Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.変形可能なストリップ形状の繊維布帛の平坦なヘリックスを巻くことによ って環状の繊維構造物を製造する方法であって: ・2つの重ねられた一方向性シートから成る変形可能なストリップ形状の布帛 であって、 各シートは相互に平行な繊維要素で構成され、 2つのシートの方向はストリップの長手方向に対して反対符号の角度を形成し ており、 2つのシートが変形可能な基本メッシュを形成するように一体に結合されてい る 変形可能なストリップ形状の繊維布帛を供給すること; ・ストリップが平坦なヘリックスに変形させられように、基本メッシュの形状 を変化させることによってストリップを変形させながら、また、基本メッシュの 半径方向の寸法がターンの内径に向かって増加し、それによりターンの内径と外 径との間で単位面積あたりの質量の変化が最小限となるように、基本メッシュの 変形を変化させながら、ストリップ形状の布帛を巻くこと;ならびに ・環状の繊維構造物を得るために、布帛をヘリックスに巻くことによって、変 形した平坦なターンを互いに接触させること に存する工程を含むことを特徴とする方法。 2.ストリップの長手方向に対して2つのシートの方向が同じ絶対値を有する 角度を形成している変形可能なストリップが供給されることを特徴とする請求項 1に記載の方法。 3.ストリップの長手方向に対する2つのシートの方向が、反対符号の角度で あって、絶対値が30°〜60°の範囲内にある角度を、形成している、変形可 能なストリップが供給されることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の 方法。 4.ストリップの長手方向に対する2つのシートの方向が、+45°および− 45°に等しい角度を形成している変形可能なストリップが供給されること を特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 5.シートがニッティングにより一体に結合されている変形可能なストリップ が供給されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 6.ストリップの一方の面にジグザグを、他方の面にチェーン・ステッチを形 成するニッティング・ステッチを用いてニッティングすることによりシートが一 体に結合されている、変形可能なストリップが供給されることを特徴とする請求 項5に記載の方法。 7.シートが縫合により一体に結合されている変形可能なストリップが供給さ れることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 8.シートが犠牲的材料の糸により一体に結合されていることを特徴とする請 求項5〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 9.シートがニードリングにより一体に結合されている変形可能なストリップ が供給されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 10.布帛をヘリックス状に巻くことにより形成された重ねられた平坦なター ンが互いに結合していることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の 方法。 11.重ねられたターン間を結合することがニードリングによって実施される ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。 12.布帛がヘリックスに巻かれるときにニードリングが連続的に実施される ことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の方法。 13.ストリップ形状の布帛を、布帛を2つの回転するディスクの間で布帛の 長手方向のエッジに沿って保持して、当該ディスク間を通過させることにより変 形させることを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 14.布帛がディスクの間で長手方向のエッジに沿って締着されていることを 特徴とする請求項13に記載の方法。 15.ストリップ形状の布帛を、少なくとも1つの円錐台形のローラを用いて 変形させることを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 16.変形可能なストリップ形状の布帛が、幅がより広いストリップを長手方 向に切断することにより得られることを特徴とする請求項1〜15のいずれか1 項に記載の方法。
