Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. ケーシング、例えば自動車の変速機ケーシング内に収容され多数の電気的 構成部材からなる電気的な構成グループを、ケーシング外部に配設されている電 気的周辺装置と電気的接続構成要素(8)を介して電気的に接続させるための装 置において、 前記ケーシングは、少なくとも2つのケーシング部材(1,3)からなり、 該ケーシング部材は、ケーシングシール(5)を介して相互に密に結合されて おり、 前記電気的接続構成要素(8)は、内部に集積化された電気的導体路(12) を有する電気的に絶縁性のフラットな材料から形成された可撓性の導体路支持体 (15,16)として形成され、前記2つのケーシング部材(1,3)の間のケ ーシングシール(5)の領域を貫通して案内されており、さらに個々の構成部分 毎に終端区分(29)を有し、該終端区分(29)においてそこに存在する導体 路(17)を介して構成部材が電気的にコンタクトされることを特徴とする電気 的接続装置。 2. 電気的な構成部材の1つが制御装置(7)であり、該制御装置(7)はケ ーシング(1,3)内に含まれる他の構成部材を制御する、請求項1記載の電気 的接続装置。 3. 前記制御装置(7)は、相互に接続された少なくとも2つの油密ケーシン グ部材(19,20)で構成された制御装置ケーシングを有し、電気的な接続構 成要素(8)が制御装置のケーシング部材(19,20)の間で制御装置(7) 内へ案内されている、請求項2記載の電気的接続装置。 4. 前記電気的接続構成要素(8)は、制御装置(7)内に収容される中央領 域(10)を有し、該中央領域(10)は構成部分−突起(12)を備えており 、該突起(12)は、制御装置−ケーシング部材間で制御装置から引き出され、 その終端区分(29)においてそれぞれ電気的構成部材をコンタクトさせている 、請求項3記載の電気的接続装置。 5. 前記電気的接続構成要素(8)の中央領域(10)は、切欠(11)を有 しており、該切欠(11)内には、回路支持体(24)が設けられており、該回 路支持体(24)は、接続構成要素(8)のそこに存在する導体路(17)を介 してコンタクトする、請求項4記載の電気的接続装置。 6. 前記電気的接続構成要素(8)の突起(9)はケーシングを貫通する引込 み領域において少なくとも1つのケーシング部材(1,3)と油密に接着される 、請求項1〜5いずれ1項記載の電気的接続装置。 7. 前記電気的接続構成要素(8)の構成部分−突起(12)は、制御装置( 7)のケーシングを貫通す る案内領域においてケーシング部材(19,20)の少なくとも1つと油密に接 着されている、請求項3〜6いずれか1項記載の電気的接続装置。 8. 前記導体路支持体は可撓性の導体路フィルムからなり、該導体路フィルム は、ベースフィルム(15)とカバーフィルム(16)で構成され、導体路(1 7)は、前記ベースフィルム(15)とカバーフィルム(16)の間に埋め込ま れている、請求項1〜7いずれか1項記載の電気的接続装置。
