Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. ヒト又は動物に麻酔剤等の処置ガスを供給するガス供給装置であって、ガ ス引込み手段(3)とガス引出し手段(4)とを有し、液体を気化室(1)に暴 露して気化させる為の多孔性液体放出装置(5)が内部に配された気化室(1) を具備し、液体放出装置(7)が外部液体源(8)と連通する液体供給装置(6 ,7)に接続され、ガス引出し手段(4)が吸気手段に接続されている蒸発器を 有するガス供給装置において、前記液体放出装置(5)は、液体放出装置(5) 内の小孔のみを介して液体を暴露し、ガス供給装置が液体加熱手段を具備するこ とを特徴とするガス供給装置。 2. 請求項1に記載の装置において、加熱手段(50)は液体放出装置(5) 内に存在する液体を加熱することを特徴とする。 3. 請求項2に記載の装置において、加熱手段(50)は液体放出装置(5) 内に配されることを特徴とする。 4. 請求項2に記載の装置において、加熱手段(5)は前記液体放出装置(5 )の外に隣接して配されることを特徴とする。 5. 請求項1−4の何れかに記載の装置において、加熱手段(5)は電気抵抗 器であることを特徴とする。 6. 請求項1−5の何れかに記載の装置において、液体供給手段 (7)には液量制御手段(10,12)が設けられることを特徴とする。 7. 請求項1−6の何れかに記載の装置において、前記液体供給手段(7)は ポンプ(7)を具備することを特徴とする。 8. 請求項7に記載の装置において、ポンプ(7)はモーター駆動であること を特徴とする。 9. 請求項7又は8に記載の装置において、ポンプ(7)は制御可能なポンプ であり、それを以て前記液量制御手段の構成要素となることを特徴とする。 10. 請求項8に記載の装置において、気化された液体の含有量を検出する為 の検出手段(9)を具備し、前記検出手段は前記液体放出装置(5)の下流側に 配置されることを特徴とする。 11. 請求項10に記載の装置において、前記検出手段(9)は光学センサー を具備することを特徴とする。 12. 請求項10又は11に記載の装置において、前記液量制御手段(10. 12)は、前記検出手段(9)に応答して液体の供給を調整することを特徴とす る。 13. 請求項8−12の何れかに記載の装置において、前記液量 制御手段(10,12)は単位時間当たり、前記液体放出装置(5)において単 位時間当たりに気化される液量以下の液体を送り込むことを特徴とする。 14. 請求項1−13の何れかに記載の装置において、前記液体放出装置(5 9)はプラスチック材料から成ることを特徴とする。 15. 請求項1−14の何れかに記載の装置において、前記液体放出装置(5 )は、前記気化室の壁部(2)の内面に当接し、壁部(2)は液体放出装置(5 )が当接する面に、前記液体供給手段(6,7)と連通する溝(13)を具備す ることを特徴とする。 16. 請求項1−15の何れかに記載の装置において、液体放出装置(15) は中空の筒状形状を呈することを特徴とするガス供給装置。 17. ヒト又は動物の呼吸器官に処置ガスを供給する方法であって、液体を外 部液源から液体放出装置に送り込み、そこで液体を流動ガスに暴露してガスとの 接触により気化させた後、気化した液体を前記呼吸器官に送り込む方法において 、前記液体放出装置はそこまで液体が導かれる小孔部を含み、液体は前記小孔部 のみを介してガスに暴露され、液体は加熱されることを特徴とするガス供給方法 。 18. 請求項17に記載の方法において、液体は液体放出装置内 にある時に加熱され、加熱は電気的に行われることを特徴とする。 19. 請求項18に記載の方法において、液体の供給が調節されることを特徴 とする。 20. 請求項17−19の何れかに記載の方法において、液体はモーター駆動 ポンプにより送り込まれることを特徴とする。 21. 請求項17−20の何れかに記載の方法において、液体がガスと接触し た後に、気化した液体のガス中の含有量が光学センサーにより検出され、単位時 間当たりに送り込まれる液体の量が、この検出した含有量に基づいて制御される ことを特徴とする。
