Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.天井、フロア、壁、及び少なくとも一つの扉及び一つの窓を持つ部屋のフロ アから天井までの温度勾配を小さくするための方法において、 所定の融点を持つ第1相変化材料を前記天井の表面と隣接して組み込む工程と 、 所定の結晶点を持つ第2相変化材料を前記フロアの表面と隣接して組み込む工 程とを含み、 前記第1相変化材料の前記融点は、前記第2相変化材料の結晶点よりも高い、 ことを特徴とする、部屋のフロアから天井までの温度勾配を小さくするための方 法。 2.前記第1相変化材料の前記融点は25℃±1℃であり、前記第2相変化材料 の前記結晶点は22℃±1℃である、部屋のフロアから天井までの温度勾配を小 さくするための請求項1に記載の方法。 3.前記壁には前記相変化材料が設けられていない、部屋のフロアから天井まで の温度勾配を小さくするための請求項2に記載の方法。 4.前記壁には前記相変化材料が設けられていない、部屋のフロアから天井まで の温度勾配を小さくするための請求項1に記載の方法。 5.前記第1相変化材料を組み込む前記工程は、 前記第1相変化材料を含む天井タイルを設置する工程を更に有する、部屋のフ ロアから天井までの温度勾配を小さくするための請求項1に記載の方法。 6.前記第1相変化材料を組み込む前記工程は、 前記第1相変化材料を含む塗料を天井に付ける工程を更に有する、部屋のフロ アから天井までの温度勾配を小さくするための請求項1に記載の方法。 7.前記第1相変化材料を組み込む前記工程は、 前記第1相変化材料を含む天井タイルを設置する工程を更に有する、部屋のフ ロアから天井までの温度勾配を小さくするための請求項2に記載の方法。 8.前記第1相変化材料を組み込む前記工程は、 前記第1相変化材料を含む塗料を天井に付ける工程を更に有する、部屋のフロ アから天井までの温度勾配を小さくするための請求項2に記載の方法。 9.前記第2相変化材料を組み込む前記工程は、 前記第2相変化材料を含むフロアタイルを設置する工程を更に有する、部屋の フロアから天井までの温度勾配を小さくするための請求項1に記載の方法。 10.前記第2相変化材料を組み込む前記工程は、 前記第2相変化材料を含むカーペットをフロアに敷く工程を更に有する、部屋 のフロアから天井までの温度勾配を小さくするための請求項1に記載の方法。 11.前記第2相変化材料を組み込む前記工程は、 前記第2相変化材料を含むフロアタイルを設置する工程を更に有する、部屋の フロアから天井までの温度勾配を小さくするための請求項2に記載の方法。 12.前記第2相変化材料を組み込む前記工程は、 前記第2相変化材料を含むカーペットをフロアに敷く工程を更に有する、部屋 のフロアから天井までの温度勾配を小さくするための請求項2に記載の方法。 13.天井、フロア、壁、少なくとも一つの扉、及び少なくとも一つの窓を持つ 建物の部屋であって、 前記天井の表面と隣接して固定的に位置決めされた、所定の融点を持つ第1相 変化材料と、 前記フロアの表面と隣接して固定的に位置決めされた、所定の結晶点を持つ第 2相変化材料と、 を更に有し、 前記第1相変化材料の前記融点は、前記第2相変化材料の前記結晶点よりも高 く、前記第1及び第2の相変化材料は、部屋の中で発生したフロアから天井まで の温度勾配を最少にするようになっている、建物の部屋。 14.前記第1相変化材料の前記融点は25℃±1℃であり、前記第2相変 化材料の前記結晶点は22℃±1℃である、請求項13に記載の建物の部屋。 15.前記壁には前記相変化材料が設けられていない、請求項13に記載の建物 の部屋。 16.前記壁には前記相変化材料が設けられていない、請求項14に記載の建物 の部屋。 17.前記第1相変化材料を含む天井タイルを更に有する、請求項13に記載の 建物の部屋。 18.前記第1相変化材料を含む天井タイル及び前記第2相変化材料を含むフロ アタイルを更に有する、請求項14に記載の建物の部屋。 19.前記第2相変化材料を含むフロアタイルを更に有する、請求項13に記載 の建物の部屋。 20.前記第2相変化材料を含むカーペットを更に有する、請求項14に記載の 建物の部屋。
