- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 有機ガラスからなる基体、少なくとも1つの耐擦過性コーティング、およ び有機ガラスと耐擦過性コーティングの間に介設された少なくとも1つの耐衝撃 性プライマー層を含む眼鏡レンズにおいて、耐衝撃性プライマー層が、ブタジエ ン単位を有する少なくとも1種のラテックスを含むラテックス組成物から形成さ れるものであることを特徴とする眼鏡レンズ。 2. ブタジエン単位を有するラテックスが、天然または合成のポリイソプレン 、ポリブタジエン、ブタジエン−スチレン共重合体、カルボキシル化ブタジエン −スチレン共重合体、ブタジエン−アクリロニトリル共重合体、カルボキシル化 ブタジエン−アクリロニトリル共重合体、アクリロニトリル−ブタジエン−スチ レン共重合体、水素化ブタジエン−アクリロニトリル共重合体、ポリクロロプレ ン、イソブチレン−イソプレン共重合体、水素化イソブチレン−イソプレン共重 合体およびその混合物のラテックスから選ばれるものであることを特徴とする請 求項1に記載の眼鏡レンズ。 3. ラテックス組成物が、ブタジエン単位を有しない他のラテックスを1つま たは複数含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の眼鏡レンズ。 4. 前記のブタジエン単位を有しない他のラテックスが、ポリアクリルラテッ クス、ポリメタクリルラテックスおよびポリウレタンラテックス、ならびにポリ エステルラテックスから選ばれるものであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の 眼鏡レンズ。 5. ブタジエン単位を有しない他のラテックスの固形分含有量が、ラテックス 組成物の固形分中の10〜80重量%、好ましくは10〜60重量%であること を特徴とする請求項3または4に記載の眼鏡レンズ。 6. ラテックス組成物が、さらに架橋剤を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜5 のいずれかに記載の眼鏡レンズ。 7. ラテックス組成物が、さらに酸化防止剤を含むことを特徴とする請求項1 〜6のいずれかに記載の眼鏡レンズ。 8. 酸化防止剤が、水分散体の形態であることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のい ずれかに記載の眼鏡レンズ。 9. 基体の前面または後面のいずれか一方、好ましくは基体の後面に、プライ マー層を1層のみ有することを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の眼鏡 レンズ。 10. レンズの両面に耐擦過性コーティングを有することを特徴とする請求項 9に記載の眼鏡レンズ。 11. レンズの各面の耐擦過性コーティングの上に非反射性コーティングを有 することを特徴とする請求項10に記載の眼鏡レンズ。 12. 基体の前面および後面の上に積層された、プライマー層および耐擦過性 層を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の眼鏡レンズ。 13. 耐擦過性コーティングの上に積層された非反射性コーティングを有する ことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の眼鏡レンズ。 14. 眼鏡レンズの製造方法において、有機ガラス製の基体の少なくとも1面 への請求項1〜8に記載のラテックス組成物の積層と、ラテックス組成物を乾燥 して、耐衝撃性プライマー層を形成することと、得られる耐衝撃性プライマー層 の上に耐擦過性コーティングを積層することを含む眼鏡レンズの製造方法。 15. さらに、耐擦過性コーティングの上に非反射性コーティングを積層する 工程を有することを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。
