Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.複数の連続薄膜として物体を形成する製造方法であって、該方法は: (i)ゾル前駆物質を受容体表面に適用する工程; (ii)該前駆物質の付与経路に沿って温度勾配を供与し、その結果該前駆物質が該 受容体表面に接近するにつれて、該前駆物質が加熱され、そしてゾル-ゲル転移 が誘起され、その結果ゲル層が表面上に堆積される工程;および、 (iii)堆積された該前駆物質の領域に光束を向けることにより、該ゲル層の領域 を局所的に加熱し、その結果局所的に加熱された該領域が固体材料に変成される 工程を反復して含む、方法。 2.前記前駆物質は液状前駆物質であり、前記工程(i)は、前記受容体表面上に該 液状前駆物質を散布する工程を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 3.光束により加熱されると、前記ゲル層は結晶化して、セラミック材料を形成 する、請求項1または請求項2に記載の方法。 4.前記物体は可動基板上に形成され、前記方法は: (iv)該基板を移動させて、その結果最も新しく堆積された前記前駆物質が、該前 駆物質の適用に関して実質的に同一位置で、受容体表面を形成する工程を反復し て含む、請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載の方法。 5.前記光束は、紫外線から赤外線までの範囲にわたる波長を有するコヒーレン ト性光束である、請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに記載の方法。 6.前記光束はレーザービームである、請求項8に記載の方法。 7.前駆物質出口と受容体表面との間に電界を印加し、前記前駆物質を前記受容 体表面に向けて引きつける工程を含む、請求項1から請求項6のいずれかに記載 の方法。 8.複数の連続薄膜として物体を製造する製造装置であって、該装置は: (i)受容体表面にゾル前駆物質を付与するための前駆物質出口(10); (ii)該前駆物質の付与経路に沿って温度勾配を供与し、その結果該前駆物質が 該受容体表面に接近するにつれて、該前駆物質が加熱され、そしてゾル-ゲル転 移が誘起され、その結果ゲル層が表面上に堆積されるヒーター;および、 (iii)堆積された該前駆物質の領域を局所的に加熱し、その結果局所的に加熱さ れた該領域を固体材料に変成させる、指向可能な光束(50、60、40、45)とを備 える、装置。 9.前記物質は可動基板上に形成され、前記装置は、該基板を移動させるための 基板駆動機構を備え、その結果最も新しく堆積された前駆物質の各々が、次いで 前駆物質の適用に関して実質的に同一位置に、受容体表面を形成する、請求項8 に記載の装置。 10.前記方向づけ可能な光束は: 光源; 光束指向光学系;および、 前記光束を指向するために、該指向光学系を移動または再構成するための、指 向光学系駆動機構、を備える、請求項8または請求項9に記載の装置。
