)内に少くとも1つの制流手段(55)が設けられ ていことを特徴とする請求の範囲第4項に記載のエネルギー減衰装置。 8.前記孔(28,30,53)は、任意所望のサイズ形状、個数及び配置 又はそれらの組み合わせを有し、長手方向に整列又は互い違いに配置されており 、前記入口導管(27)の孔(28,53)は、前記出口導管(29)の孔(3 0,53)から角度的にずらされていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第2又は3 項に記載のエネルギー減衰装置。 9.前記ハウジング手段(21,57)は、金属、プラスチック、ゴム、フ ォーム及び砂利から成る群から選択された充填手段(34)を部分的に充填され ており、該充填手段の形状は、球状又は不規則形状であることを特徴とする請求 の範囲第1又は2項に記載のエネルギー 減衰装置。 10.前記入口導管(27,52)又は出口導管(29,52)の直径に対す る前記ハウジング手段(21)の直径の比は、少くとも2:1、好ましくは2: 1から10.7:1の範囲であり、該ハウジング手段(21)は、単一のチャン バー(25)を有するか、又は、該ハウジング手段の内部を2つ又はそれ以上の チャンバー(35,36;47〜50)に分割する少くとも1つの孔あきじゃま 板(37,45)を備えていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第2項に記載のエネ ルギー減衰装置。 11.前記入口導管(27)及び出口導管(29)は、前記ハウジング手段( 21)の少くとも1つのチャンバー(25;35,36;47〜50)内に直線 的に延長しているか、又は、所定の角度に曲げられていることを特徴とする請求 の範囲第10項に記載のエネルギー減衰装置。 12.請求の範囲第1又は2項に記載のエネルギー減衰装置(20〜20O) と、該エネルギー減衰装置と直列又は並列に設けられた任意のタイプの少くとも 1つの追加のエネルギー減衰装置を含み、該追加のエネルギー減衰装置は、例え ばエラストマー材製のホース(60)とその内部に設けられたチューニングケー ブル(59)から成るものであることを特徴とするシステム。
