Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.本質的に式(1): [式中、 R及びR3は、相互に独立に、水素又はメチルであり、 基Y1及びY2の一方は、水素であり、かつもう一方は、水素又はメチルであり 、 R1は、3〜24個の炭素原子を有する直鎖もしくは分岐鎖脂肪族ジイソシア ナート基、3〜24個の炭素原子を有する脂環式もしくは脂肪族−脂環式ジイソ シアナート基、又は6〜24個の炭素原子を有する芳香族もしくはアリール脂肪 族ジイソシアナート基であり、 R2は、C1−C12アルキレン又は式(2): (ここで、基Y3及びY4の一方は、水素であり、かつもう一方は、水素又はメチ ルである)で示される基であり、 mは、4〜99の整数であり、そして nは、5〜100の整数である]に相当するプレポリマーを追加のビニルコモ ノマーの非存在下又は存在下で架橋することにより得られる、眼用成形品。 2.コンタクトレンズである、請求項1項記載の眼用成形品。 3.式(1)中のY1及びY2が、それぞれ水素である、請求項1又は2のいずれ か1項記載の眼用成形品。 4.R1が、直鎖もしくは分岐鎖C3−C18アルキレン、又は未置換であるか、 もしくはC1−C4アルキル−もしくはC1−C4−アルコキシ置換C6−C10アリ ーレン、C7−C18アラルキレン、C6−C10アリーレン−C1−C2アルキレン− C6−C10アリーレン、C3−C8シクロアルキレン、C3−C8シクロアルキレン −C1−C6アルキレン、C3−C8シクロアルキレン−C1−C2アルキレン−C3 −C8シクロアルキレン又はC1−C6アルキレン−C3−C8シクロアルキレン− C1−C6アルキレンである、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載の眼用成形品。 5.R1が、直鎖もしくは分岐鎖C6−C10アルキレン、未置換であるかもしくは シクロヘキシル残基において1〜3個のメチル基により置換されている、シクロ ヘキシレンメチレンもしくはシクロヘキシレンメチレンシクロヘキシレン、又は 未置換であるかもしくはフェニル残基においてメチル基により置換されている、 フェニレンもしくはフェニレンメチレンフェニレンである、請求項1〜4のいず れか1項記載の眼用成形品。 6.R1が、非対称性の分岐鎖C6−C10アルキレン、又はシクロヘキシル残基に おいて1〜3個のメチル基により置換されているシクロヘキシレンメチレンであ る、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項記載の眼用成形品。 7.R2が、請求項1に与えられた式(2)の基であり、R3及びR4が、それぞ れ水素である、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項記載の眼用成形品。 8.プレポリマーが、本質的に式(1a): [式中、R、R1、R3、Y1、Y2、Y3、Y4及びnは、それぞれ請求項1と同義 であり、そしてpは、5〜100の整数である]に相当する、請求項1記載の眼 用成形品。 9.R及びR3が、相互に独立に、水素又はメチルであり、R1が、直鎖もしくは 分岐鎖C6−C10アルキレン、未置換であるかもしくはシクロヘキシル残基にお いて1〜3個のメチル基により置換されている、シクロヘキシレンメチレンもし くはシクロヘキシレンメチレンシクロヘキシレン、又は未置換であるかもしくは フェニル残基においてメチルにより置換されている、フェニレンもしくはフェニ レンメチレンフェニレンであり、Y1、Y2、Y3及びY4が、それぞれ水素であり 、そしてn及びpが、相互に独立に、8〜50の整数である、請求項8記載の眼 用成形品。 10.R及びR3が、相互に独立に、水素又はメチルであり、R1が、非対称性の 分岐鎖C6−C10アルキレン、又はシクロヘキシル残基において1〜3個のメチ ル基により置換されているシクロヘキシレンメチレンであり、Y1、Y2、Y3及 びY4が、それぞれ水素であり、そしてn及びpが、相互に独立に、9〜25の 整数である、請求項8記載の眼用成形品。 11.プレポリマーの架橋が、追加のビニルコモノマーの非存在下で起こる、請 求項1〜10のいずれか1項記載の眼用成形品。 12.実質的に純粋な形態のプレポリマーが、水溶液中で追加のビニルコモノ マーの非存在下で光開始剤を使用して光架橋される、請求項1〜10のいずれか 1項記載の眼用成形品。 13.本質的に請求項8に与えられた式(1a)に相当する、プレポリマー。 14.R及びR3が、相互に独立に、水素又はメチルであり、R1が、直鎖もしく は分岐鎖C6−C10アルキレン、未置換であるかもしくはシクロヘキシル残基に おいて1〜3個のメチル基により置換されている、シクロヘキシレンメチレンも しくはシクロヘキシレンメチレンシクロヘキシレン、又は未置換であるかもしく はフェニル残基においてメチルにより置換されている、フェニレンもしくはフェ ニレンメチレンフェニレンであり、Y1、Y2、Y3及びY4が、それぞれ水素であ り、そしてn及びpが、相互に独立に、8〜50の整数である、請求項13記載 のプレポリマー。 15.R及びR3が、相互に独立に、水素又はメチルであり、R1が、非対称性の 分岐鎖C6−C10アルキレン、又はシクロヘキシル残基において1〜3個のメチ ル基により置換されているシクロヘキシレンメチレンであり、Y1、Y2、Y3及 びY4が、それぞれ水素であり、そしてn及びpが、相互に独立に、9〜25の 整数である、請求項13記載のプレポリマー。 16.約1モル当量の式(3): [式中、R、Y1、Y2及びnは、それぞれ請求項1と同義である]で示される化 合物を、約2モル当量の式(4): [式中、R1は、請求項1と同義である]で示されるジイソシアナートと反応さ せ、次にこのプロセスにおいて得られる式(5): で示される付加生成物を、約2モル当量の式(6): [式中、R2及びR3は、それぞれ請求項1と同義である]で示される化合物と反 応させて、式(1)のプレポリマーを形成する、請求項1記載の式(1)のプレ ポリマーの製造方法。 17.請求項13〜15のいずれか1項記載のプレポリマーを、追加のビニルコ モノマーの非存在下又は存在下で架橋することにより得られる、ポリマー。 18.以下の工程: a)室温で液体であるか、又は容易に溶融可能であり、そして実質的に溶媒を含 まない、請求項1記載の式(1)のプレポリマーを、追加のビニルコモノマーの 非存在下又は存在下で、かつ光開始剤を添加して型に導入すること、 b)光架橋を開始すること、 c)型を開き、成形品を型から取り出すこと、 を含むことを特徴とする、成形品の製造方法。 19.追加のビニルコモノマーの非存在下で行われる、請求項18記載の方法。 20.以下の工程: a)請求項1記載の式(1)の水溶性プレポリマーの実質的な水性溶液を、追加 のビニルコモノマーの非存在下又は存在下で、かつ光開始剤を添加して調製する こと、 b)生じた溶液を型に導入すること、 c)光架橋を開始すること、 d)型を開き、成形品を型から取り出すこと、 を含むことを特徴とする、成形品の製造方法。 21.追加のビニルコモノマーの非存在下で行われる、請求項20記載の方法。 22.成形品が、コンタクトレンズである、請求項18〜21のいずれか1項記 載の方法。 23.請求項18〜21のいずれか1項記載の方法により得られる、成形品、特 にコンタクトレンズ。 24.抽出なしに意図した用途に適している、請求項23記載のコンタクトレン ズ。
