Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.誘電体表面の湿気を感知し、該誘電体の感知されない他の側の表面の湿気 の存在に対して非感応性の容量性湿気センサであって、 (a)上記誘電体における湿気が感知されるべき表面を覆う少なくとも1対の 容量性電極板と、 (b)上記各電極板間のインピーダンスの抵抗成分をほぼ無視するための電子 回路とを備え、 上記の少なくとも1対の容量性電極板が、励磁容量性電極板および信号容量性 電極板を少なくとも1対備える容量性湿気センサ。 2.上記各センサ電極間の横方向の離間距離を制御することによって、上記誘 電体の感知されない他の側の表面の湿気に対して非感応性にされている請求の範 囲第1項に記載の湿気センサ。 3.上記誘電体の感知されない他の側の表面の湿気に対して非感応性の湿気セ ンサであって、上記誘電体が、内部ラミネート層を有する積層ガラスであり、上 記積層ガラスの内部ラミネート層の表面上に導電性の保護層を備える請求の範囲 第1項に記載の湿気センサ。 4.ウインドウ表面の湿気を感知するための容量性湿気センサを備え、上記ウ インドウの感知されない他の側の表面の湿気の存在に対して該容量性湿気センサ が非感応性であるウインドウ湿気の感知・蒸発システムであって、 上記容量性湿気センサが、 (a)上記ウインドウ表面上に設けられた電気ヒータ部材と、 (b)上記ウインドウにおける湿気が感知されるべき表面上に設けられた、励 磁容量性電極板および信号容量性電極板を少なくとも1つずつ含む少なくとも2 つの容量性電極とを備え、 上記容量性湿気センサが上記電気ヒータ部材の制御に利用されるものであるウ インドウ湿気の感知・蒸発システム。 5.上記容量性電極が、横方向の離間距離dを有し、上記湿気センサが、上記 各容量性電極間の横方向の離間距離dの二乗d2に対する上記誘電体の厚みDの 比D/d2を制御することによって、上記誘電体の感知されない他の側の表面の 湿気に対して非感応性にされている請求の範囲第2項に記載の湿気センサシステ ム。 6.湿気が感知された時に上記ヒータを作動させるセンサ電子回路をさらに備 え、上記電子回路が、上記の感知された表面の湿気の完全な蒸発を保証する消灯 遅延を含む請求の範囲第5項に記載の湿気センサシステム。 7.ウインドウ表面の湿気を感知し、その湿気の感知が、上記ウインドウの感 知されない他の側の表面の湿気の存在に対して非感応性の湿気感知装置であって 、 (a)上記ウインドウにおける湿気が感知される表面を覆う励磁容量性電極板 および信号容量性電極板を少なくとも1対備える少なくとも1対の容量性電極板 と、 (b)湿気が存在する場合に論理出力を与える、上記湿気センサとともに用い るための信号条件付け電子回路とを備える湿気感知装置。 8.上記湿気センサが、上記励磁容量性電極板と上記信号容量性電極板との間 の横方向の離間距離を制御することによって、上記ウインドウの感知されない他 の側の表面の湿気に対して非感応性にされている請求の範囲第7項に記載の湿気 感知装置。 9.ウインドウ表面の湿気を感知する機能を備え、その湿気の感知が、上記ウ インドウの感知されない他の側の表面の湿気の存在に対してほぼ非感応性である 湿気蒸発装置であって、 (a)上記ウインドウの湿気が感知される表面を覆う励磁容量性電極板および 信号容量性電極板を少なくとも1対備える少なくとも1対の容量性電極板を備え る湿気センサと、 (b)湿気が存在する場合に論理出力を与える信号条件付け電子回路と、 (c)ウインドウヒータとを備える湿気蒸発装置。 10.上記湿気センサが、上記各センサ電極間の横方向の離間距離を制御する ことによって、上記ウインドウの感知されない他の側の表面の湿気に対して非感 応性にされている請求の範囲第9項に記載の湿気蒸発装置。 11.上記センサ条件付け回路が、完全な蒸発を保証するために追加のヒータ 点灯時間を与えるタイマを備える請求の範囲第9項に記載の湿気蒸発装置。 12.ウインドウ曇り除去器またはウインドウヒータの動作を自動化するため に自動車のフロントウインドウの内側表面に取り付けられた請求の範囲第2項に 記載の湿気センサ。 13.ウインドウヒータの動作を自動化するために自動車のリアウインドウの 内側表面に取り付けられた請求の範囲第2項に記載の湿気センサ。 14.上記ウインドウが、内部ラミネート層を有する積層ガラスであり、上記 積層ガラスの内部ラミネート層の表面上に導電性の保護層を備える請求の範囲第 9項に記載の湿気センサ。 15.励磁容量性電極板および信号容量性電極板を有する容量性湿気センサで あって、 (a)上記励磁容量性電極板に接続された交流励磁電源と、 (b)容量的に誘導された信号を集めるために、上記の容量的に誘導された信 号を増幅した信号を与えるアンプに接続された信号電極板と、 (c)上記の容量的に誘導された信号を増幅した信号を上記交流励磁電源と同 期して復調する、上記信号電極板に接続された同期復調器とをさらに備える請求 の範囲第1項に記載の容量性湿気センサ。 16.湿気が感知されるべきウインドウ表面の湿気に対する感応性を有し、上 記ウインドウが厚さDを有する容量性湿気センサであって、 上記励磁容量性電極板と上記信号容量性電極板とを距離dだけ離間させ、これ により上記ウインドウの感知されない他の側の表面上の縁取り電界をほぼd/D に比例させ、 それによって、上記ウインドウにおける湿気が感知されるべき表面の湿気に対 する感応性の、上記ウインドウの感知されない他の側の表面の湿気に対する感応 性の比をほぼD/d2に比例させている請求の範囲第15項に記載の容量性湿気 センサ。 17.上記各電極板間のインピーダンスの抵抗成分をほぼ無視するための上記 電子回路が、同期復調器を備える請求の範囲第1項に記載の容量性湿気センサ。
