Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 海底(2)に実質的に直立して用いられる中空ボディ(1)であって、水 が自由に中空ボディに入るかこれから出て移動するように、その壁に少なくとも 1つの開口部(14)が設けられている中空ボディ(1)を含む、海水の鉛直方 向の動きからのエネルギーを変換する装置であって、浮遊ボディ(7)は、海面 の動きにより該中空ボディに対して鉛直方向に可動であり、該中空ボディ内の空 間と連通し、その体積を変化させるようになっていることを特徴とする装置。 2.前記中空ボディが平行な側壁(3)を有し、前記浮遊ボディが、その頂部ま たは底部の開口部を閉鎖するためのキャップ様部材(26)を含むことを特徴と する、請求の範囲第1項に記載の装置。 3.前記キャップには、外気と連通するバルブ手段(19)が設けられ、出口が 該キャップに配置され、該出口にはバルブ手段(20)が設けられ、該出口は空 気リザーバー(42)と連通し、該空気リザーバーは、エネルギー発生手段(1 3)に接続されたプロペラ(11)と連通することを特徴とする、請求の範囲第 2項に記載の装置。 4.前記リザーバーが前記キャップに配置されていることを特徴とする、請求の 範囲第3項に記載の装置。 5.前記中空ボディには、前記側壁間にある狭い流路(4)が設けられているこ とを特徴とする、請求の範囲第2項に記載の装置。 6.エネルギー発生手段(13)に接続されたプロペラ(11)が前記流路に設 けられていることを特徴とする、請求の範囲第5項に記載の装置。 7.キャップには、少なくとも1つの開口部(15、16)が設けられているこ とを特徴とする、請求の範囲第2、5、または6項に記載の装置。 8.キャップには、前記開口部またはそれぞれの開口部に取り付けられたふた( 29)が設けられ、該ふたは空気式手段または任意の他の手段(30)によって 作動されることを特徴とする、請求の範囲第7項に記載の装置。 9.前記浮遊ボディが、前記キャップ(26)と、該キャップに接続された少な くとも1つのフロート部材(27、28)とを含むことを特徴とする、請求の範 囲第2〜8項に記載の装置。 10.異なる直径を有する2つのピストン/シリンダー(31、33;32、3 4)を含む液圧式増幅器(23)であって、1つのピストン(31)が前記フロ ート部材に接続され、他方のピストン(32)が前記キャップに接続された液圧 式増幅器(23)が備えられていることを特徴とする、請求の範囲第9項に記載 の装置。 11.前記プロペラの羽根が、前記中空ボディの内部の流体フローの方向に従っ てフェザーリングされることを特徴とする、請求の範囲第6〜10項に記載の装 置。 12.前記羽根が、ラック(39)に交合するピニオン(38)に取り付けられ たシャフト(37)に嵌め込まれ、該ラックが、作動手段に取り付けられている ことを特徴とする、請求の範囲第11項に記載の装置。 13.前記作動手段が、前記プロペラの頂部および/または底部にて前記流路の 内部の流体フローに対して垂直に配置されたプレート(40、41)により形成 されることを特徴とする、請求の範囲第12項に記載の装置。 14.前記浮遊ボディが膜(9)を含み、膜(9)は、前記中空ボディ内で海水 から流体(10)を分離し、該流体自身は、海水より低い密度を有することを特 徴とする、請求の範囲第1項に記載の装置。 15.海面の鉛直方向の動きの所定の振動数の際に、前記流体が、それ自身の固 有振動数で振動するように、流体のタイプおよび体積ならびに前記中空ボディの 形状が選択されることを特徴とする、請求の範囲第14項に記載の装置。 16.請求の範囲第1〜15項に記載の装置が並列に設けられたアレンジメント であって、各装置のアウトレット・シャフトが共通のシャフトに接続されている ことを特徴とするアレンジメント。
