Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. エンジン(12)の油圧作動式電子制御燃料噴射システム(10)の噴射波形マ ップ(70)を選択的に利用する方法であって、 前記噴射波形マップ(70)が波形のタイプを選択するのに利用される場合、エ ンジン速度とエンジン負荷を検出し、前記検出されたエンジン速度と前記検出さ れたエンジン負荷とを記録し、 実際のエンジン速度を前記記録されたエンジン速度と比較し、 実際のエンジン負荷を前記記録されたエンジン負荷と比較し、 前記噴射波形マップ(70)が、前記実際のエンジン速度と前記記録されたエン ジン速度との比較および前記実際のエンジン負荷と前記記録されたエンジン負荷 の比較と、に基いて噴射波形を選択するのに再び利用されるかどうかを制御する 、 段階からなる方法。 2. (i)前記実際のエンジン負荷と前記記録されたエンジン負荷の差が負荷し きい値を超えている場合、 (ii)前記実際のエンジン速度と前記記録されたエンジン速度の差が速度しき い値を超えている場合、 の2つの状況のうち少なくとも一つが存在しない場合に、噴射波形タイプを選択 するために、前記噴射波形マップ(70)を使用しない段階を含むことを特徴とす る請求項1に記載の方法。 3. 前記速度しきい値が約100RPMであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のい方 法。 4. 燃料システム調速機によって全燃料量インジケータ出力を監視し、前記燃料 量を負荷インジケータとして利用する段階を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記 載の方法。 5. 前記負荷しきい値は全燃料量の約10mm3であることを特徴とする請求項4に 記載の方法。 6. 噴射器作動流体レール(38)の圧力を検出し、該検出された圧力を負荷イン ジケータとして利用する段階を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 7. エンジン(12)の油圧作動式電子制御燃料噴射システム(10)において第1 の噴射波形タイプの使用から第2の噴射波形タイプの使用への移行を制御する方 法であって、 前記第1の噴射波形タイプ選択される場合、エンジン速度とエンジン負荷を検 出し、該検出されたエンジン速度と該検出されたエンジン負荷とを記録し、 実際のエンジン速度を前記記録されたエンジン速度と比較し、 実際のエンジン負荷を前記記録されたエンジン負荷と比較し、 (i)前記実際のエンジン負荷と前記記録されたエンジン負荷の差が負荷しき い値を超えている場合、 (ii)前記実際のエンジン速度と前記記録されたエンジン速度の差が速度しき い値を超えている場合、 の2つの状況のうち少なくとも一つが存在しない場合に、前記第1の噴射波形タ イプから前記第2の噴射波形タイプへの移行を防ぐようにする、 段階からなる方法。 8. 少なくとも一つの前記状況(i)および(ii)が存在する場合に、噴射波形 タイプを選択するために、噴射波形マップ(70)を利用する段階を含むことを特 徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。 9. 前記波形マップ(70)は、エンジン負荷とエンジン速度の関数である三次元 マップであることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。 10.前記波形マップ(70)は、少なくともスプリット噴射波形インジケータ、傾 斜式噴射波形インジケータおよび方形式噴射波形インジケータを記録することを 特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。 11.全燃料量インジケータ出力を燃料システム調速機によって監視する段階を含 むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。 12.前記第1の噴射波形タイプはスプリット式噴射波形であり、前記第2の噴射 波形タイプは傾斜式噴射波形であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。 13.前記第1の噴射波形タイプは傾斜式噴射波形であり、前記第2の噴射波形タ イプはスプリット式噴射波形であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。 14.前記第1の噴射波形タイプは方形式噴射波形であり、前記第2の噴射波形タ イプは傾斜式噴射波形であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。 15.前記第1の噴射波形タイプは傾斜式噴射波形であり、前記第2の噴射波形タ イプは方形式噴射波形であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。 16.前記第1の噴射波形タイプはスプリット式噴射波形であり、前記第2の噴射 波形タイプは方形式噴射波形であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。 17.前記第1の噴射波形タイプは方形式噴射波形であり、前記第2の噴射波形タ イプはスプリット式噴射波形であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
