Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ガイドワイヤーに設けられた雄型接続具(100)をインターフェイスケ ーブルに接続すべく、ガイドワイヤー組立体用の極小型の雌型接続具(200、 800)において、前記雌型接続具に対する前記雄型接続具の軸方向への移動又 は回転動作が防止されるように、前記雄型接続具を前記雌型接続具内にてクラン プ止めするクランプ止め手段(230、231、232;812、820、82 2)を備える、極小型の雌型接続具。 2.請求項1に記載の接続具において、基端及び末端を有する絶縁性ハウジン グ手段(802)と、前記雄型接続具を前記ハウジング手段の前記末端に挿入す るための凹所(844)を提供する手段と、前記雄型接続具と電気的に接触し得 るように前記凹所内に配置された少なくとも1つの接点部材(826、828、 830)と、前記接点部材に接続され且つインターフェイスケーブルに接続可能 な前記基端に設けられた接続手段(832、834、836)とを備え、前記ク ランプ止め手段(812、820、822)が、前記雌型接続具に対する前記雄 型接続具の軸方向への移動又は回転動作を防止し得るように前記接続具を前記凹 所内にてクランプ止めする、接続具。 3.請求項1又は2に記載の雌型接続具において、前記クランプ止め手段が、 ばね手段(822)により互いに弾性的に接続された第一の部分(802)と、 第二の部分(816、818、820)とを備え、これら部分が互いに押し付け 合うようにし、前記ばね手段を緊張させ、これにより、前記第一の部分及び第二 の部分を分離させて、その間に前記凹所(844)を形成する手段を更に備える 、雌型接続具。 4.請求項2又は3に記載の雌型接続具において、前記凹所(844)内に薄 く可撓性の材料の薄板(824)が提供され、該薄板が、前記凹所内にてライニ ングを形成し得るように配置され、前記薄く可撓性の薄板の少なくとも一部には 、前記少なくとも1つの接点部材(826、828、830)を形成する導電性 材料層が設けられる、雌型接続具。 5.請求項4に記載の雌型接続具において、前記薄く可撓性の薄板(824) が長手方向に向けて実質的にその中心線に沿って伸長し且つ折り重ねられ、前記 導電性材料層を有する前記薄板の側部が折り重ねた薄板の内部に配置されるよう にする、雌型接続具。 6.請求項5に記載の雌型接続具において、3つの接点部材(826、828 、830)を形成する3つの導電性材料部分が前記薄く可撓性の薄板の上に配置 される、雌型接続具。 7.請求項1に記載の雌型接続具において、前記クランプ止め手段が、前記イ ンターフェイスケーブルを前記ハウジングに接続する手段がその基端に設けられ た中空の絶縁性ハウジング(200)と、前記雄型接続具を内部に挿入するため の末端における開口部(203)と、前記ハウジングの末端部分の対応するねじ 付きの外面(231)に螺着し得るようにされたクランプ止めナット(230) を有する、雄型接続具のクランプ止め手段と、前記ハウジングの末端部分内に挿 入されたクランプ止め装置であって、雌型接続具内に挿入したとき、前記クラン プ止めナットを締め付け、該クランプ止めナット(230)が該クランプ止め装 置に作用するとき、前記雄型接続具の外面と係合し得るようにされたクランプ止 め装置(232)とを備える、雌型接続具。 8.請求項7に記載の雌型接続具において、前記クランプ止め装置(232) が、軸方向に向けてその一端に溝を有する管を備え、該管の他端の円形の周縁か ら伸長する、ばね特性を有する弾性的な舌状体(220)を形成する、雌型接続 具。 9.請求項8に記載の雌型接続具において、前記弾性的な舌状体の自由端が、 前記ナットにおける対応する円錐形面(239)と係合し得るようにされた円錐 形の外面(201)を形成する、雌型接続具。 10.請求項9に記載の雌型接続具において、前記クランプ止め装置には、少な くとも3つの弾性的な舌状体が設けられる、雌型接続具。 11.請求項7乃至10の何れかに記載の雌型接続具において、その基端におけ る前記クランプ止めナットには、雄型接続具の挿入を支援する実質的に円錐形の 形状の入口開口部(203)が設けられる、雌型接続具。 12.請求項7乃至11の何れかに記載の雌型接続具において、前記少なくとも 1つの接点部材(204)が、内方に湾曲した弾性的な梁形部材(304)を有 する内側シリンダ(302)を備え、該弾性的な梁形部材が、該シリンダの中心 に向けて、該内側シリンダの本体に沿って伸長し、該内側シリンダが外側シリン ダ(300)内に挿入される、雌型接続具。 13.請求項12に記載の雌型接続具において、前記内側シリンダには、少なく とも3つの弾性的な梁形部材が設けられる、雌型接続具。 14.請求項13に記載の雌型接続具において、前記内側シリンダが外側シリン ダ内にて摩擦可能に係止される、雌型接続具。 15.請求項7乃至14の何れかに記載の雌型接続具において、前記接点部材に は、インターフェイスケーブルの1つ以上の心線(206)をはんだ付けする部 分が設けられる、雌型接続具。 16.請求項7乃至15の何れかに記載の雌型接続具において、3つの接点部材 を有する、雌型接続具。 17.請求項12乃至16の何れかに記載の雌型接続具において、最基端の接点 部材(204c)が閉じた底部を有する、雌型接続具。 18.電気測定装置が設けられたガイドワイヤーを外部の信号処理装置に接続す るインターフェイスケーブルにおいて、前記ガイドワイヤーが、その基端に雄型 接続具を有し、請求項1による雌型接続具を備える、インターフェイスケーブル 。
