Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.液体を加熱する第1及び第2基板によって加熱要素の頂上面と底面とが形成 され、電気的絶縁層が前記基板の夫々の1側表面に形成され、前記2枚の基板が それらの絶縁層が互いに向き合うように重ね合わされ、電気抵抗からなる加熱ト ラックが前記2枚の電気的絶縁層の間にサンドイッチ状に挟み込まれるように形 成された、投込み式加熱要素 2.夫々の電気的絶縁層はエナメル層からなる、請求項1に記載の投込み式加熱 要素。 3.加熱トラックは銀パラジウム・トラックからなる、請求項1叉は2に記載の 投込み式加熱要素。 4.少なくとも1個の開口が、加熱要素を貫通して設けられている、請求項1乃 至3の内1項に記載の投込み式加熱要素。 5.請求項1乃至4の内1項に記載の投込み式加熱要素を備える電気的湯沸し器 。 6.第1及び第2熱伝導基板を製造し、 前記第1及び第2熱伝導基板の1側に夫々絶縁層を形成し、次いで各絶縁層を 第1の焼成温度で接着し、 厚手のフィルム状の導電性加熱トラックを、1つの基板の絶縁層の上に堆積さ せ、先の第1焼成温度より低いかそれと等しい第2焼成温度で焼成させ、 前記第1及び第2基板を、それらの絶縁層が互いに接合するように互いに重ね 合わせ成層する、 これらの工程からなる、投込み式加熱要素の製造方法。 7.2枚の基板を互いに重ね合わせ成層する工程は、基板上の電気的絶縁層の上 に接着要素を貼付し、基板を互いに圧接させ、加熱要素を前記第2焼成温度より も低い第3焼成温度で焼成させ、接着要素を硬化させるようにした、 請求項6に記載の投込み式加熱要素の製造方法。 8.接着要素は鉛−ガラスからなる、請求項7に記載の投込み式加熱要素の製造 方法。 9.電気的絶縁層はエナメル層からなり、第1焼成温度は750℃より大きい、 請求項7叉は8に記載の投込み式加熱要素の製造方法。 10.厚手のフイルム状加熱トラックは銀−パラジウム層よりなり、第2焼成温度 は600℃から750℃の間にある、 請求項9に記載の投込み式加熱要素の製造方法。
