Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.電源装置、 信号を受信する同調器、 前記同調器に結合されていて、前記同調器によって受信された前記信号の表現 を記憶するメモリ、 前記表現を処理する処理回路、並びに 前記電源装置から前記同調器への電力の供給を制御する制御装置であって、前 記表現が前記メモリに記憶されるまで前記同調器へ電力を供給させ、その後は前 記同調器への電力を選択的に禁止する制御装置 を有する受信器。 2.前記受信器が直接シーケンス・スペクトラム拡散(DSSS)受信器であ る請求項1記載の受信器。 3.前記受信器が符号分割多数アクセス(CDMA)受信器である請求項1記 載の受信器。 4.前記受信器が広域測位システム(GPS)受信器である請求項1記載の受 信器。 5.前記GPS受信器が複数のGPS衛星からの信号を受信するように構成さ れており、前記衛星の各々が対応する符号に関連しており、前記処理回路がレプ リカ信号を発生するレプリカ発生器を含んでいる請求項4記載の受信器。 6.前記受信器が、前記表現を、前記メモリに記憶するためのディジタル形式 に変換する変換器を含んでいる請求項1記載の受信器。 7.前記処理回路が、前記表現をレプリカ信号と比較するための相関器を含ん でいる請求項6記載の受信器。 8.前記相関器が並列相関器で構成されている請求項7記載の受信器。 9.前記並列相関器が、前記記憶されている表現および前記レプリカ信号の対 応するサンプルを同時に相関させて、複数のそれぞれの出力信号を発生する複数 の相関器段を有している請求項8記載の受信器。 10.前記並列相関器が更に、前記複数の出力信号を加算して、相関結果を発 生する加算器を含んでいる請求項9記載の受信器。 11.前記並列相関器が更に、前記加算器による加算の前に、前記複数の出力 信号をアナログ形式に変換する変換器を含んでおり、前記加算器がアナログ加算 器で構成されている請求項10記載の受信器。 12.前記加算器が電荷加算手段で構成されている請求項11記載の受信器。 13.更に、前記受信器によって発生される受信器出力信号を遠隔の場所へ送 信する送信器を含んでいる請求項1記載の受信器。 14.前記制御装置が、前記送信器に前記受信器出力信号を選択的に送信させ るように構成されている請求項13記載の受信器。 15.前記制御装置が、前記処理回路に前記受信器出力信号を選択的に送信さ せるように構成されている請求項1記載の受信器。 16.同調器に電力を供給するステップ、 前記同調器で信号を受信するステップ、 前記同調器によって受信された前記信号の表現をメモリに記憶するステップ、 前記表現を前記メモリに記憶した後、前記同調器への電力の供給を禁止するス テップ、並びに 前記表現を処理するステップ、 を有する受信器の作動方法。 17.前記受信器が直接シーケンス・スペクトラム拡散(DSSS)受信器で ある請求項16載の方法。 18.前記受信器が符号分割多数アクセス(CDMA)受信器である請求項1 6記載の方法。 19.前記受信器が広域測位システム(GPS)受信器である請求項16記載 の方法。 20.前記同調器への電力の供給を禁止する前に前記処理するステップが開始 される請求項16記載の方法。 21.前記禁止するステップが、前記処理するステップの完了の前に生じる請 求項20記載の方法。 22.前記処理するステップが、前記表現をレプリカ信号と相関させるステッ プを含んでいる請求項16記載の方法。 23.前記表現が、前記信号のサンプリングされた時間セグメントのシーケン スを有しており、前記相関させるステップが、前記時間セグメントの各々を対応 するレプリカ・セグメントとコヒーレントに相関させことより成り、これらのセ グメント相関の各々がコヒーレント相関結果を生じる請求項22記載の方法。 24.前記コヒーレント相関結果を組み合わせることにより信号とノイズとの 比を増大させるステップを含んでいる請求項23記載の方法。 25.組み合わされた前記コヒーレント相関結果が所望のドップラー・フィル タ帯域幅を有する請求項24記載の方法。 26.更に、前記受信器によって発生された処理された前記表現を遠隔の場所 へ送信するステップを含んでいる請求項16記載の方法。 27.電源装置、 GPS信号の時間セグメントを受信する同調器、 前記同調器に結合されていて、前記同調器によって受信された前記時間セグメ ントの表現を記憶するメモリ、 レプリカ信号を発生するレプリカ発生器、 前記メモリおよび前記レプリカ発生器に結合されていて、前記GPS信号を識 別するために前記表現と前記レプリカ信号とを比較する並列相関器、並びに 前記電源装置から前記同調器への電力の供給を制御し、且つ前記メモリでの前 記表現の記憶を制御する制御装置であって、前記表現が前記メモリに記憶される まで前記同調器へ電力を供給させ、その後は前記同調器への電力を選択的に禁止 する制御装置、 を有するGPS受信器。 28.前記レプリカ発生器が、レプリカ信号を発生するために、符号発生器、 1つ以上のドップラー・オフセット発生器、および符号オフセット発生器を含ん でおり、また前記並列相関器が、前記表現および前記レプリカ信号のサンプルを 同時に相関させて相関結果を生じる請求項27記載の受信器。 29.前記並列相関器が、前記表現および前記レプリカ信号の対応するサンプ ルを同時に乗算して複数の乗算結果を生じる複数の乗算器と、前記複数の乗算結 果を同時に加算して前記相関結果を生じる加算器とを有している請求項28記載 の受信器。 30.前記並列相関器が更に、前記加算器による加算の前に、前記複数の乗算 結果をアナログ形式に変換する変換器を含んでおり、前記加算器がアナログ加算 器で構成されている請求項29記載の受信器。 31.前記加算器が電荷加算手段で構成されている請求項30記載の受信器。 32.更に、前記受信器によって発生される器出力信号を遠隔の場所へ選択的 に送信する送信器を含んでいる請求項27記載の受信器。 33.前記制御装置が、前記並列相関器を選択的に作動して前記結果を生じさ せるように構成されている請求項27記載の受信器。 34.前記レプリカ発生器が、衛星符号−ドップラー・ビン組合せをシンボル 化する付加的なレプリカ信号を発生するように構成されており、また前記並列相 関器が、前記メモリから前記表現を受け取って、前記付加的なレプリカ信号と相 関させるように構成されている請求項27記載の受信器。
